I am search for bitcoin exchanges that offers leverage. Which ones do offer leverage?
I have checked this ones and none of them had leverage
Bitfinex, bitstamp, binance.

I have never seen any crypto exchange I have ever used that offers time ranges on charts less than 1 minute since most of them use tradingview i guess. The only choice you probably have so far is just pay for that pro version of Tradingview if you badly need that time range.
So if I pay for the pro version of trading view, will I be able to use it with any crypto exchange? Will I get charts that are 5 -30 sec? |

Electrum ( https://electrum.org/#download) is Bitcoin Payment Protocol compatible and has a version for Mac. It's a very good desktop wallet, is actively maintained and has a solid community here on BCT ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=98.0) Note, you can also just use Electrum to find the Bitcoin address to send to if you want to continue using your old wallet  It's a bit fiddly, but it IS possible to get the address out of a Bitcoin Payment Protocol request. Thanks for reply. Can you please tell me how to get the bitcoin adress from Electrum? |

Now bitpay started using bitcoin payment protocol, it's not possible to make any bitpay invoices unless you have an wallet that support Bitcoin payment protocol.
But until now I did not manage any Bitcoin wallet that support bitcoin payment protocol and that works with Mac computer.
What are you guys using for wallet when paying bitpay invoices? Which one does work with Mac computer?

When I try to login I am getting this message "You are signing in from an unconfirmed IP address. Please check your Inbox for further instructions."
But the thing it that the email take about 1-2 days to arrive, then when I click on the verify link I received on email it's not valid longer. Does anyone know how to solve this?
I have sent email to Quoine but they haven't replied on several days now. They are very slow on replying, I am seriously thinking to change to a more serious bitcoin exchange.
I mean come on, you handle our money but you don't care about replying.

If you have entered a wrong refund mail address then that's your mistake. You might have done out of security purpose but the main point was to put your original mail Id as it was related to important stuff itself. Anyway you can contact the bitpay support again and provide them necessary proofs if you have any.
Man you have no idea what you're talking about. So you mean that if someone enter wrong email adress it's legit of bitpay to not refund the bitcoins. The logic thing is that they just refund them to the bitcoin wallet the bitcoins was paid from ? If that's the case they should let us confirm the email adress and make it clear that in case the email entered are wrong we will not refund your bitcoins. Everyone can make mistake and enter wrong email adress. I see no other reason for bitpay to not refund my bitcoins than that they want to scam us. |

According to the rules of logic, they have to refund the money to the address you used to deposit and they are chiefly responsible for such issue as they have limited time period for payment reciepts.
These are weird rules in some exchange platforms which one applied, aren't noticed and mellorated by their team ever.
Anyone can lost access to email anytime,this doesn't mean that email is everything in their rules.
You should contact their license provider,may be they can force bitpay to ask clients for documents in such cases.
I totally agree with you, I think they are just trying to find a way to hassle us on our hard earned money. Because they know how easy it is to write wrong email adress, and by that way they refuse to refund them. If I need to enter the contact & refund email every time I make a payment through bitpay, it means there are no more privacy as they can see which payments coming from the same email adress. What happened to me can happen to everyone. We should put some kind of pressure on bitpay, I really hate such hassling companies trying to impose their crazy rules and threatening our privacy. |

I have made a bitcoin payment and the payment processor used was bitpay. I paid the requested amount that was specified on the bitpay payment page. But due to delays in the bitcoin network the payment didn't reach in time the recipient. So bitpay are claiming they want to refund the bitcoins to me now.
But the problem is that they are not willing to refund the money to my bitcoin wallet I paid from. They are claiming they have sent me email but I have not received such an email.
How can I solve this problem? I told them that they can either refund the bitcoins to the wallet I paid from or pay the bitcoins to the wallet I sent them to. But they are refusing both this options and say I have to reply on the email they are claiming they sent me.
When you make a payment with bitpay you'll need to enter an contact & refund email. It can be that I have wrote a wrong email adress, because there's no chance for you to double-check and confirm the email adress.

Hi, We have two cutoff times for BTC withdrawals. At 10:00am and 4:00pm JST, all pending withdrawals submitted before that will be put through balance and security checks before getting processed. Usually withdrawals will be processed in 1-3 hours from cutoff. Sometimes if further investigation is needed it can take longer. Your withdrawal has been processed with the 4:00pm JST batch. Hi I made an withdrawal before the 10:00am JST and you processed it more than 6 hours later. This is the second time you delay my processing, last time it was more than 24 hours late which made me make a loss of $1000. This time it's 6 hours later. This time however, the withdrawal was processed with the 10am JST batch, and was well within its one-working-day (or 24 hours) maximum processing time. This detail has always been included in the confirmation email system sends out to every successfully requested withdrawal. Please understand that we are also bitcoin exchange users, and we do not like delays either. However, withdrawals on our exchanges have to go through extensive balance and security checks, and if any problem arises, we will need some time to investigate and correct it. We always try to keep it under one working day. I made an withdrawal before the cutoff time and it is still not processed. This is the 3rd time you are delaying the withdrawals, as you may understand I'm starting to get pissed off. Kindly process the withdrawal immediately. |

Hi there, Your BTC withdrawal has been processed as well. Apologies for the delay, and thanks for your patience. Thanks, I did receive the coins. But I received them more than 48 hours after I did the withdrawal. I bought the coins at a higher rate and once I received them they had dropped. That made me loose more than $500. As you can understand I am not happy at all, I have been trading a lot on your portal but I am very very disappointed and upset. I can't understand how a withdrawal that usually takes a couple of minutes do take you 48 hours to perform. I understand that you got your security measures, but that is not a valid reason. The miss is from your side and I didn't do anything wrong. Will I get compensated for this loss? |
