Permanent is not a question of time. If you need it as a time frame: as long as you are alive. Speaking of time... We don't live in a absolute world , then nothing is permanent... I think its done. Make a new account through Tor and pay up like any other self respecting ban evader.. Thank you Fernandez for your replied. New account means breaking the law again. Are you saying your account has been banned for two months or it has been more than two months since it was banned? Your second/third? chance will likely be after the ban expires.
Yes my account has been banned since November 23, 2014 and still is.This is not my first banned. chance will likely be after the ban expires. My exact question is when? I will be appreciated if you give me time or date. Thank you again |

From your post you have a 2 month ban and not a permanent ban. So you're going to get your second chance. Use these 2 months to reflect on your mistake so that you don't repeat it in future. Ok, thanks, sorry I didn't get it, yes I have 2 month ban and my account still is, So as you said I'm going to get second chance, that I'm really appreciated about it, but when? If give me exact time I'm really thankful too, not reply and asking again. Best regards |

What is your username? What were you banned for initially? How many times were you previously banned? My account is CoinGamez. And I was banned for one time for 1) Using ads and banners out of signature part. 2) Impatient to wait 7 days. I accept that some of I done was wrong. I do apologize again for that. So if I am understanding you correctly you were banned for having spammy advertisements in your service announcement posts (or other posts), the ban was for 7 days. You got "impatient" and created a new account that you used to evade your ban. Then when you were caught ban evading you were permanently banned. IIRC your posts contained a lot of spammy pictures/ads. I think this was to the point that a mod needed to edit posts on your behalf. You seem sincere but ban evading is breaking a very serious rule. Idk if they will lift it or not. Everything you said was right. I did break unintentionally and inadvertently the rules of the forums. I respect the decision of the admins. But I would ask them to reconsider about it. Thank you We have all had our fair share of bans in our early days and no one was removed (even if some may have started begging moderators & admins pity to be unbanned); so, as happen to us, You may have to wait the end of your ban period, before having your last chance to follow the rules. Since you have already got at least your 3 days, 7 days, bans before the actual one I don't think you have much chances of having your actual ban removed by Admins or Mods before it expiry date. Live long & prosper!  Thanks very much Grand_Voyageur for your logical and wise answer. But how did you checked my least ban period days? I asking because shorena said "NO" they will not lift it. I'm a little bit confused!!! |

This post in itself would be ban evasion.
AFAIK, people are allowed to register a new account to ask about their ban here in meta. If they don't use their new account (posting or sending PM) outside meta, it won't be considered as a ban evasion. Yes, asking in meta about the status of the ban is fine. -snip-

You make tons of fake accounts and give fake reviews about your site. Once you get unbanned I would advise you to stop. Using fake accounts is fine as long as you don't promote a scam (your site is legit and pays so it's fine) but you went overboard. 6 pages of fake reviews. That's just annoying. Wait out your ban, mods are reasonable, once I was misunderstood but they fixed it quick after an explanation. However, since you are not permabanned, it's only 7 days, and you obviously are doing something shady, just wait it out and be a contributing member after your ban.
I accept that there is no way you can erase what has happened, Even though the accusations may be unfair and untrue. How much these days accusations simplified? How many times did you play on our site? Are you familiar with the various parts of our site? I still agree that we did couple mistakes. I also apologize for the same. we learn from our bad decisions and move on. 1) Using ads and banners out of signature part. 2) Impatient to wait 7 days. 3) (Coingamez, Coingamez.com, CoinGamez Team) These are not fake accounts. all those accounts was us. not obvious??? We created them, to give answers to the users problems. But you and many others are wrong about accusations. We have over the 131,970 users, We've added a section to our website "The testimonial" and linked to our post in the forums. " if you're satisfied with our site, Game & prizes please support us by write your testimonial" well, many people had new registered for the posts. fake accounts and accused of making them unfair and false. I don't want try to address every accusation, If I decide to start defending our self, that will become our full-time job, If I answer every story, every piece of gossip and rumors, every allegation about our site, it will be completely consumed by this, and it will take over our services. that's all we will ever do, But you make sure our users they know the truth and other people who will like and respect us for who we are, and they will be our friends.  Its very simple to try again!!! If once again we put the links of this post on our site.you will see, there are a few users post in here about us and our services... This means you have to need a guarantee to return the CoinGamez ID?
I know that was wrong about the banners and ads. But when I want to compensate with Clear Banners, no one did not respond to my email.
So, We needed an ID to introduce a new service. Unfortunately for 7 days was too much, and we could not wait. Just had to get a new ID.
Either you're the admin malevolent . The final decision is yours.
