If I had time to work on this, I'd look at the code from which Paycoin was ripped (ppcoin or something, right?), find out what they do to the fees in that code, and see how that segment of code is changed in the Paycoin code.

I have never heard even a temporary new boss not to use the first immediate opportunity to inform everybody about the new boss in town just so that after a week of silence it does not seem like the new boss is skirting responsibilities and hiding behind the curtains looking weak and scared. |
