If the matter is not bonus related it must be due to identity issues or a betting syndicate. bet365 is an operator with an outstanding reputation who would not lock accounts without valid reason. If the well known mediators are even refusing to look in the matter, the case must be an obvious scam. If you are looking for a hacker to access to these accounts for you, good luck. If you feel you did not violate their terms, there are various options to pursue this.
I would have been curious to understand the reason behind this ban and see what can be done, but obviously you are not interested. Your loss.
He has obviously bet on a fixed match with few different accounts, maxbet on each. I don't see what is so hard to understand. Bet365 has flagged the accounts as related and now they won't release the funds. |

Same here, all I get is "account suspended" message. I guess they're gone.  He has gone! with the treasure chest! Spent about 80 € on that site. 90% that https://cointellect.com/ will gone in the near future too. Explain why. Otherwise just a Troll message without any kind of proof. Atleast they are an registered company in Estonia with years of work behind on different industries. |

Beware of collateral scams! Any collateral should be sent to a trusted third party. I always hear about these trusted third party escrows but my question is how would you find one? I know that might sound pretty stupid but I'm kind of a Noob to this whole lending thing and have no problem with collateral if I was to ask for a loan but I was just curious if someone could shed some light on how to get a trusted third party for the escrow of the collateral? Just use one of our forums highly trusted escrows. Like Magic8Ball or Tomatocage in example. Nothing harder than that. |

Yeah, that's just because I got swatted and they broke my door and had to pay for new one. I will however still be paying him back, but I'm just going to be late as I have to deal with IRL issue of being swatted, police, etc. These sounds kinda familiar excuses for my ears what I've just heard. People just remember to loan ONLY when you KNOW you're going to be able to pay back the loan giver. Do not "thinks when you can pay back" rather "know when you can pay back". There is a big difference. And it's always some catastrophe what happens to happen right when you have a loan ongoing. What a coincidence.  I offered to supply video proof from my CCTV cameras, and he said proof of this was not needed. You can ask both him, and redsn0w. Well good if there is some proof out of these kind of claims and statements. This is just a normal type of excuses that seems to be heard a lot in the community. Sorry for my offensive comment if this really is true. Just trying to keep the community clean on my behalf. Yeah, no hard feelings. I have CCTV footage here, and in my CCTV footage you can see heavily armed officers approaching with AR-15's, Shotguns, body armor, bomb squad, there was a helicopter above my house, a mobile command center outside, hostage negotiators - all captured on my CCTV footage. Police stated it drained about $60,000 in resources for this hoax. I know it's none of my business but may I ask why did you get swatted by the cops? You running something illegal or a puppet of a gang or something? |

Inspite of the best efforts of the lenders and trusted members, there has been a spate of scams. To prevent that use the trust rating wisely.
[1] When giving out a collateral free loan, give a neutral feedback mentioning the loan.
[2] When you receive a loan request, check the trust rating, click on untrusted feedback, and see if there are any ratings which may be of concern.
It should help to detect loanees who take out multiple loans. This seems to be the recent trend these days.
Warnings may not be given as negative feedback but as neutral, so it will not show up unless you go into their trust rating.
I also agree to this one as it's an excellent idea. I ran into this problem with loaners taking out double or triple loans and now that ends as the rules gets more strict and no newbies or below senior members can get anything from my services. I was under prepared for these lousy scammers so hopefully nobody else has to suffer losses. |

That is in addition to the 2 active loans you have I am afraid you are planning to leave with the loans. ProspectX should have followed and warned that you have a loan out, and Blazedout419 should have taken your account as collateral which would have prevented you from taking out another loan. Remember SuperDay that you're still listed on my thread below with DUE state on loan.
