I think if the match is not completed then a sports book could void the bet because the match is not completed as we are wagging a bet for the full match and not getting to the next round by default because the opponent is injured and so i think it is a fair decision by cloudbet. Pre-match bet: 1 set completed is all that is needed for moneyline wagers to stand. Live bets: if you make a live bet on a tennis match and either player retires, your bet is void NO MATTER WHAT. This is in their rules. They are fuck heads for having different rules for pre/live, but it is there. |

the customer support they offer is pathetic. they have 4 or 5 people answering emails that can only copy and paste canned responses. they have one manager - the one that posts here - that investigates all issues where a customer keeps pressing/voicing concern which requires an actual investigation. the problem with cloudbet is that their investigations always result in their favor. cloudbet - if you fund my account (and lock it so i cant withdraw), i'll be happy to take videos of the odds not being honored at better prices even when the "accept better odds" button is checked. |

If you claim to have a license from the government of Montenegro, then you have to show us where and not we have to search it! they may hold a "fake" license from an (illegitimate) online company called E-Gambling Montenegro, but I promise you that the government of Montenegro has not granted "E-Gambling Montenegro" any such authority to provide gaming licenses. Hi hawks! In response to each of your queries (I have removed the profanities): I have 3 main problems with your site:
1) Live betting not updating ticket to better odds and confirming at worse odds, but not working the other way around
2) Your bullshit .04 minimums that are set on a lot of markets (your rules state that .001 is the minimum wager)
3) Canceling live bets and stating that you had the score incorrect. You mention in your rules that the score is for informational purposes and may not be accurate. Funny that the odds match the REAL SCORE, so the bets should stand.
1) This simply isn't the case - your live betting ticket WILL update to a better price, when there is a change. If the price worsens, you will be asked to confirm. If the price gets better, you will get the better price. 2) Unfortunately, on some markets - usually in live - our limits are at higher. This is because of the cost of servicing some markets, in particular in live. We are hoping to reduce these minimums over time. 3) I agree that is unacceptable. If you encounter this, please let us know the specifics (including bet ID) and we will resolve the issue for you. Leandro Re: #3 Response from Cloudbet: Thank you for patience with this. Game Protect - why don't you do what you claim to do (protect us), and contact the government of Montenegro. But I can also inform you that investigation and legal action in regards to online gaming is very time consuming and costly. Because in most cases they intentionally construct structures by gaming specialized lawyers, with different jurisdictions involved, to make it expensive to investigate and go after them. This book scams its players VERY subtly. Pay attention if you ever place live bets.
Add something to your betslip, say at 2.0 odds. Watch the odds in the main window change to something like 2.4 (improve). Submit your bet at the original odds, and it will be confirmed at the original odds EVEN IF you have the "accept better odds" box checked. Now, if the odds became worse, say you added something at 2.0 and it decreased to 1.8, then your bet would be confirmed at 1.8.
These MOTHER FUCKERS do this shit all the time.
