contacted cloudbet after they said closed my account for multiaccounts and they never got back to me. support never replies to emails and my deposit withdrawn 6 days now and no reply want my funds! http://imgur.com/a/CZOB2i want my money no contact 6 days Another victim of Cloudbet, did you really have multi-account? Okay - so I have obtained the personal details of one of the CloudBet employees. He did an interview with a gaming news company a while back, and that company revealed his details because of the shady practices of this shitty book.

Hi hawks! In response to each of your queries (I have removed the profanities): I have 3 main problems with your site: 1) Live betting not updating ticket to better odds and confirming at worse odds, but not working the other way around 2) Your bullshit .04 minimums that are set on a lot of markets (your rules state that .001 is the minimum wager) 3) Canceling live bets and stating that you had the score incorrect. You mention in your rules that the score is for informational purposes and may not be accurate. Funny that the odds match the REAL SCORE, so the bets should stand.
1) This simply isn't the case - your live betting ticket WILL update to a better price, when there is a change. If the price worsens, you will be asked to confirm. If the price gets better, you will get the better price. 2) Unfortunately, on some markets - usually in live - our limits are at higher. This is because of the cost of servicing some markets, in particular in live. We are hoping to reduce these minimums over time. 3) I agree that is unacceptable. If you encounter this, please let us know the specifics (including bet ID) and we will resolve the issue for you. Leandro

They don't even care about if you reveal their own colleagues personal info or not. No honor among thieves I guess. If one gets cornered and denounced another one will simply take their place. Must be in a really poor country to have mentality like that. An india or china support center where it is one man for themselves. Well are you going to announce it here or going to create a whole thread and reveal it in scam accusations topic?

I think you should fix the pending big withdrawals first so that people cannot get annoyed and shout out that they have been compromised by the cloudbet site. Much better if you 0ut some huge amount on your hot wallets if possible so that at anytime people can withdraw with at ease.
All withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, including large ones. I can see that there are currently no large withdrawals in queue for approval - they have all been processed.
