Krypton KR Swap Instructions Krypton is moving KR to a new blockchain.
All old Proof-of-Work KR must be swapped for the new Proof-of-Stake KR.
If your KR is on Bittrex Exchange, Bittrex will swap it for you.
If your KR is on Yobit Exchange, standby for instructions.
If your KR is in a Krypton QT wallet, you must send it to Krypton to be swapped.
Please follow these swap instructions and download the new KR wallet here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BTnS_8YilO0HImQd41Z3F0ZmKpYvhota8MzJ8tZkPpY/edit?usp=sharing
If you have questions or need assistance, please join Krypton’s Slack.
Live people are waiting to help.
http://Slack.Krypton.Rocks
All KR swap requests that were submitted on Friday, 30-Sept-2016, have been processed. Some people forgot to ATTACH the "keystore" folder. These people have been notified by email that their swap request is incomplete. I cannot complete swap requests without keys. Swap requests submitted on Saturday, 1-Oct-2016, are being processed now. Well I attached the key from inside the keyfolder (wasn't allowed to attach the folder) on Saturday-- we will see, I just wish more effort was put into making the swap equal for all people and not for some of us later

How long before you guys actually send out the Krypton to peoples wallets once they Email you? It shouldn't take long, there aren't that many active Krypton wallets.

Is there an issue with synchronizing with the peers?
This is a new error message from gexp.
Where do you live? The problem is that the TCP UDP settings etc were never fixed from the initial issues as noted below: All seven of my nodes appear to be on the main chain. 2 of which are on windows with 10+ peers. ocminer what's your node ill add it to the bootnodes so that people are always trying your connection. Furthermore, https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/issues/1579Its not just an expanse problem. I have tried to put up an Expanse Pool for the last few days but it is almost impossible because errors continually pop up. Particularly the ones like "no new work available". I tried to hack Go-Expanse to work with the updates from ethereum but run into a wall at needing an "fdtrack" on Expanses github or I would need to copy the Erthereum one and create my own Github and GOPATH for it. That is to much damn work since those fixes could have been implemented in Aug 2015 but never were updated. As you can see from the quote above, the Expanse team has known about it but has not fixed the files that are needed to be fixed. So I will list them for you here 1 - p2p/discover/node.go 2 - p2p/discover/table.go 3 - p2p/discover/udp.go 4 - p2p/server.go If you need the link to the commits just click on the link from well, you. Then go to "files changed" Or you can keep telling people that it has to do with where they live or some other BS edited to add the link for the fix: https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/pull/1689/files

Hi everyone,
sorry for being reluctant to update this thread, as there is a lot of things going on behind the scenes. At the moment we are finalizing a rollback release as a measure against the attack.
So instead of just securing the chain you are doing a "DAO-ETH" maneuver. What happens to those of us solomining etc. I will be very unhappy when my balance gets screwed up. It appears you are not only going to rollback the chain you are going to also privatize it so that others cannot mine it. You are making a grave mistake and please let us know what your intentions are so we can make appropriate changes to our mining. I think you will lose about half of your support over a rollback. cheers Hey Kolbas, we are exploring a lot of different ways to navigate this situation, but there is no "just securing the chain". Our highest priority goes towards keeping everyone's efforts in the same state as before the attack. This goes for miners, traders, users and us, the developers. If you read a few lines below in our previous post, we ask all solo miners to switch to one of the advertised pools as a preemptive measure to keep your efforts safe and archived. If you read back a few pages, we advised any purely profit oriented miner to consider switching to a different coin for the time being. Please note that while we are working on a solution we cannot share any finer details. Thank you for the explanation. Are the coins in my wallet safe and what about transfers that I have made into and out of my wallet recently? The reason I ask is because in light of the attack I have tried to secure my coins in different locations and wallets. The problem is that it could create problems for transactions outside of the exchanges as well. Since we are unable to deposit coins anywhere outside our wallets then it creates a lot of uncertainty about how we as miners handle this as well. Mining on a pool is not any safer unless you plan on only including transactions from those pools. edited to add the following: A solo miner that is simply mining to collect a coin of interest has no benefit (actually the opposite because of fees and lack of control) mining at a pool.

Ok fanboy, but that answers none of the important questions

Since it appears the Dev does not want to answer the question about the premine, looking at the code the premine is:
edited out
To put it into perspective it will be 2 weeks before 1,000,000 coins are mined.

This is the worst Linux/Ubuntu wallet I have seen in 2-3 years. What a nightmare

How does one compile beatscoind for Ubuntu. I keep getting a bunch of errors about groestl and the compilation terminates with: make: ** [obj/groestl.o] Error 1
edit- may have solved it by placing a missing Obj folder in the /src folder

They want people that bought EthOS to prove they bought it, something is wrong with these fuckers.
|
|
|
I bought a few copies of EthOS and it worked fine until today - Now they sent a message on the Stats Page and locked it. If they think you have made a copy and did not pay they shut off access to the stats.
Instead of asking or warning people they shut it off without warning- I SAY GO FUCK YOURSELF Ethos guys. I bought a few copies and also bought a couple of rigs that were made already and they had it on the system. Now I cannot use any of them and you want me to send you receipts and ask for permission again.
I will be doing a chargeback on all of my copies of EthOS and would recommend others to do the same.
FUCK YOU - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIT
|
|
|
I started a new thread to bring attention to the fact that the EthOS guys limit the functionality of the system because they want to - FUCK YOU Kot and friends

I am confused, are you in business with Jonah Dorman? Aren't both of you guys Paycoin peeps?
Are you aware that ATM's for Bitcoin have been around for a long time?
Also, do you guys help people get the MSB license etc needed to use the machines in the USA?

Will you accept escrow on the 480's if I also buy some of the 380's

I am wanting to possibly purchase some of the GPU's on your thread but do not like buying in private on BCT. One question Mr. theDreamer, why are your prices higher than buying the item direct from the sellers like Newegg? Is that why your topic is locked?
