EthOS is a SCAM - STAY AWAY - Get Your Money Back - Do a Chargeback

I bought a few copies of EthOS and it worked fine until today - Now they sent a message on the Stats Page and locked it.  If they think you have made a copy and did not pay they shut off access to the stats.

Instead of asking or warning people they shut it off without warning- I SAY GO FUCK YOURSELF Ethos guys.  I bought a few copies and also bought a couple of rigs that were made already and they had it on the system.  Now I cannot use any of them and you want me to send you receipts and ask for permission again.

I will be doing a chargeback on all of my copies of EthOS and would recommend others to do the same.

I want to be clear that I'm seeking to understand what is happened here and would like to know if you could provide some additional information about your situation.

1. How long were your miners active before this occured?

2. I assume based upon your posts that the miners no longer function because you received this error?

3. This error appears to be a licensing issues, have you contacted their support teams to resolve the issue?

4. Did you give the support teams of EthOS the opportunity to resolve this matter? If yes, what did they provide in response?

5. Were you previously happy with the product before this event?

It is very unfair that gpushack did not inform in advance by mail all customers licenses purchased. Unnecessarily failure occurred in the monitoring. It's unprofessional .

They need to offer support thu emails etc not just on some IRC channel some place to start with . I bought a copy but don't use it much I don't like how support works the only way to get any kind of support is thu IRC . sigh   now this I don't know if it happen to me yet i reformatted that SSD reloaded it with windows 10 . it was my own SSD i never got the SSD or tired to that your suppose to get when you buy the copy ,  I did ask about getting it and was ignored.

It seems that ethOS team wants that their customers have switched to Windows.
Also no support for dual mining, no driver for RX480...

Just do not use EthOS it takas away more that it provides extra.
