1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next better altcoin? on: June 28, 2021, 09:28:19 AM
Smart contracts are convenient, but they are good for experienced people. DeFi tokens have been gaining momentum for a long time, their prices grow steadily, I recommend you to have a look at the history of UNI, LEND, COMP.

Regardless of the fact that DeFi tokens don’t enjoy high market cap, they have more prospects in the long-term run, these coins are less vulnerable to inflation. In addition, the system is completely decentralized, you don't have to worry about commissions and transaction intermediaries.

What are the other benefits of the coins mentioned above? I think you should start with small amounts of money, but I believe I will work with this project for a long time.

Mainly, these are staking opportunities, Pumpy.farm also provides this opportunity, you can see this in the long-term run. The company can also pump and burn the coin, while other companies can’t do this.

The most profitable strategy is to buy coins that have no demand so far, it makes no sense to buy a lot of coins that have already skyrocketed. In this case, you need to learn more about the coins.

The price of some coins depends on absolutely random things, let’s say, Elon Musk’s tweets, after which Dogecoin skyrocketed. I recommend you to estimate the coin’s reliability first of all. From this point of view, BNB is my favorite. It’s based on Binance company, and the company is very promising. Also, recently, the demand for DeFi token technology has been growing, so I bought Pumpy.farm token, and I believe it has great development chances.

What characteristics should I pay attention to when choosing new coins which I want to invest little money to start with?

I’ve been working with cryptocurrency not for so long, I mostly invested in BTC, ETH and Nano. A loved the latter because of quick payment making without commissions and transactions are confirmed almost immediately.  But now, I consider new projects with promising technologies.

I completely agree with you. Now, you can’t be sure whether the coin’s price will grow or fall. New cool project that deserve attention may appear in the future, but no one knows when it’ll happen. That’s why people act based on technical indicators and fundamental analysis.

I recommend you to try out Pumpy.farm. It’s based on Defi and helps to increase the profit made on investments. This is a very useful tool for the current situation. Some more about investments: some people believe that it’s too late to invest and you should wait and estimate the situation in the market. You can make decisions spontaneously. You can invest safely only in peacetime.

I haven’t heard about this platform yet, but I’m interested now. Yes, no one can be sure about the coins. Before the rates increase again, it’s better to buy the ones you’re sure of. I chose EOS.

I recommend everyone to rely only on profitable projects. You can find them on Coinmarketcap in TOP-20 sections. This can help you to make good profit at the moment. Current market conditions allow you to buy a lot of coins that fell in price. Each of the project listed on TOP-20 list can recover feet and reach their previous price. Sham projects can be expensive today, but everyone will forget about them tomorrow. That’s why you should choose projects carefully.

I can recommend, too. Everyone should understand what they invest in and know the history of the coin and the idea of the project in general.  Diversifing your funds and investing in the coins with lower market cap is a good idea. Each of these coins is listed in TOP-100 list.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which assets should I invest in during the current market drop? on: June 06, 2021, 03:03:13 PM
I think I’ll start with investing some small amounts of money in projects with low market cap. I want to check each of them, learn about their liquidity and about how to make profit when studying a project.

In my opinion, the best coins are the ones that showed their potential during the market growth. The fact that the price grows means that people are interested in the project.

Recently, I started using Pumpy.farm.

Analyzing the market, I also found out that there’re a lot of extremely promising coins, for example, ARPA, CHZ, TRB, XVS, TKO. The five coins can be a breakthrough in cryptocurrency market because they have clearly set goals as projects. Does the platform your told about work as a Defi project?

I agree with you when it comes to coins, but I still have doubts. It makes sense to invet in the projects that have been developing for many years and have a clearly set goal. Yes, this platform uses Defi system. You can make profit on staking. You can find documents here.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which crypto and platform do you invest in in June??? on: June 05, 2021, 11:01:50 AM
According to my analysis, BTC will skyrocket soon again, and it’ll exceed its previous all-time-high. That’s why it makes sense to buy it now. As for the other coins, you can also invest in BNB.

It’s good that the analysis is helpful. I can also recommend you to use pumpy.farm - Autofarmer and Best Yield Aggregator | DeFi platform. It allows to gather farming profit in one place. Also, the algorithms aimed at increasing profit can give you advice on what coins to buy and when to do it.

I recommend everyone to analyze the market on their own, but you need to gain experience and digest a lot of information before that anyway. It’s not always a good idea to rely on other people’s advice because everyone can make a mistake. It’s better to have your own understanding and know about potential risks. I can’t name the specific coins – there’re a lot of them – but I can say you can consider TOP-10 coins on CMC.

What can change the analysis? What factors does market behavior depend on and how to make forecasts correctly?

The analysis may change daily because it depends on the current market condition, the news influencing cryptocurrency and other factors. But I recommend everyone to have their own understanding of the market and the coins they are going to invest in. I can recommend you such coins as BNB, THETA and INJ.

The perfect moment is the one which can be considered as potential for investing when the market is falling. When the market drops, people begin to buy coins, this leads to price growth. Some may reach ATH. I agree with you. Your list looks like this because they are the goal of many investors.

Also, you can choose the coins from TOP-100 CMC. Almost everyone recommends coins from this list because this is the best way to invest. Never invest seriously in new assets.

When the market begins to drop, I try to buy more BNB and BTC. Their price recovers because many people buy them. Recently, I started using Pumpy.farm. This is a good service for making investments and optimizing profitability.

It’s important to invest in the project that has been created for many years and has a real goal, let’s say, ETH.  There’re many crypto projects with low market cap, but you need to learn about each of them before investing. That’s how you can learn about their liquidity and how to make profit by investing small amounts of money when studying the project.

It seems to me that the best coins are the ones that showed their potential when the market grew. It means that many people want to buy it. When the price drops, everyone begins to buy, so the price can grow back. I watched BNB, ETH, Tron.

It’s hard to say now if it makes sense to buy cryptocurrency when it’ falling. Both drop and rise can follow. But if you do mining, I recommend you Pumpy.farm platform. It allows to gather all assets in the same storage and reduce the risks of mining if you are aimed at making profit.

Does it turn out that the funds of the users are liquid?
Yes, but it’s true only for those who can stake so far. Other users will access transferring and selling tokens at later stages. Exact timeframes are not known so far.

How do block producers work?

How does decentralization work? This is a very interesting thing for me.

The system is based on validator nodes. A chain of pools manages a vast stake pool to keep them safe and reliable. Each of these pools works under SSV system, meaning that the validator keys are divided into several parts. To restore a key, you need a minimum amount of those parts, also, the threshold of the signatures needed to restore a key and confirm the signature itself in the chain of beacons is low (its 2/3).

Why do they need pools if the keys are divided into parts?

The pools work as an extra layer of protection between a validator and beacon chain.

Does it mean that every system participant is a pool? If so, how does it happen?
