21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good or bad idea saving every penny on crypto stable coins on: March 05, 2024, 01:44:31 PM
If you don't live in the US, I don't think it's a problem for you to save using USDT in crypto because the exchange rate can go up or down, but remember, you must always be vigilant about the safety of your money, it's better if you save in crypto only like btc or ETH , not in stablecoin,
22  Economy / Economics / Re: Boycott of Chinese products and economic relations - when ? on: March 05, 2024, 01:34:57 PM
The boycott session was only for a moment, even though it happened,  in my opinion, because if people are comfortable with the products they use, they will definitely come back. For example, yesterday we called for a boycott of products that support Israel, in fact now people have returned to using these products.
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If everyone is holding their bitcoin, will there be a balance? on: March 02, 2024, 12:26:52 PM
they will sell it at the appointed time, it could be said that they have made enough profit, and what is certain is that if they have stable money their bitcoin will not be sold and will still be held until the value is high,
but one thing is impossible, if all bitcoin owners do not sell their bitcoins,
24  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is rising faster and faster, It is time to Buy Bitcoin ! on: March 02, 2024, 12:03:50 PM
Instead of chasing quick wins, think of Bitcoin as a long-term play, like building a sandcastle. Invest what you're okay with losing, and hold on for the ride, even when it gets bumpy. Research, understand the risks, and don't let the price swings freak you out. Remember, even the coolest sandcastles need a good foundation, and that means knowledge and a solid plan. Buying high might feel scary, but as an investor, you're not buying a moment, you're buying into the future of the tech. Think of it like buying a rookie basketball player – you're not expecting them to win the championship right away, but you believe they'll grow and get better. So, focus on the long game, not the daily price drama.

of course it's scary when buying bitcoin at a high price, if for daily or short term trading, the recovery period will take the next 4 years to reach the initial price we bought, those who bought when btc was high in 2021 are also up to today if they bought at the price of 69K yet Return on purchase capital, it still takes time to achieve their target of getting maximum profits
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trade altcoins during the bull run or just hodl? on: March 01, 2024, 01:31:01 PM
Next year will be my first bull run and have just been thinking about what will be best to do when it finally arrives next year.

Do you plan on just holding till an amount you are happy with or is it a good idea to try and trade altcoins whilst they are pumping to earn even more?

I will sell my assets when the price is pumped. When my assets have a return of up to 100% then I will sell them. I will not hold many altcoins because I believe that once an altcoin has been pumped it will likely be difficult to pump again. It will probably take the next 1 to 2 years for it to pump again. I'll sell it and go back to looking for new altcoins that haven't pumped yet.

I saw you posted in May 2023. If you had several altcoins like SEI, WLD, and TON at that time maybe by now you would have made a 1000% return.

I will also sell my altcoin if it gives a profit of at least 20% of the capital I spent when buying it. 2021 was a lesson for me where I set a target that was too high and in the end I didn't get a profit on my altcoin, and now tokens what I expected to rise is actually worthless
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What causes altcoin season? on: March 01, 2024, 12:59:50 PM

So, should we also expect altcoin season following the current bull run? If yes, what are the best altcoins to focus on?

Everyone hopes that there will be an increase in altcoins, not just BTC, where behind Bitcoin there are supporting altcoins to provide color in crypto trading,
I think well-known altcoins like eth and bNb are likely to be the main coins to gain profits in this bullrun season
According to me
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Previous ATH achieve before bull? on: March 01, 2024, 12:49:05 PM
(...)
I think that the idea of halving and bull run is largely associated to bitcoin, but it seems that altcoins are also enjoying from these things. There's no how bitcoin will move and leave altcoins behind.
For the question of bull and ATH, it has always been that halving brings in bull run which achieves a new ATH. But this time around, things could change because there are some notable changes in the fundamentals of cryptocurrency such as the ETF approval. That is a big wind no matter how we tend to see it.
If we talk about halving here, then we must first base on Bitcoin.
We first base to Bitcoin since halving is only for Bitcoin. To answer the question: most of the Bitcoin block halvings, like before. We always see high price action of Bitcoin, we can't say they are all all-time highs but the price always pumping before block halving of Bitcoin.
Then most altcoins follow Bitcoin after Bitcoin pumps.
Yes, almost all the cryptocurrency terminologies emanated because of bitcoin. Terms such as HODLING, FOMO, FUD, HALVING and the rest of them. But these terms are also affecting altcoins, but the major effect is still on bitcoin.

Talking about Op, bitcoin price is at 56 now which is a few distance to 69 (ATH). It seems that history is gonna change from here.

By looking at today's BTC price at 62k to reach the old ATH I think it is not difficult in the first week of March, but unfortunately altcoins haven't changed much in price, but this doesn't rule out the possibility that the top altcoins will follow BTC later. although it's a bit far to start eth and BNB will definitely have a new ATH this season.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has AltCoins thought you a hard time lesson before? on: March 01, 2024, 12:39:30 PM
I once had a difficult time with altcoins, when I first entered the world of crypto, where I didn't have a financial advisor in crypto, but that way I was able to learn to research every coin I was going to invest in, not because of fomo and hype to buy altcoins but how much the great development of altcoins themselves,
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just hodl, bitcoin will do the silencing. on: February 29, 2024, 02:31:44 PM
Bukele is a great president, he changed El Salvador by reducing criminal rates, reducing unemployment rates, increase the GDP rate, and brave enough to accept Bitcoin as legal tender despite many retired people complaining about Bitcoin.

We can learn from Bukele, but remember with our current conditions.

Bukele is investing in Bitcoin using El Salvador's remaining money, so if you (everyone) don't have enough money and you're still struggle to fill your monthly needs, don't be stupid to use that money to buy Bitcoin. Wink

It's true what you say, but there's no harm in setting aside money even if it's only 10$ a month. I think you can still buy BTC, and if you need it urgently, we can sell it. At least we have the intention to save by minimizing useless expenses. the future / financial freedom that we hope for
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why inflated countries should adopt Bitcoin to help boost their economy. on: February 29, 2024, 02:01:02 PM
because bitcoin does not have a fixed value, it always goes up and down, it will be difficult for bitcoin to become a valid payment, I think,
and also bitcoin cannot be used as a tool to improve the economy of one country because each country has different problems, and the exchange rate between bitcoin-usdt-local currency will be very influential,
However, for new people, it can provide long-term benefits by investing and making a profit if there is enough of the target
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC profit taking strategies? on: February 29, 2024, 12:48:09 PM
Everyone has their own strategy, I think the strategy you use is reasonable to apply, where if you sell BTC you will already make a profit, especially if you will get a profit above the capital we put in / when entering to buy Bitcoin
The suggestion is to sell enough BTC to buy your dream house and save it for your old age from the proceeds from selling your BTC. If you feel that all your wishes have come true, let your BTC become a long-term investment with a target of achieving maximum profits.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many times we will make the same mistake? - History repeats Again & Again! on: February 29, 2024, 12:35:48 PM

A multiplier of that size only came because Bitcoin was still in its infancy 10 years ago. Meanwhile, the other instruments you mentioned are not babies anymore.

May I draw my conclusion/opinion from your last sentence?
that if bitcoin is no longer in its infancy then the procurement value will not reach more than 1000x, right, just like property and gold which only have a procurement value of up to 15x,
but it makes sense that if the price of 1 btc gets more expensive it will be more difficult for people to have 1 btc if they want to buy instantly
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too advanced to get into Bitcoin now? on: February 29, 2024, 12:23:37 PM
Did the Bitcoin flight already leave investors? or is there still time to buy a ticket?

I think it's never too late to buy a ticket to the moon with bitcoin, even though the price is increasing at the moment, there will be a new ATH point according to our beliefs and hopes, right, so please buy your ticket before the train runs faster and you will be far behind and left regret.

36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do cryptocurrency increase the standard of living on: February 13, 2024, 10:56:16 PM
Knowing fully well that there is so many uneducated people around the world, how can cryptocurrency increase the standard of living

What standard of living do you mean here?
If highly educated people cannot manage money, they will not have a good standard of living, because they lack understanding in managing finances,
and if people's living standards are high regardless of ability it will also be dangerous,
Here Bitcoin cannot be said to measure everyone's standard of living because the main goal of people investing in Bitcoin is to save safely without any interference from the government which is preoccupied with taxes and deductions when saving in the bank.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Bitcoin catch up with Gold in capitalization? on: February 13, 2024, 10:44:36 PM
it is very difficult to speculate this issue because it is very sensitive in my opinion there will be many views between gold and btc owners,
In my opinion, one day Bitcoin will definitely exceed market capacity, because as we know, the value of Bitcoin is getting better every day than gold, but for now we don't need to think about that, now the main thing is how to collect as much BTC as possible and save it, for now. - next session in bitcoin
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: STOP telling people how much Bitcoin you have on: February 13, 2024, 10:30:47 PM
actually people won't know how much bitcoin we have, IF we don't start discussing what bitcoin is,
However, sometimes we intend to introduce Bitcoin to our friends, but what actually traps us is being asked how many Bitcoins we have
So before being asked how many Bitcoins you have, it's better to save discussing the Bitcoin issue

just my opini
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need more influencial women in crypto to help the gender embrace it? on: February 13, 2024, 10:24:18 PM
I think cryptocurrency does not differentiate between gender and age in its adoption and development, how many women there are is not an obstacle for crypto to move forward,
Even though in reality there are many women who have entered crypto themselves, they hide themselves from their gender
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to convert my SMT token to BTC on: February 12, 2024, 03:30:57 PM
Which network do SMT tokens use?
Can you mention the full name of the project because I also just found out! Try checking at Coin Market or Coingenko, usually coins that already have an exchange will be read there

lets check :
