Ordered some from Rockminer, but they are sold out and are refunding.

Escrow required if using BTC unless your trust score impresses me.

He paid first and it's three bucks so...
people have scammed for less then $1 worth of Bitcoin.

If I can buy his self respect and eternal soul for $3.64 I will consider it a bargain!

I actually do appreciate the warning, you're looking out for me and other members. But he was legit on this request.

Yeah, I could do that for you.

56-58 is actually about where they run for me, so that's likely the best you will get. If it's stable and error free, run with it!
226  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Wtb silver coins (quarters, dimes, nickels, half dollars,etc....us and non us) on: April 11, 2015, 08:14:44 PM
Silver for Paypal sounds like more of a craigslist post than a bitcoin one. I have some bullion rounds I don't need (dupes) but not looking to sell them at a discount and pay the paypal fees above that
227  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER C1 Discussion and Support Thread on: April 10, 2015, 10:13:45 PM
Where should it be on a C1?

They were running about 45 on the stock fans. It has actually come down a few more degrees as the temp of the coolent comes down from the better fans, Now sitting at 37. Have a larger, better pump coming from China. Still on the stock Syscooling pump at the moment.

Overall I am pleased. Running 5 hours now on the new fans. 37 degree average, no hardware errors and 1,011.07Gh/s average hash rate.

Getting ready for the summer I added another set of fans (3x Corsair Air Series SP120) to create a push-pull set-up on the radiator. Rig is now basically silent as all fans are running slower, and my temps are steady at 39°C with a 1,015.36 GH/s average. Heat output is also more manageable and the temp in my office is down 3 degrees.

They are decent little miners for a beginner or collector. Can be made fairly quiet with a fan upgrade.
230  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: BITMAIN announces Antpool on: April 04, 2015, 09:38:01 PM
Some kind of error as I got the same payout for the block as the one before it.

its not an error, read about how payouts are determined before posting.

I meant an error on the stats page showing the unusual hash rate, since the payout itself is right. But thanks for the suggestion on furthering my education in payouts.

233  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Bitmain Antminer C1 Setup [HD] on: April 04, 2015, 07:44:26 PM
Awesome guide as always! Got my new C1 up and running. Nice and quiet and currently averaging 1013GH at under 50°
234  Economy / Computer hardware / [FS] Antminer U3 on: April 04, 2015, 05:05:38 PM
Nearly New Antminer U3 units, complete in box.

Calling them Nearly new as the seal on the box has been broken, but this may have just been for testing as the units are spotless and work great!

Includes USB cable and Power Brick. Just needs a standard PSU cord to power the brick.

Price is .22 Bitcoin or $60 Paypal each and includes shipping in the US.
If you order 3 of them I will include a PCI-to-3x cable to let you power all 3 with a single PCI-e 6pin cable from any power supply.

I've got 5 more of these coming.

Good luck getting more than 1 to work at the same time.

Got 3 running right now. More hardware errors it seems with multiple running, but working fine so far.

Other 3 I am going to sell as I have another large rig coming so space is an issue, but these are still good little rental units.
236  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Quiet Miners on: April 03, 2015, 04:57:31 AM
I just mean stack noise-wise Smiley IE: 45db plus 45db = X? Hoping someone with 2 or 3 S3's can advise
237  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Quiet Miners on: April 03, 2015, 04:37:54 AM
Looking for miners that are fairly quiet as my rigs run in my office and I need to be able to work there.

Open to some cheap USB sticks and more expensive stand-alone rigs.

Payment via Bitcoin or Paypal.

PM me what you have and what you want for it.
The S3 is super quiet, quieter than S1 or S5 and runs 450gh/s and a decent efficiency.

Yes, the S3 isn't bad. I have a 3+ now as my main unit. How do they do when stacked? Is the noise level similar or does it multiply?
I had 2 S5's for almost a day lol, couldn't stand the sound of a clogged vacuum running non stop!

With coolers, or just the board?

Interested either way. Would like to see pics.
