I've had 3 sticks running at 16.5GHs each for over a week straight now, with no errors and no issues. That being said I wouldn't want to push them any further than this

In the compac thread there is also a pre-compiled Minera version to work with compacs. It is a image to burn to SD card, I have not tried it.
I kinda like having my RPI on raspbian and being able to control everything there very easy. I can also use multiple different items through it easily by running multiple CGMiner instances.
I'm using it to run 3 Compac's. Set-up was easy and I can manage minera from my PC. Highly reccomend edonkey's minera

Making some changes to my mining strategy so will be less concerned with daily hash power and payouts. As a result, I can keep my s3+ pointed at the pool all month for the October run to increase our odds.
Converted my riskable BTC to PACMiC contracts so I won't be tempted to play with rental hash which hasn't been very profitable lately. Going to just sit back and let things run for a while.
My tiny farm:
Antminer U3 - Pointed at Antpool for the hell of it. Antminer S3+ - Pointed at Sidehack Stick Club Antminer S5 - Hosted at Hashnest Antminer C1 - Pointed at CKPool 3X Sidehack Sticks - Pointed at Sidehack Stick Club 2X Sidehack Sticks - idle

Let's treat it like were at a concert that's running late... all together now...
[stomps feet]
Block! Block! Block! Block!

Usually after someone starts talking about chicken or pool restarts, a block is hit. Does it work??? Who knows, but it's some thing to talk about... LOL But I know what I'm having tomorrow. Would have had it tonight, but ran out of the hot sauce for the mix! Can't have chicken if it ain't got the tang of hot sauce! Damn man, take a bland bite for the team!

I'd be open to an S3 club as well. Have one running in my dad's office (He's always cold) now as my donation to the stick pool.

3 Sticks doing 16.5 gigs each with active cooling. Powered by Raspberry Pi with edonkey's minera image
|
|
|
I have an extra Raspberry pi Model B (not pi2) if anyone needs it to try running sticks on. Pi and edonkey's minera image was crazy easy and effective for me

Thanks. Was able to get 3 sticks averaging 16GH each without all the errors of Windows. Tried more than 3 but it seems by eyeboot hub doesn't have enough power for more than that.
ecnaddonate is an s3+ running 24/7 just to increase our odds.

Got a raspberry pi to try and run more than 2 sticks, and downloaded the cgminer for gekko, but am a pi noob and can' figure out hot to run it. Anyone with the know how and patience to tell me? Did you download the Minera image that I posted? That's the easiest way to go. Basically you image it, boot, then set your pools. The link is in the first post. Otherwise if you want to run on your own Pi image, you'll have to build cgminer gekko. Instructions can be found earlier in this thread, like sidehack said. Trying minera now... got too many errors with my attempt at building and got tired with typing in a long string to run it just to have it fail
You is my hero! Up and running, 3 sticks at 16GHs each. My hub can't seem to support more than that power-wise, so I will get a better one, but very pleased with the pi/minera set-up so they are hashing away on the side but I can control them from main PC.
