The advantage of being a trader is that whatever type of market it is, one can profit from it if he understands what is happening unlike being an investor wherein you can only profit when the price goes up. I would take advantage of this opportunity nowadays to study trading because when the market turns around which may be already happening, I would learn a good strategy then.

I understand that many people bought at high peak values, but there is no getting away from it, it happens. People make mistakes or simply do not think before making purchases. My view that current price of this cryptocurrencies is big enough and you could not await significant grow.
It is impossible to compare Ripple and Litecoin in frame of price prediction. All of them good,  but both of them expensive and I think it is too late to fall in this cryptocurrencies.

The market of this year kind of just started so I would think that we should wait before making claims that the coin is not going anywhere.

I am not much surprised by the price of Ethereum, as it was expected. Last year brought a very large percentage of price growth, this year the price was adjusted and after the beginning to fall due to the fact that the whales manipulate the market.

They shouldn't be banning it, one of the best places to get new investors for your coin is through facebook, there is a large reach of people there and it is a perfect place for new cryptocurrencies. What they should do is to impose more rules but out right banning it isn't advisable. They have not banned it yet and I don't think that they will ban it.
