I'm not going to go search the site because I really don't care THAT much about it.
But you care enough to write walls of text here in support of it! Something is going on with you. I don't believe you have absolutely no financial interest in this. You weren't this supportive of them 300 pages back. What has changed? I went to the hangouts and listened to them answer questions --ikeboy Incorrect. So I found the original ad campaign that first described the Remember Hashlet. It was posted on Sept 13th and shows that they planned to donate 100% of sales to charity. So Im not sure how homero decided hours after selling them that they would donate. We need to get a list of lies for Josh to confess to his pastor he is starting to lose track. GET IT NOW YOUR STUPID DUNCE? Well, the difference here is that the money from the cookies went into the same wallet that their mom used when cashing her paycheck. Then the mom overspent her paycheck thinking there was more money for her to use than there actually was. So the charity is owed $10,000, but that $10,000 doesn't exist anymore. Who's at fault? The kids who put it in the same wallet? I imagine that would be some kind of accounting negligence. The mom who overspent (Josh)? It would be hard to show that she knew that some of the money in her wallet had already been promised to charity. A person with ethics would make up the difference, but is it a crime not to? and nthere i thought you had potentail  we introduced the legendary memorials hashelts BEFORE we said anything about charity. then we anounced that the money would go to charity, when i tghouht we sold 10000. we made a mistak with the announcement. what is wrong?? |

Actually, it does. Fraud requires intent, as does illegal misappropriation.
To clarify, this is fraud in the way that all hashlet sales are fraudulent, but I don't see the evidence that he intended to defraud a charity. I don't think there's any additional fraud going on beyond what occurs during an ordinary hashlet sale. I think it's a fuck up followed by an ugly resistance to make up the difference. There were a lot of really incompetent people making a lot of poor decisions (like the entire concept of Paycoin) and making a lot of mistakes. This smells like a fuck up.
I would contend that he showed intent. He knew they sold 48k prior to making the donation. Therefore, when making the donation he unintentionally left out the other 38k? pormise was made before knowing how much, i thougt we sold 10000 at the time, the promise was tyo donate 10000., read the posts, check the dates u fudding troller No the promise was to donate 100% to the 9/11 memorial fund. That did not happen. The promise was actually before they went on sale. Exactly.
