Actually, it does. Fraud requires intent, as does illegal misappropriation.
To clarify, this is fraud in the way that all hashlet sales are fraudulent, but I don't see the evidence that he intended to defraud a charity. I don't think there's any additional fraud going on beyond what occurs during an ordinary hashlet sale. I think it's a fuck up followed by an ugly resistance to make up the difference. There were a lot of really incompetent people making a lot of poor decisions (like the entire concept of Paycoin) and making a lot of mistakes. This smells like a fuck up.
I would contend that he showed intent. He knew they sold 48k prior to making the donation. Therefore, when making the donation he unintentionally left out the other 38k? pormise was made before knowing how much, i thougt we sold 10000 at the time, the promise was tyo donate 10000., read the posts, check the dates u fudding troller No the promise was to donate 100% to the 9/11 memorial fund. That did not happen. The promise was actually before they went on sale.

i can totaly see that "company acused of Giving extra money to Wrong Charity and seling to much hashlets!" nobody cares get a life fuddster lik e dude we were only going to sell 500. never promisd to giv more than that to charty. we donated anyway, what more you be want?? A little birdie just told me that MrCEO sent some of that money to his church! Maybe someone should call them up and let them know their savior is a crook? http://www.newdaychurch.cc/http://www.facebook.com/newdaychurch.ccNew Day Church Meeting Location: Basketball Hall of Fame 1000 W. Columbus Avenue Springfield MA 01105 Tel: (413) 241-3070 Fax: (413) 304-6070 info@newdaychurch.cc Actually I think it was rumored that the church was being used by Josh/Adam for laundering Well here's confirmation that the little birdie wasn't lying Jessica Garza getting baptized at NewDay Church?Singing a song to distract the crowd while homero empties the collections bowls.sweetheart, an entire swimming pool of holy water isn't gonna wash this stink off... but keep on sending misappropriated charities to the church, maybe you'll eventually "donate" enough of other peoples money to be "forgiven"? If you keep clicking the next button you are probably looking at a collection of GAWTARDS.

Introducing Legendary Hashlets!
Legendary Hashlets are an incredibly special and rare. They’re Hashlets that are only available for a limited time upon release, after which they become unavailable for purchase and are placed into our Legacy Vault.
Sure, they may target ZenPool just like a regular ZenHashlet, but there’s that’s where the similarities end. Here’s what sets them apart.
First, they have a completely unique skin that gives them their own special look and feel. They also are only available within ZenCloud to ZenCloud customers and can only merge with other identical Legendary Hashlets. But most importantly, what sets Legendary Hashlets apart from other Hashlets is that they’re only available for a very short time and only a certian amount will ever be sold.
All of this makes Legendary Hashlets the rarest breed of Hashlet ever!
And of course, some will be more even more rare than others. That depends on how many are hoarded by owners who cherish them and how many we make available in the first place. But make no mistake. Legendary Hashlets will be the hardest to find and most sought after Hashlets in the world.
The first one we’re introducing is the Remember Hashlet, to honor those who lost their lives on September 11th, 2001. stop the fudd Shocking how stupid people are. Here lets draw it in crayons for you:
1. Hey I got an idea, lets bake cookies and sell them and give the money to a 911 charity 2. Good idea. Let's give them 100 dollars. 3. You get the DoucheCanoe™ award for defending someones choice to defraud the 9/11 Memorial Fund. From every myself as well as every veteran and first responder worldwide: F*ck You!
I'm not defending anything, and I don't know how you got that impression. He did a bad thing, and the question is if he can be held accountable for it. Bad people get away with horrible stuff all of the time. It doesn't make it right. Shocking how stupid people are. Here lets draw it in crayons for you:

GET IT NOW YOUR STUPID DUNCE? Well, the difference here is that the money from the cookies went into the same wallet that their mom used when cashing her paycheck. Then the mom overspent her paycheck thinking there was more money for her to use than there actually was. So the charity is owed $10,000, but that $10,000 doesn't exist anymore. Who's at fault? The kids who put it in the same wallet? I imagine that would be some kind of accounting negligence. The mom who overspent (Josh)? It would be hard to show that she knew that some of the money in her wallet had already been promised to charity. A person with ethics would make up the difference, but is it a crime not to?
