1  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CLOUDMINR.IO 100k User celebration SALE, 0.76 BTC / THS on: July 03, 2015, 06:41:28 PM
can someone share the current time to ROI? Thanks

@skeltonbit

Here is the ROI on my first CM contract.  The ROI is about 111 days or 3 months/19 days.

M-IJQYLD    15-03-2015 22:23   1086 GH/s    1.066 BTC      1.08912308 BTC

Group,

Here's an update from my account in regards to the issue of ROI.  Below is my first contract, merged along with several reinvestments during March, with CM, so you can see that after roughly 90 days I have almost reached ROI.

15-03-2015 22:23   1086 GH/s    1.066 BTC    0.94337385 BTC

Of course each contract and situation is different, but if you are considering a purchase the above gives you an idea of when you'll hit ROI.
Overall, I am at about 62% ROI on all my contracts which now total about 3 TH/s.

We're processing the payments right now. It will take 2 - 3 hours. The website does appear blank from time to time. We are in the process of upgrading our servers.

Website is not blank. It is coming fine at my end.

Group,

From where I am in Moncton, New Brunswick, I just checked and access to Cloudminr is okay, if a bit slow.  My reinvestment was done and the site is working fine.

I think it's okay to be skeptical, but I don't think being negative is helpfull nor does it really make some others want to put money into crypto-currency businesses when those involved seem to be okay with knocking each other.

I have funds with Cloudminr and Stakeminer, both are working as expected.  I understand there are risks and I accept those risk, as have each of us who have invested with either or them or other similar businesses.

Let's focus our efforts on growing this industry.

Group,

I bought another 400 Gh/s from Cloudminr at their 30% off rate.  Sale went through without a problem and contract in place.

Payouts continue so aside from wanting improved customer service support (for support tickets), from my perspective the business is well run.

If you have any questions, PM me on the forum or email me at mszinck@gmail.com.

Thanks, Michael

Group,

I received my payout today as per the information below.  I am not a "shill", but I, like some other newbies, can say we did get paid.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
Type
   Reference   Date   To / from (Address / TXID / Balance)
   Amount
Payout
   P-STVBBX   17-05-2015 15:34:23    995c63a185ac6bfd5c0108534e856f3d723b7faaf0887fd9fc5a5037770f7523
   +0.11376079 BTC - This is about $Canadian 32.00 at todays C$ to BTC rate.
----------------------------------------

My only complaint with Cloudminr has been the identified issues with their support team, which by earlier posts they are addressing.   I started purchasing mining contracts in March 2015 and with reinvestments I am at about 44% ROI.

For the most part I have reinvested to buy more Gh/s, but have taken the cash several different weeks, this being one of them.

Cheers, Michael

still no daily of weekly reward report

@dickyCoy

Yes it would good to see the calculations back on the site, though https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator, does provide numbers that a pretty close to what I am earning per week.

I think he may have removed the calculations as he was getting questioned about the returns and the fact they were not matching the alloscomp numbers.  I assume there a number of factors which may affect the figures.

Someone posted that support is back on track and this is really a good sign.

Cheers, Michael

Cloudminr.io are in the process of hiring someone who will be able to answer the support tickets fast since they are aware that it is a problem at the moment.

They are creating a third party login for that person and will probably make it secure to be sure nothing happen to either cloudminr.io and cloudminr.io customers.

Have a nice day everyone Smiley

This will be a very good development for us and the company.

101% ROI  Roll Eyes

Cloudminr.io will hire some staff for the unresolved tickets.

Well that will be great!  Look forward to getting my issue resolved and moving forward.

Michael

Hey Michael, I have looked through your posts and I am extremely sorry for the delay. I will find out the reason nobody replied to you.

I have found and enabled the mining contract in question. I also gave you 50 GH/s extra to compensate for the delay.

@Cloudminr,

Thank you for the reply and getting the issue corrected.  What can I saw but thanks for the extra 50 GH/s, much appreciated!
I wish you well in getting your support system back on track.

Thanks again,
  Michael

no answer from admin.. about my coin that get losed...

Sorry for not noticing your PM. I have already replied to you asking for the account details. If there has been an error, any lost coins will be compensated for.

@Cloudminr,

I too have PM's into you on my support ticket that's almost 3 weeks in the queue.  Any idea on when you'll get to it?

Also, recommend you build in an auto-responder to your support system so we know that you have received our tickets.

Thanks, Michael

still no answer from admin.... wth

Yea did you notice he completely disregarded the fact he has support tickets over 2 weeks old with no response, but one thing we found out, they make 1000 USD a week in their autoreinvest scheme.

@Cyberpinoy / @dickyCOY,

I didn't miss that.  Whomever is speaking for Cloudminr is online and able to reply to the payment issue, but does not take time to address the lack of response to support tickets.

Why this sudden delay to support tickets.  In early April I filed a support ticket and the issue was cleared up within a day or two, now we are out over 2 weeks.   If they are busy then just put an auto-responder on and make sure our support tickets gets listed, which is not the case now.

I also sent them more than 1 private message from this forum and those too have not been responded to.

Group,

Has anyone received a reply to your support ticket with Cloudminr?   I have one in for over 2 weeks and have done 2 followups and no replies to my messages and nothing in my Cloudminr support file.

Anyone else have support tickets not getting answered?

Thanks, Michael

We have a feature that enables automatic re-investments if account is unattended for at least 21 days for security reasons. See FAQ "What happens if I forget my password?"

Disabling this feature is temporarily unavailable through dashboard, but you can always contact us and we will disable it. Smiley There have been numerous cases of people forgetting their wallet passwords and their account passwords altogether, which have caused losses for them.

We are running strong and expanding. Thank you everyone!

Cloudminr,

Can you please reply to my support ticket or at least let me know when you will get to it.   It has been about 1 week now with no update.

Thanks, Michael

Just an info:

Is it still paying?

thank you

Where did all the trolls come from? Did a bridge fall down or something.... Yes they have been paying. Tomorrow should be another payment ( they pay every Sunday). According to their Twitter the have a large shipments of ASIC coming and should be online by Wednesday.

I'm not a troll, it was just a question.
I would like to invest a bit there.

Thank you for your reply

Hello,

I was paid last week and posted my BTC payment in an earlier thread 'post 1658' I think.   So yes they were paying as of last week and next payout is Sunday evening.

Thanks, Michael

All issues have been fixed, most of the support requests have been answered. If you sent your support ticket prior to April 9th and have it stuck, we kindly ask you to create another one.

Use promo code APRILFLASH for a quick and really nice 25% discount! 0.9 BTC per TH/s!

Cloudminr,(Adrian)

What's the current timeframe for support requests?  I have one in from 12 April + followup information provided on 13 April.
Also, I would recommend your support system provide an auto-response when a ticket is filed so the client will know you have received the request.  In the auto response you could also indicate the expected reply time.

Thanks, Michael

Cloudminr,

Still waiting for a reply on a support ticket.  Any other readers noticing a delay in the reply from support?

Thanks, Michael

BTC price is decrease.... i hope reward mining not too... T_T

The actual amount mined may not change, but the value of the BTC to C$ or other currencies certainly has declined since April 6th.  So the value of your mining return is going to decrease, assuming you convert your BTC to another currency.

I am not going to post what I got paid today, after looking through the  https://blockchain.info/tx link I feel so ashamed I must have had the lowest payout of all of them... I must earn more, work harder on the faucets.
I guess this game is just for BTC  rich people......  Wink

@Racey,

I didn't post my earnings to be up one on anyone, I just did it because some readers are looking for 'proof' of payment, in terms of questions they have raised about the company being legitimate.   I am just able to confirm that I have been paid as the company said it would do.

Just keep reinvesting and it'll build up.

Cheers, Michael

Thank you for the information above, as did not receive my payment, though it shows in my Cloudminr transaction log and it was above the threshold. So I opened a support ticket with them.

As for being a Troll, like the other guy, I'll have to Wiki that one.

Cheers, Michael

Your payout has reached your payout address without any problems. See our answer for more details.

Cloudminr,

I read and replied to your reply and have emailed Morrex to determine where my BTC went.  As it's Easter Monday here too, they may have limited or no support on today.  I will followup with you via your support once I hear back from them.

I just wanted to reply here so Forum readers would know that you did respond to my support ticket, did process the payment, and the issue is not with yourselves.

Thanks, Michael
