121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The BIGGEST Thing Happening In Crypto, Nobody Is Talking About This? on: July 17, 2019, 10:34:22 PM
Such events described by the author of the theme is clear. Of course, everything goes to the fact that cryptocurrencies sooner or later will declare themselves. They will literally make the government think about how to promote development, but not hinder it. But unfortunately it takes more than one year.
122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin usage and misaligned expectations on: July 17, 2019, 10:31:24 PM
I believe there are some people in the community who are in the standpoint that "Bitcoin isn't successful" unless they can use it for "almost-zero fee" coffee transactions. But is it truly a failure?
Only uneducated people would think that. Bitcoin is not a simple tool. Not everyone is able to understand how it works and not everyone can appreciate the true purpose and benefit of bitcoin in the future.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin with real gold on: July 17, 2019, 10:29:32 PM
For me personally, the difference between bitcoin and gold is the same. It is a faster way to make money. This is an opportunity not having a large capital, gradually to secure a carefree and happy old age.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Your Country on: July 17, 2019, 10:27:08 PM

This is for members outside of the United States of America since things going in that country are all on the news but for those countries who are usually outside the radar of the mainstream media, I would like to get updates which can be good and bad, favorable and unfavorable with bitcoin. Here in my country, we have no problem with the government as regulatory bodies are not hindering the growth of cryptocurrency and in fact we have many more exchanges already approved and they can start doing business in 2020. Reading the news in other countries, I am feeling lucky to be a resident here.

What about in your own native land...how's bitcoin adoption been going on? Is there a bright future in there or maybe is it facing a gloomy and cloudy prospect? Let's talk...
Let me know what country you live in. It is very interesting to know where such steep conditions for the development of cryptocurrencies? Maybe me should think about moving there. Roll Eyes
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS BITCOIN ATM PROFITABLE BUSINESS ? on: July 17, 2019, 10:24:57 PM
My knowledge is not enough in this direction. But if you think logically, the creation of a business with bitcoin machines is very promising in the future. Just imagine that a year ago there were hundreds of such ATMs all over the world. Now there are thousands of them. This is just the beginning.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you protect your digital coins? on: July 16, 2019, 09:08:16 PM
The cryptocurrency market is already falling again. It's time to learn how to study the cyclical nature of cryptocurrencies. Why do people get so surprised every time prices go up or down? It's a story, you need to know it to understand how it works. Only this attitude will help not to lose your money.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What the future HODL? on: July 16, 2019, 09:06:08 PM
What can we talk about here, if today the us authorities and bankers are actively destroying the Libra cryptocurrency, which Mark Zuckerberg wants to release. Is it normal to do what should be decentralisation? No!
128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to safely store big amounts of BTC? on: July 16, 2019, 08:56:17 PM
Hello,

Suppose I would expand my BTC portfolio to 10 or 15 BTC.....how would you store such a big amount of coins?

Ofcourse I would use a hardware wallet, but if I store them all on 1 wallet and I lose the wallet, or the house gets on fire and it burns, then I have lost those coins forever? Or are there still ways to get to the coins somehow in that case?

Would you advise to store let's say 15 BTC on 3 different hardware wallets (5BTC each), or would you spread it out even more? Ofcourse I'm not gonna buy more than max. 3 hardware wallets but in that case maybe 15 different laptop wallets (Electrum, Jaxx, Exodus etc.) with 1BTC each on it is safer?

I'm looking for the safest way to store a big amount of BTC and to minimize the risks of losing a big amount.
I think you just need to create a separate wallet for each of your bitcoins. For example, one bitcoin is stored on the Trezor hardware wallet, another bitcoin on ledger, the third on bitcoin core, the fourth on electrum and so on. I hope the wallets are enough.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin puzzle transaction ~32 BTC prize to who solves it on: July 16, 2019, 08:53:34 PM
Contests and puzzles are always interesting. But I, as a regular user, would like to get a greater guarantee of payment in case of winning. It will be very unpleasant to waste your time, and then, get nothing.
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin remains the king of Crypto Market? on: July 12, 2019, 08:24:57 PM
Who knows Bitcoin will the Number one in the future? Does anyone know that's bitcoin will still work in the future? I think here a new coin will get the first place in the crypto market. Any coin takes this place. Need more popularity and marketing with a good opportunity.

So, My question is, Will Bitcoin remains the king of Crypto Market in the future?
I think that bitcoin will remain in its leading place. Go to the coinmarketcap. Look what happened to the market 3-5-7 years ago. What were then altcoins. And who occupied what place. Wink
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The past, present and future of Bitcoin? on: July 12, 2019, 08:23:07 PM
This is how history is created. But personally, this time I see that we will reach more significant and record peaks in the price of bitcoin. What if at the end of this year the history repeats again and the world sees a new pump, the price for 1 bitcoin is $ 30,000 or even $ 100,000? What will people write this time?
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Questions to BTC Holders 2011 And Before on: July 12, 2019, 08:20:17 PM
This forum is remarkable because you can go back in time and find those old topics that were created in 2011-2013. At this time, only the birth of cryptocurrency. Read what people wrote then. It's interesting as an action movie.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The only safe haven currency is Bitcoin on: July 12, 2019, 08:17:52 PM
Very good advice. But I would add an even tougher condition. Not to pay attention to altcoins. It's pointless and a big waste of time. I'm not little lost on altcoins and only bitcoin help me recover my Deposit.
134  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what bitcoin wallets allow transfer to personal bank accounts in USD on: July 12, 2019, 08:13:46 PM
I am interested in transferring money out of a poker site to a bitcoin wallet and subsequently to my bank account (US or foreign). What wallets are best for this purpose?
I already inquired with spectrocoin and they mentioned they don't have the option to transfer to a US bank account.
what fees should i expect to incur for such a transfer?
Try to find out information about USD PAX. They are already placed on Blockchain.com and have a very stable support in the face of the Treasury New York. Very new stablecoin. He's only six months old. I think that might be the answer to your question.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to understand risk in crypto on: July 12, 2019, 08:07:28 PM
I followed the link to the site from the message of the author of this topic, saw the chart of the bitcoin price. But why this graph presents 2018? After all, now 2019 year. It's strange and not very true. The fortune teller assumes, but the market maker decides. Wink
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can lost Bitcoins be traced? on: July 10, 2019, 11:49:20 PM
Bitcoin transactions are traceable and everyone knows it. But more interestingly, it is possible to find out where the person is at the moment, who made a particular transaction. Can I use transactions to reveal my identity?
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin remains the king of Crypto Market? on: July 10, 2019, 11:47:03 PM
Interesting phenomenon. You can go to coinmarketcap and see the history of the top altcoins in the past years. Only bitcoin has always remained the leader of this market. I doubt if anyone will ever be able to replace him.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China's plan to sideline bitcoin on: July 10, 2019, 11:45:18 PM
China back in 2017, before bitcoin reached its maximum of $ 20,000, many times changed its opinion about cryptocurrencies. They like to scare people with their prohibitions, but then, after just a few weeks, everything is canceled. Think about it, China is one of the first countries in the world in the economy. There not fools sit.
139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does Warren Buffett hate bitcoin? on: July 10, 2019, 11:42:37 PM
Sorry, but I do not believe that such a well-known businessman does not really believe in cryptocurrency. Most likely this is hype on the part of Warren. But in fact, he probably has a whole Department that already earns on cryptocurrency.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Woman Travels to 7 Different Countries in 12-Week.Challenge using only Crypto on: July 10, 2019, 11:40:40 PM

Here is a story of a vlogger and co-host youtube Australian woman (Jailde Barclay) who actually travels 7 countries and 16 diferent cities alone using only cryptocurrency. If we are asking how did she know those countries she went to, accepted crypto payments, with the power of "google" it is very possible.

She attended at London for London Blockchain week and since she never uses her digital assets before, it is a big challenge for her to spend it now without using cash.

Her 12-weeks challenge spending crypto paying hotels, restaurants and shoppings is really difficult because bitcoin is bullish at the moment she is travelling.

This is also my dream, to travel and see how possible to spend cryptocurrency in my journey as well, if not in outside the country I would like to spend it at least here jn our country. The works of bitcoin payments indicates that it is started to grow, started to adopt well by many. I can see the future aheads with it. This woman proves that despite of the volatility of the market, she took the risks to not to HODL but to spend it.

I will leave here the link for the article and her youtube video is also there. It's exciting and amazing to watch her travel using crypto payments only.
Hello. This is an interesting phenomenon of course. But, if memory serves me correctly, this woman who travels for cryptocurrency is far from being the discoverer of such an experiment. Most certainly interesting to see how she's doing this cryptocurrency makes. Huh
