Finally I have my bitcoins.  This morning when I checked my account the deposit finally showed up.  Thanks Keyur.  Now I can breathe a sigh of relief.  Since they changed to the new system everything has been running very smoothly.  My only complaint has been the missing deposit which has now been taken care of.

I thought it was time for an update.  It has now been a month since I made my missing deposit.  On the 24th of July I had three e-mails saying I would have my bitcoins in 1-2 days.  That has been the only response from the site.  I have had Keyur answer me here on this forum on a couple of different occasions.  The first time on the 22nd of July I was told I would have my money by the next afternoon.  The second time on the 10th of August to tell me my request was in the pipeline and they were handling more requests than they anticipated.  I really hope this doesn't take much longer.  I do appreciate that Keyur answers my postings on this site but it would be nice if the CampBX  site actually responded to my e-mails.  I am definitely giving them the benefit of a doubt given Keyur's postings here but it sure is dragging on a long time.  I really need the money and the longer it takes the more of a hardship it is.  I am still using the site and have had no further problems.  It is working better than ever as long as I change my address each time.  Nevertheless, it was the day after I talked to Keyur that they put up in red, on the site, that they would be aging out addresses.  When I made my last deposit that change had not been made.  I have been assured I will be getting my bitcoins and I am trusting that.  I am just wondering when I will finally receive them.  Today makes one month I have been waiting.  Anyway, that's my update and I am still hoping for the best.  I will update as this is resolved.

Keyur, thanks for responding and letting me know what is going on.  I can see how you could have had a lot more requests than anticipated.  The worst part is not getting any feedback.  Now that you have told me what is going on I can be patient for a little longer.  I am really hurting for the money but knowing I will eventually get it is a big relief.  I will keep watching for it and hope not much more time goes by before it shows up in my account.  I will keep posting developments and will post when this is all resolved.  Thanks again for answering me, you don't know what relief a simple answer can be.

I have been ignored since the 24th of July.  I got in touch with Keyur, the owner here on the day my deposit didn't show up.  He said I would get my bitcoins the next afternoon.  Then I got three e-mails on the 24th all saying I would have my money in 1-2 days.  Since then I can get no response of any kind.  I have sent several e-mails and another ticket.  I get the automatic, we got your submission and then never hear anything else.  This has really hurt my situation financially as I had already made commitments for that money.  It has worked fine every time I have used the service since then.  I   kept using the service but at this point I am looking around for another one.  It is totally unacceptable that they are keeping my 4.1+ bitcoin deposit.  The owner and support have both said I would get my bitcoin in a day or two and we are now at almost three weeks.  Monday will make three weeks.  That is Monday the 12th of August.  This is wrong.  All they have to do is check the transaction, go to the address and move my bitcoins to my account.  This all happened before they put up the notice that bitcoin addresses would age out.  In fact, that notice got put up the day after I talked to Keyur on this forum about this.  I guess Monday I try to call every phone number I can find and see if I can actually get in touch with anyone since they won't respond to e-mails or support tickets.  This has been really frustrating.  I have been a good customer of CampBX but that may be changing soon.  I can't see continuing to do business with someone who will occasionally take a bit of your money.  That may be a little harsh but they need to resolve my problem or it certainly looks that way to me.

Now if they would just credit mine to my account.  Glad yours got cleared up skinny.  I am still waiting on mine and have heard nothing since I got three e-mails last Wednesday saying I would have my bitcoins in 1-2 days.  That was Wednesday the 24th.  I have written more e-mails and have no response of any kind.  I hope someone will transfer my bitcoins from the address they gave me and I used to use to my account sometime soon.  I think it is great that the day after I talked to Keyur here they put a notice up in red on the site warning people that addresses would expire.  I have used it since and get a new address each time and have had no problems and found it faster than it used to be.  However, that over 4 bitcoins deposit is a lot of money for me and I really need to get it.  Hopefully soon.  I will post when it is resolved or I hear something.

Keyur, I wanted to check in with you again.  I still have not gotten my bitcoins.  I have done two new deposits and withdrawals using a new address each time with no problems.  However, I still am missing my Monday deposit.  You said on Monday that I should have it by Tuesday afternoon.  On Wednesday I got three e-mails, probably one for my e-mail and one each for the two tickets I ended up with.
All three said I should have my bitcoins from my deposit within one to two days.  It is now Friday evening.  I have heard nothing else and still do not have my deposit.  I am hoping you can check into this and fix the situation.  I noticed the morning after we talked here it started showing up in red at the site that addresses will age out.  That is after we talked and indeed I have had no problem on my last two deposits and withdrawals.  I still need to get my deposit from Monday as it was over 4 bitcoins and I really need the money.  As I said before, I am disabled and bitcoins are my only income so this is very important to me.  I am hoping you can help

Thank you,

Keyur thanks for answering so promptly.  I was really getting worried.  I have already put in a support ticket on the matter and I will put in a new one reflecting what you just told me.  I will make sure to use a new address for every deposit after this.  I must have missed the anouncement about that but as long as it gets cleared up tomorrow no problems.  I hope the new data center works out well for us.

Thanks again.

If Keyur is monitoring this thread I would like to mention a problem that has come up.  I have been using the service for a few weeks and have been liking it.  The problem is that the bitcoin deposits are taking longer and longer.  I have been using the same address since I started.  Originally, a few minutes after sending the bitcoins it would show as a pending deposit and then within an hour or so it would be confirmed.  Then it started taking longer and longer.  It started taking an hour or more to show up and then a few hours to get the six confirmations.  Then today I sent a deposit at 11:30 EST and now at 5:15 EST it still is not even showing as pending.  What is going on?  I have sent an e-mail, submitted a support ticket and tried every number I could find to call.  I am disabled and my bitcoins are my only income so this is very important to me.  It says the turn around for tickets is three days and that is an awful long time for me.  I would really like to know what happened to my bitcoins and why they are not showing.  I sent to the same address I have been sending to and nothing has shown.  If they were going to quit using an address they should let the customers using that address know that fact.  I don't think that is what happened but something is going on.  I would appreciate it if someone from campbx could resolve this for me.  I have the same name there as I do here, pirate1.  You have my e-mail address on file under pirate1 or can message me here.
9  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / setting up my new single sc on: June 23, 2013, 04:25:13 PM
Up and mining with bfgminer-3.1.1-win64.  Thanks Luke.

Thanks for the answer kano but I am not sure I understand.  I found the "driver-bflsc.c" under your git hub.  Is this what I need?  If not, where do I find the current git for 1.2.x firmware?  Do I need to install git and learn how to use it?  Can I just copy and paste the driver somewhere?
11  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / ASIC not working for me on: June 22, 2013, 01:38:30 AM
It is giving me the message--  BitForceSc detect (2:1) Warning unknown firmware 'FIRMWARE: 1.2:40x00'
I did use zadig and changed the driver.

Can someone break down for me exactly how you do a configuration file?  Is that all you need to do to compile and enable a BFL ASIC?  I know about changing the driver and have zadig.  I have been mining with my fpga and a couple of video cards with the newest version of cgminer.  cgminer-3.2.2  I just can't get it working with the ASIC.  I know I have to enable bflsc but need to know exactly how to do that.  I realize it is probably something simple but I am at a loss and have gone through all the read me files.  Do I just take the example conf file and change it to a conf file and input my info along with the line "--enable-bflsc" : "enabled"  Huh  As you can tell I need some help.

Hey Luke, if you are still there I have a question.  I am trying to set up bfgminer with my new BFL single SC.  I am not having any luck.  I had changed the driver to try to set up cgminer but couldn't figure out how to compile a configuration file to enable bflsc.  Anyway, I rolled back the driver because I read where you mentioned that.  I got the driver rolled back but I can't get bfgminer to work.  I haven't got anything to work when I try a conf file so I went back to none.  The best I got was it wouldn't accept any of my three mining sites saying the url was wrong.  It never did see any of my mining hardware.  Anyway, like I said I went back to the original without doing a conf file.  Now it won't start and I am not sure what to do.
Oh, I did do a bat file like BFL recommends but that is where it says my urls are wrong even though I can use the same three urls with cgminer with my video cards and fpga, just not the asic.

I have 32 chip credit codes.  Will sell for half their value.  $400 or 4BTC.  Message me if you are interested.
15  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Customer Appreciation Chip Credit Program on: June 17, 2013, 07:50:53 PM
I have 32 chip credit codes I'll sell for half their value. That would be $400 or 4 BTC.  I would prefer Bitcoin but whatever.  If anyone is interested message me.  It is an $800 discount on buying BFL chips.
16  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: BFL Chip Credits - Buy, Sell, or Trade Here on: June 16, 2013, 04:21:59 AM
I have 32 of the chip credit codes I'll sell for 50% which is $12.50 each.  That would be an $800 discount on a chip order for $400.  If anyone is interested just send me a message.
17  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / cgminer3.2.1 driver problem on: June 11, 2013, 11:03:34 AM
ckolivas, thank you.  I used the zadig utility and changed the drivers and now the new version is running fine.  I thought it was something simple I was overlooking and it was.  I was missing the obvious and was stuck so I really appreciate the answer you gave.  I expect to be receiving my new ASIC single from BFL this week so I wanted to have the latest version.  Now I do, once again thank you

Zanatos, I did download from the BFL site.  I didn't understand how to install it but I checked versions and it is the same version I have installed.  Cgminer-2.10.5 is working fine so I don't understand why the new one is not working for me.
19  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / cgminer-3.2.1 not working for me on: June 10, 2013, 08:58:20 PM
Ok, I have a noob question.  I am running a BitForce Single (FPGA), and two 6870 graphics cards mining Bitcoins.  I have been using cgminer-2.10.5.  It has been working fine.  However, I am getting ready to receive my new BitForce Single (ASIC) and updating in preparation.  When I try to use cgminer-3.2.1 I get the following message:

[2013-06-10 16:26:47] Started cgminer 3.2.1
[2013-06-10 16:26:47] USB init, open device failed, err -12, you need to install

[2013-06-10 16:26:47] BitForce detect (2:1) failed to initialise (incorrect device?)

I can still use cgminer-2.10.5 with no problem.  I don't understand what I need to do or why one version works but not the other.  I do not know where to look for or how to install the drivers.  I have the latest updates.  As I said, a noob question, but I still don't understand what I need to do.  I know it is probably something simple and straightforward but I would appreciate some help.

Got an answer to my e-mail.  They said the transaction from yesterday will go through but no more will from now on.  They did say no other customers were affected which sounds like campbx would still work.
