Look at the favicon at the top left of the bloombit tab. Its bitcoin logo. Now, go and deposit more money to ur bloom account.

Bloombit has now much volume!

So, people started trusting it.

Still, wonder why so much price difference from yobits price. Does it have more IOUs?

Yeah, something don't match, why traders don't transfer BTC to buy cheaper? Something fake there.

Here is a clearer picture. Yobit = Bloombit. The latter popped up one month back to facilitate artificial swings. Both are run by the same person.

Why so big price difference between them?

Bloombit is less populair then yobit and lest trusted as far as i know, maybe newer aswell and that can be the diffrence.

Would you send your btc somewere ?

Theres no difference here. Its just that yobit boy/owner whoever he is, paid 30 btc for some purple nitty script one month back, set a 3 step framework on his site, note this domain bloombit.net was acquired on 2015.08.12. Bought then some ecommerce template and put his script on. Here u got the exchange up and running. Maybe a paid software engineer was aiding him in deploying the new site at the time. Its the same guy and made bloombit to assist scam swings in iou token and has nothing to back it up as he doesnt own lisk.

So what will happen if those IOUs are not being honored to actual Lisk? boom goes Yobit and Bloombit

This would be yobits exit day then. Both of them very much alike I might admit. Bloombit is 1 m old, has very similar name, got proplelled into the top by inflating the volume, added khan that is also russian scam, and has a btc favicon. What could go wrong?

All those multisig destination addresses that have neat bundles of 5k coins in them, they belong to Poloniex.

many more....

How do u know these are poloniex wallets and not someone's local wallets?
Those 8 addresses alone total $16.8 million USD. That's just the few I listed, there are many-many more like that, all with perfect 5k BTC chunks in them.
What do you think is most plausible:
 - A single customer withdrew well over $17 million USD from polo
 - More than 8 different customers each withdrew exactly 5k BTC each (~$2 million USD)
 - Poloniex is moving some coins to multi-sig addresses. (Notice the old cold storage was single and the new are multi-sig)

Could be entity, hedge fund, or any sort of incarnate moneymaker or being seeking ways to lock in huge bitcoin in a "personal" multisig wallet.

That swing represents 85% of polo's cold storage, 70,000 BTC or $29,400,000 USD. Do you really believe that much BTC could have been the deposits of a single account?

Yes.

Where are the deposits of all the other customers?

Still on poloniex. ~15% according to ur own calculations.

And look at the ETH cold storage balance, that has barely moved. Wouldn't you think that if nearly $30 million USD left polo the ETH balance would have been affected?

It has already been affected in a positive way. A yummy lump sum of ethers could soon be on its way from poloniex. Here is why.
1086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Strange Lisk price patterns at Yobit and Bloombit on: April 11, 2016, 01:06:42 AM
That price pattern is where the dots are being connected. Yobit opened an IOU market and lined up a considerable support to it. Noobs appeared and got thrown into. Alright then. Second ace they got on their hands is the knowledge that lisk will get snapped on launch. They go for it and buy a necessary quantity of lisk and swap it for overpriced IOU they cashed out for btc. Simple rote of actions and is perfectly on point with gargantuan volatility of the iou in the daily.

Plausible. But I think it is equally plausible, that a) Yobit actually bought into the ICO (why shouldn't they, if they planned this anyways?) and b) that the volume is created by day traders. I imagine there are a bunch of people out there, playing the old p&d shitcoin game with Lisk IOUs atm. With that, yobit doesn't need to inflate the volume artificially.

a) Could be. And moreover, could be setting a rationale behind sharp downday in IOU. Even though they must have bought a very little of it.
b) I wont mind taking this as the case as bloombit is yobit. Made to be broken from the inception and assist in selling u more ious. The first shit it added after maid was khan, russian ruse available exclusively in print toilet paper edition with ccex logo engraved on it. I mean, seriously, what sort of imbecile should u be to add khan? This bloom bloom fart has been holed up 2 months now staying in the shadows far away from this space, and now out of nowhere, is getting turnover of over 500 btc.

Noobs be plentiful buying swings between yobit and bloombit and it justifies the emergence of bloombit as the greater the spread the more noobs there are and more money comes in.

Whats the purpose of this token other than a quick snatch of ur cash? What party issues them? Does it come from devs or their relatives or someone else? Could it be though of as a third-party initiative and if thats the case what happens with these preliminary tokens after the official platform launch? Will there be a swap to lisk mainnet tokens? Unless they had wanted to rekt their own investors they wouldnt have started off this pre-exist-closed-alpha launch on yobit knowing its the most stinkiest gypsy shithole across all exchanges. Do lisk shareholders automatically get credited pre-tokens? How is the price of it pegged to the main token?

https://blog.lisk.io/official-statement-on-yobit-lisk-iou-token-trading-cca8e7e52a72#.jihgy1c85

There is no purpose other than for yobit to quickly snatch BTC from ignorant people.  And they become a more well-known exchange in the process.

If Lisk IOU on yobit follows the same price pattern as Ethercoin IOU, then real Lisk price would have a floor of about 0.004 BTC on mainnet launch.

Ethereum had a price floor of about 20% of the highest price that Ethercoin IOU traded at prior to launch.

This is informative. Whoever wrote this on their blog is schmuck.

...
"According to YoBit, if you buy these IOU tokens, they will be swapped for real LISK once the mainnet is official launched.
Let us make this clear: YoBit, nor anyone else, has access to LISK at this moment!
As it is, they have used their exchange status to adopt a very early trading opportunity. In response to this, we want to make it clear for the crypto community that
the Lisk team does not endorse or appreciate early IOU Token trading on the YoBit exchange or any other exchange."
...

Either he/she/it is lying through their teeth or yobit is wrapped up and is soon to close. IOU means they owe users a token, real one, where the word 'real' underpins the token being real as diametrically opposite to thin air theyre selling. They took the obligation binding on them that they'll be funding the swap. If not honored this way exchange closure will be probable then. Unless they might reckon that the lisk launch will be a failure, and scoop up cheap mainnet tokens to shortly throwing them into swap for prepumped iou shit. Get profited and delist the fuck outta it. What exchange was the first to offer ETC IOU? Bittrex, I take it. Have they done it in yobit style or ETH crew has been informed about what bittrex is doing.

Thats right, multisig addresses start with 3. Its possible that poloniex has gone to a precaution of chopping up the funds for securely storing them in multiple multi-sig wallets. Whats unclear is why they only resorted to that measure after the pump had ended, not before.

Count in ccex. Almost as shitty and scammy as this one.

Their plan was spot on from the beginning. Start the pump in january, get it over 0.035 before the end of march and afterwards slowly dump what they have been accumulating for the past 6 months. Huge bitcoin being withdrawn means its considered unnecessary for leveraging the post-bubble market. Which in turn suggests that there might be nothing to leverage as long as they finish this rally. They did withdraw whats redundant and left whats necessary to provide support.
1094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / ETH BUBBLE IS OVER BTC BEING TAKEN OUT OF POLONIEX on: April 10, 2016, 10:09:22 AM
Great selling pressure has been shown in eth for the past 5 days and it seems like downtrend gets stronger as the time goes by. Eth gets hammered and sold for btc or fiat and even though it doesnt justify such massive outgoing transactions. In one moment amount of bitcoin in eth orderbooks exceeded the poloniex cold storage and this fact alone let me into conclusion that the bubble could be bursting now as profits being converted into btc and pulled off exchange. I think this pump was timed in such a way that they could take advantage of the time left till halving regroup and get prepared for the btc advance.

so much for quiting bitcointalk.org
i just love the controversy too much!

I didn't believe you'd really leave. You can't really trust that other forum anyway. It's run by cypherdoc.

Not even that, but literally everything there is anti-core, anti-blockstream.

Gets annoying/repetitive after a while.

To me, the Frap.doc forum's knee-jerk anti-CoreStream grumbling only becomes more hilarious as time goes on.

It leads them to ridiculous positions like being anti-CLTV, anti-RBF, and anti-SEGWIT.

Now they want to stop segwit from bumping the tps, after spending the last year moaning about how "we neeeed a tps bump RIGHT FUCKING MEOW, or Bitcoin will surely die alone and unloved like an old cat lady."   Cheesy

And then there's the endless process of failed vanity fork bikeshedding, from XT to Unlimited and now to Satoshi's Altcoin.

That deranged ant farm never gets old.  They're always agitated and scurrying around looking for something to bite or sting.   Cheesy

The frequent pouty meltdowns and whiny rage-quits are priceless.  It's very entertaining when they finally realize they have no power over Bitcoin, and can do nothing to change that fact no matter how much noise they make.

The Gavinistas are so self-righteous and determined, yet so ineffective.  That makes for a perfect comedy of errors!   Smiley

They could simply do an honest self-assessment, admit failing because they don't understand how Bitcoin works, and come back.

But that would entail admissions of error on their part and of correctness regarding Core/Blockstream/Theymos, so it won't happen, and we get to enjoy sweet LOLcow products until the last one suffers their inevitable Hearnia.

Stop gluttonising heroine and peyout, u fucking clown  Grin

All the in fighting and trolling is getting a bit too much lately. The way things are currently it looks like we don't all want the same thing which is bitcoin's price to rise right.

I hope to see some kind of consensus soon.
There will never be consensus. There will always be fighting and trolling. You'd better get used to it because this is the future of bitcoin. There will always be some minority like current big blocktards that want to take over bitcoin and ruin or cripple it. Bitcoin's price will rise despite all this!

Rise based on what exactly? a permanent conflict between users, miners and coders? a 100% chance of a network congestion failure before we get to the point we were at 27 months ago? the ability of the PRC to nationalize Chinese mines and execute as many 51% attacks as they want? SegWit TestNet results? What the hell makes you think it's going up and who is supposed to be doing the buying?

Pump it, and they will come.

You can pump anything and get momentum riders, but you have to keep it up indefinitely because as soon as the momentum is lost, they ride it the other way.  Sustainable appreciation has to be based on fundamentals.

15 out of the last 20 days were green candles, but the price has only recovered about 2/3 of what it lost in the five days prior to that. That's an enormous amount of pumping, but everybody knows that some spammer can crash the market again by filling blocks any time he wants.

Are you saying that bitcoin is dead??

i'm saying it's a hobby network and it looks like it will stay a hobby network.  serious adoption would kill it.

Mr. 21-pt font, if the wallet is truly cold then it's impossible to get jacked. I would bet they keep the precautions after being hacked a couple years ago and then paying everyone back. But I'm not worried as I don't keep money on an exchange  Cheesy

Having been keeping such amount in one place for the past two months no matter cold or main wallet they just became an easy target for hunting season openers. I was not saying its easy to jack the exchange nor was I talking about offline wallet hack. I simply told that criminals will follow poloniex closely from now on.

Who deletes my posts and for what reason? Exchange being ddosed is not a reason to remove legit posts. Again, criminals and negative elements would surely be attracted by appetizing aroma of 70K btc locked down in a cold wallet on a small altcoin exchange.

Here is my post once again:

What happens with this exchange, the altcoin exchange with big volume, crashes?Huh

If u dont realize whats happening u are dumbfuck. 70,000 btc in a cold wallet. Fucking 70 thousand btc on a small altcoin exchange. Thats whats happening. See ur ripped ass in two months or so when these idiots get jacked and hence will get forced into fractional reserve faggotry where they will stay for months if not years being punched by karma collapsed insolvent pity idiots.

where is the price surge from China? i'm not seeing it.

What is your question? Bitfinex? China?

Would u opt out of ur eth stake in a favour to being able to fart in public place?
