Also, again your support has closed an OpEN ticket regarding another crappy rig/owner with no hashing that I asked for a refund yesterday, yet the refund has not gone through.
Tell your support people to stop closing tickets unless they are really closed.

As a support member I want to take this time to explain why I and the others close/Resolve tickets that haven't been refunded yet.
First, is that we no longer have a coinbase which takes us support members out of the position of giving refunds. Instead mrbodz AKA Ahmed is incharge of refunds now. Knowing my good friend ahmed i understand that he is always busy coding or doing whatever it shall be and that he cant always give refunds and a moments notice. What do you expect were human and until we get a system that isn't, Well We will try our best.
Second, We Hit resolve only once your info has been entered into our system. No it may not be refunded but its in there and when ahmed pays its you will get a refund. its not going anywhere. If we kept them open until they are refunded we could have over 100+ tickets open, especially with the BTC Ddos stress test stuff thats slowing the transactions.
We try our best, and there are awesome things to come in BR.
