1  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: block.io alternative on: February 04, 2023, 02:04:50 AM
Thanks for all the feedback.

I have an incentive based site, users do surveys and I pay them in crypto.
2  Economy / Web Wallets / block.io alternative on: February 03, 2023, 06:51:30 PM
Can someone recommend an alternative to block.io that has an API to send crypto?

All I need to do is send LTC to my users in VERY small amounts ($1-$5). Block.io was great, had an API.

Suddenly today my account was "locked" with no explanation.

Thank you in advance.

Bumping this thread, because we're opening this back up! We've updated the post in the OP, and increased how much we're paying Smiley

Anyone need some quick cash? I'm paying $30 to users who are willing to go through a KYC signup and jump through a couple hoops.

tl;dr, I need users to sign up for a site using an affiliate link, go through KYC verification, and send us some screenshots for us and that's basically it. Super easy process, should only take you a few minutes to sign up and a few minutes to process the screenshots after KYC is processed, and then we'll send you $30 to your BTC account (or LTC or Doge, if you'd prefer either of those).

Send me a PM if you are interested.

The main caveat:

- You CANNOT be from this list of locations:

American Samoa;
Curacao;
Denmark;
France & French Territories;
German state of Baden-Wurttemberg;
Germany;
Guam;
Netherlands;
Northern Mariana Islands;
Puerto Rico;
Singapore;
Spain;
The Democratic People's Republic of Korea;
Turkey;
United Kingdom;
United States Minor Outlying Islands;
United States;
Virgin Islands (U.S.);

If you're from any of the following, please don't PM as we cannot do the offer with you.

CoinPayments API should do the job. I believe they only charge a fee (0.50%) when you're accepting payments but not for withdrawals.

They charge fees on transfer of funds too.

On-chain transfers i.e. withdrawal to personal address is done free and they only charge network fees (which is high as well, for example, they charge 12 DOGE per transaction for Dogecoin which is 6 times the average dogecoin fees on other wallets).

Off-chain transfers are done @ 0.50% (this is what I think OP is looking for).

Fees details: https://www.coinpayments.net/help-fees

My god the fees were incredibly high Sad

Sorry if this is the wrong sub forum.

Question: Is there anything like block.io that has an API and has multiple alt coins?

We use block.io to send funds to our users, but today they just removed the free option.

Looking for something like that, having trouble finding anything with API and is free

Are people actively using your games and offerwall? Do you feel you not earning enough? Or do you just want more variety to offer people?
There is this topic too. It may or my not help you. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5196251.0

I want more variety. New ways to earn. People get tired of the same old offerwalls.

Thanks for the link, will check it now!

What do you think about Armor or items that you could get that do the following (These are just examples):

Helmet of XYZ

- Every time the Queen of Spades show up on the flop, you get 10% of the current Small Blind in chips

Gloves of XYZ

- Whenever an Ace shows up on the River, you get 5% of the current Big Blind.

I am trying to figure out more ideas on what items could do for you

What's the timeline you have in mind for this project of yours?

It's actually live now. You can play it (For free) at bitgames.io. I am putting it, on its own site soon, neutral name so I can promote it (No gambling in the domain name).

I JUST started adding the MMO Elements to it, but the core game works

GPT business is a lucrative one but you need a lot of members to be able to make some bucks, i will suggest few  ways to earn more money from your GPT website since you do not mention your current method/s of monetizing it.

1, Offerwall
2, Games
3, Monetize your shorten link
4, PPD methods.

I have 1 & 2.

Point me in the right direction for 3 & 4 if you could.

I have quite a bit of traffic as well

Great, you will need to tell me your website address in other to further assist you since traffics is money in online business.
3, https://ouo.io
4, http://sharecash.org
There are more websites for the 3&4 above.

I'll send you a private message

How many devs do you have? I always start to get worried when someone says that they are working on an MMO on their own, or even something that just has parts of an MMO.

No-one is able to make an MMO solo. It's far too complex - an online multiplayer game requires too much infrastructure, too many features, too much art, and one person (or even a few people) can't make a game like that on a scale less than years. Then you have the problem that the standard rises over those years and by the end of it whatever you've developed probably looks crap and is outdated.

If you are building an MMO or multiplayer engine from scratch the problems are even worse as that's insanely intensive in terms of coding time required. And if you're using a free or cheap MMO engine for something that's going to be handling gambling...yikes.

All in all, I hope you have a decently sized dev team or are prepared to recruit one.

All custom coded. I have 3 devs and 1 full time designer. The game is live, it has elements of MMOs already in it. I keep adding to each day \ week etc.

My new Gnoll designs are going live first of next week: http://prntscr.com/prju7t

-snip- And what the loot does \ how they work.
I can only think of a PvNPC (Player vs NPC) system which rewards the player a random/specified reward depending on the result,
Because MMOs doesn't always have to be PvP and some players prefer playing against NPCs than real players.
You can also slip Provably Fair to the NPC's dialogues in a lore-friendly way or in a less noticeable way.

That's isn't something new, perhaps you or someone can think of a better and unique approach in rewarding dedicated players loots.

-snip- I am just now getting ready to redo all the character designs so they are 3D and we'll be able to more easily add items to them.
Yup, 3D character design is a must when it comes with open-world; it won't be much of problem with mobile phones either as the current entry models are powerful enough to render high-poly meshes and medium-high quality textures.
Plus you can easily integrate VR mode as an option.

We have monsters (NPC's which are bots) that are respectable skill level. I am improving them all the time.

Here's the latest thing that just went live tonight:

"KING" Mode  http://prntscr.com/predis

The "King" which in this case I have created a Gnoll King so far, does the following:

The Gnoll King starts with 400% Extra Chips
The Gnoll King will create his own Last Longer Bet
There will be an INSTANT bounty for whoever knocks out the Gnoll King

Yes, we have Last Longer Betting build into our client.  http://prntscr.com/predxa  http://prntscr.com/pree01

16  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Unique Poker Client Help on: November 02, 2019, 04:32:02 AM
  • an ELO rating system
  • maybe a story mode with quests incorporated in a similar way to the Puzzle Quest
  • gain XP when winning hands/games/ranking up, give bonuses for the XP in the form of character items, pet dragons, whatever
  • dueling between players, betting who wins a game of poker or a game of a coin toss

Love this idea. I was thinking about rewarding players with "XP" depending on how aggressive they were in a tournament. Raising, betting, winning a hand.. Which gives them XYZ (not sure yet)

I have to figure out the whole XP, Chests, Loot, Spells system

I run a GPT or "Getpaidto" type site called bitgames.io

I am looking for NEW and UNIQUE ways my members can earn themselves cash. Basically I reward them with coins \ points. I keep a % and give them a % but all the revenue comes to me.

What are some new and unique ways you guys know of? I prefer reputable sites. I saw some desktop mining sites, but those only make like $.0002 per day even at 24 hours.

Anything you recommend? Link clicking, URL shortening? Anything that pays SOMEWHAT decent.

Thank you

Armor Enhancements Options
•   Big Blind, Small Blind, Ante - Decrease the amount of chips by % you have to pay
•   Start the tournament with Extra Chips by %
•   Take chips from the Ante or Pot. Could be just the pot or ante

You get the START of the idea with that example.
I suggest you to hire a designer/graphic artist with good fashion sense or style for your MMO's lore.

You can minimize those "enhancements" as most players don't want P2W (Pay to Win) system and may drag your game down to sink hole.
That's why I suggested you to get an artist because in my observation, players tend to buy even the most expensive items purely because of aesthetics and rarity.

Eg: A very unique headgear that's limited to 10 units and looks very good (or not) when paired with other gears.

Lastly, it should be an open-world game with buildings (like casinos/shops) that you can enter, parks and establishments (eg. trading spots) since players like walking around and socialize (specially streamers).
And it's a very efficient and free advertisement when you encourage streamers/youtubers to play your game.

All that would be AWESOME. I am not there yet, with regards to a FULL, walk around and talk to other users. I am still trying to build the client out. And what the loot does \ how they work. I am just now getting ready to redo all the character designs so they are 3D and we'll be able to more easily add items to them.
19  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Unique Poker Client Help on: October 31, 2019, 11:56:50 PM
Ok a little more background.

The game is running and live. It's played BEST on desktop. It can be played on a phone though (Just not super great).

Basically what I am doing is creating proof of concept via desktop. Everyone that plays it, LOVES it.

I think if this were made into an app, it could be really fun and addicting.

Now, where I am right now is that the client is free to play. Users can earn "Coins" by doing various tasks, watching videos, ads etc..  But that's not the point right now.

Right now, I am looking for someone who has ideas for an MMO \ Poker Client. Right now, it's just me and my ideas. I want to be able to bounce ideas of someone or some people. I want to make this client sweet..

I am in the first stages of turning it into a true mmo. We're talking, adding Helmets, Gloves, Jewlery, Rings to your character which do XYZ (Which is what I want help with ideas, what is XYZ)

Some XYZ examples:

Armor Enhancements Options
•   Big Blind, Small Blind, Ante - Decrease the amount of chips by % you have to pay
•   Start the tournament with Extra Chips by %
•   Take chips from the Ante or Pot. Could be just the pot or ante

You get the START of the idea with that example.
20  Bitcoin / Project Development / Unique Poker Client Help on: October 31, 2019, 09:50:51 PM
I am looking for someone or some people that want to help build a unique poker client.

I DO NOT need coding help. I am looking for ideas, out of the box and so forth.

Basically the poker client is a cross between Poker (Texas Holdem) and MMO games. Think World of Warcraft meets Poker.

I am actually pretty far along with the client. It's running and I just started adding the MMO elements to it.

If you are an avid MMO fan and a Poker player, I am interested to hear your ideas with what i have already. I have already made some unique games and have a lot more in store.

I don't know what I am willing to work out in terms of payment, salary, ownership.. But we can discuss.

If this project seems interesting to you, let me know!

This gives you an idea what the poker client looks like in its current state: http://prntscr.com/pqup3h
