And will not come back to BTC.COM poor service  You shouldn't really depend on any third party wallets or their recovery software.Did you use your private keys to get your wallet recovered ? If yes,you need to move your coins into a different wallet altogether.I know you want your BCH badly,take a chill pill for a while until the things are stable,losing 4btc isn't worth the risks involved. THIS ^ it's your fault in the beginning,why you use a third party wallets instead of using your own wallets? only yourself can protect your money,nobody will keep it for you for free.someday they will take it from you. that's why many people in this forum,and other people outside this too recommend you to keep it in their offline wallets. it's not really hard to claim your BCC/BCH because many people can help you if you don't understand how to claim it. well, let the past become a history and learn about your mistake.
