I take many times to send bitcoins. But I can not do it i got this error

I do not want to say that BTC.COM scam, but I just post to ask if anyone has a problem like me?

I have already sent an email to support. But you still not answered, I have waited a long time

You should not freeze our money.  There is no reason. You are not specified in the contract or agreement. Except your service is a scam.

I hope you fix this. I have spent a long time waiting. The price of bitcoin is very volatile. I want to rush to sell. But this makes me angry. Angry Angry

If everyone has a problem like me. Please tell me.

Thanks..

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Hi... if you receive a sudden flood of private messages, please be careful. Some will pretend to help you or offer a solution. Some will pretend to be staff of BTC.COM

Do not fall for any tricks or fraud. Contact BTC.COM directly and resolve the matter with them using official channels.

Again, if you get offers of any kind by PM offering to solve this problem, do not give them your BTC.COM account credentials or any private information related to your account.

As olders say, it's better to use your own wallet to feel very secure. Btc.com is controlled by Bitmain so I think there will be some issues (also what was source of that bitcoins?).
If I amn't wrong this is account of btc.com's support here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1572823.0
PM him or ask in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1572823.0
Or contact them: support@btc.com

It's not exactly a scam, but be especially cautious about any wallet recommendations from that site. The support team is terrible and will reply to every email generically.

This is a perfect example supporting the golden advice of keeping bitcoins in a wallet where you have full and total control of the private keys.

ALWAYS keep your bitcoins in a wallet you and you alone control and own.

I hope (and I'm sure) you will eventually recover the 4 BTC. They're worth over 10k USD. A lot of money.

Make sure you don't trust people who may impersonate the Btc.com staff, no doubt by the post here a lot of people will try scam your 4 Bitcoin. Keep sending them emails and try to get in contact with the actual owner or support agent of the site and invite them to a live chat so it will be easier for you to fix this issue you are facing, maybe this is just some issues that arose with August the first and they might have just frozen the account for your safety, it should be fixed soon, but if not they may be a scam.

Since you have so much Bitcoin, I would recommend getting a hardware wallet such as a ledger or trezor, that will make sure you will have constant access to your Bitcoin and will make sure you won't get scammed.

I'm pretty sure that BTC.com gives you control over your coin, or at least that's what they advertise.

Message neutraLTC, he is one of the owners of BTC.com i believe, if not at least a big supporter of the company becasue he basically advertises the site every single day, in his signature and whatnot. Message him and try to get a response.

If the problem persists try messaging support about exporting the private keys from your BTC.com wallet. I've tried fiddling around with the web wallet but see no apparent option to be able to export your own private keys, even though their slogan is putting you in control Roll Eyes

#update 2

they send this link to me now https://recovery.blocktrail.com/
i try recrvery to new wallet now

The problem has been resolved.

With slow and unspecified services on Wallet recovery, the freezing of money is unreasonable.

I have decided to move to another wallet. And will not come back to BTC.COM

You shouldn't really depend on any third party wallets or their recovery software.Did you use your private keys to get your wallet recovered ? If yes,you need to move your coins into a different wallet altogether.I know you want your BCH badly, take a chill pill for a while until the things are stable, losing 4btc isn't worth the risks involved.

it's your fault in the beginning, why you use a third party wallets instead of using your own wallets?
only yourself can protect your money, nobody will keep it for you for free.someday they will take it from you.
that's why many people in this forum, and other people outside this too recommend you to keep it in their offline wallets.
it's not really hard to claim your BCC/BCH because many people can help you if you don't understand how to claim it.
well,
let the past become a history and learn about your mistake.

The crave for the forked discovery BCH has become so maddening that holders of Bitcoin are throwing caution to the wind just to acquire it as it's free. Everything in life shouldn't be rushed at even if they were made free. Two days ago I read here of a lad who lost 45.8btc when he transferred them to a Bitcoin wallet he downloaded from this fake Electrum site: www.electrum-wallet.com. He was scammed and his Bitcoin gone just because he wanted a wallet that supports the new BCH.

You have your point. @OP it is better to closed this thread as the issue has been resolved already bumping it will only cost another confusion.
