Can someone recommend a safe place to buy a small amount of bitcoin with Visa?

I think the best place to buy small amounts of Bitcoins with Visa card is Localbitcoin, there you can deal with sellers from your country and buy bitcoins from them. Or you can use Coinbase, Xapo..

Well thats why its always not preferred to use the exchangers wallet services, like Xapo and Coinbase. They can close your account anytime, even without real reasons, and freeze your bitcoins. Its always better to use the desktop wallet ot Blockchain wallet
227  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do Localbitcoins sellers pay taxes? on: September 24, 2016, 11:36:15 PM
As Bitcoin is decentralized currency , i think Localbitcoins sellers aren't forced to pay taxes from their Bitcoin sales. But i believe they pay regular taxes for their general income and banking accounts.

229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin wallet in bank? on: September 24, 2016, 11:29:48 PM
Why you need to complicate things alot and what is the need to do that.Bitcoin wallet doesnt need a bank because because are not like paper money or they are not physical currency.Bitcoin wallet is itself like a bank of bitcoin and i dont see that ever happen.
thats true, it is really cool that we dont need banks when using bitcoins, i think that bitcoin wallet is the best

Bitcoin is already decentralized currency, so basically we don't need banking accounts when we use it, unless if you need to convert your bitcoins into fiat .

There is no guarantee that you will win if you put higher bets, that's need very good luck, otherwise you will lose your hard earned money in some seconds. Gambling is not predictable.
