Xapo is one of the biggest players in the space. There is no way they scammed you. You must have done something wrong.
End of story.
It's ridiculous - they are not big, obviously they can't establish proper support for years. I know a girl from XAPO support - she's doing her job fine, but for a serious approach you need >1 girl in support team. They even stop supporting official BCT thread. Or you can say that the whole cryptoland is small, amateurish, timid and shady, it can't get big because of Big brother - then I'll agree with you. |

I used my XAPO card today too, it worked as usual. But now they want to know more about me - they don't explain reasons, this step cannot be skipped. LOL! I'm verified user, they already have my scanned ID, cell phone number, personal e-mail and detailed info of my purchases.
Very disappointed of this news and the attitude - just like in ordinary banks. They always want to know more about you, but when smth happens, you're on your own.

Update: seems like reward share on myr-gr is back to normal and is equal to share in pool's hashrate. Thanks!

@JaredKaragen - your message "I'll leave myr-gr. pool for now" was posted before my AMD rigs started hashing there. I know that ccminer performs wierd at myr-gr pools. For few hours I had 99,5% of myr-gr. hashrate at the pool and there was no ccminer in the list at that time.
Pool's statistics is done good, so monitoring of connected miners, their software and hashrate is almost real-time.
Pool hashrate is 180 Mh -- 3 miners (1 cpuminer + 2 sgminers) -- my hashrate is 140+40 Mh -- my reward share is 75%.
Pool hashrate is 40 Mh -- 2 miners (1 cpuminer + 1 sgminer) -- my hashrate is 40 Mh -- my reward share is 75%.
Pool hashrate is >180 Mh -- >3 miners -- my hashrate is 140+40 Mh -- my reward share is <75%.

At the moment my myr-gr. hashrate is 99,5% of the pool, fee is 1%. Pool reports 3 miners active, 2 of them are mine, 3rd one is cpuminer, its share is negligible. But my reward share is 75,4% per each found block. Will you explain the situation please?
I'll have to look into this sometime on the weekend. AFAI can tell it's not affecting payouts. It does affects. Block reward is 4 coins, with 99,5% of total hashrate I receive 3,01 coins/block only. Accounted BTC balance per each found block does corresponds with the coin value at the exchange. High pool fee is OK for me, but 25% fee is beyond fair play |

I've received my debit card from XAPO in 2 weeks after ordering it on Sep.24 to Ukraine. But today I see negative balance in my account and previously canceled transaction is shown once more as "Complete". Here's the screenshot from my account - http://prnt.sc/8rycmxHere's the story: Oct.13 - got notification from XAPO support that my account has been verified and spending limits are upgraded. Oct.14 - put 1.15 BTC to my account Oct.15 - tried ATM withdrawal in local currency - 5300 UAH (1.018 BTC). ATM rejected the transaction. Oct.15 - tried ATM withdrawal in local currency - 2500 UAH (0.488 BTC) in other bank. Transaction was successful, I've received the cash. Available amount in my XAPO's account was shown as 0,66 BTC. Oct.16 - My failed ATM withdrawal try on Oct.15 is shown as "Canceled" in XAPO's account. But there's another transaction on Oct.16 as "Complete" for 0.95 BTC. It's the same amount in local currency (5300 UAH) as in the rejected ATM withdrawal try. It was not done by me or authorized by me. So my first experience with XAPO is so-so. Will try to cancel failed transaction and get refund. 2 questions to XAPO representative in the thread: 1) How my canceled ATM withdrawal transaction got approved by your system on the next day? 1) How negative balance is possible? Happy ending of my trouble. XAPO refunded money back to my account in 8 days. Also received ELI5 explanation to my e-mail, both from mychoicecorporate and XAPO. Refunds are done manually by the line, up to 14 days. |

you can check ATM withdrawal fees of your transactions in mychoicecorporate.com's log. They are shown separately, in your card's nominated currency

@dunchy: Was that sell or buy rate at Kraken? If you are not in Europe, you'll be charged extra 3% for currency conversion + ATM withdrawal fee. That relates to all debit card vendors. Obviously people will use straight way instead of this long chain - win-win if they stop scamming each other

UPD: Finally I got reply from XAPO concerning my case. They are on it, money is safe, I have to wait few days for manual refund. Not convenient, but I can't exchange cryptos for goods/cash easily here in 2015

hi, hope everyone had a great weekend, though I hadn't. Since Friday I got no reply both from XAPO and mychoicecorporate.com. My balance is still negative

UPD: According to log on mychoicecorporate.com they have no information of cancelled transaction on Oct. 15th.
That transaction appears only on Oct. 16th with "Success" status, but without ATM withdrawal fees. Obviously it's incorrect info, I'll open support ticket on their website as well.

@ Lasergun: That user is me, that was OTP bank. Yes, I've got a receipt from a bank regarding 1st transaction.
But the problem must be on XAPO's side - if I have 0,66 BTC available, then how can their system approve transaction for 0,95 BTC allowing negative balance? Account history has already canceled transaction on Oct. 15 - how a new transaction from Oct. 16 appeared there and how it got status "Complete"?
I've checked CSV file regarding wrong transaction:

got ETH to my account today. Confirm that redemption is working. The only minor problem was slow sync of ETC wallet

@tbearhere, normal RPC commands for network hashrate don't work in DIME wallet. But it can be seen it by speed of solving new blocks at given difficulty. There was a spike recently, much bigger than usual
