There was no ico and don't have plans for one, Saturn Network was the only exchange we could list on. Therefore we made the annoucement on Saturn Network forum first and 15% of "ONE" was decided on to airdrop to 181 addresses from Saturn Genesis block(this can be seen in FAQ's & Website link). These addresses are direct contact with exchange and we wanted to reach out to people that will use exchange. So this is like the airdrop that is given to your users? Can I participate too? Allocation's might change some but we will start a bounty program that is crossed with marketing.
