921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The original Bitcoin client sucks. on: August 19, 2012, 01:46:17 PM
I do not really mind the original client to be honest, it does its job and if its kept up to date on a regular basis it doesnt take too long to catch up.
I agree though that new users may be put off.
922  Economy / Goods / Re: Brand New Canadian Silver Grizzlies -> Highly collectible 1 oz. Coins! on: August 19, 2012, 12:09:35 PM
What is your price on international shipping and do you have any 1oz silver bars?
923  Economy / Goods / Re: Looking for Feedback on a new good sold for BTC on: August 18, 2012, 04:46:20 PM
Do you ship internationally?
924  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 1g Silver Art Bars on: August 18, 2012, 01:52:48 PM
Still have these for sale.
I have 12 art bars, 1 heart round, 1 panda round all 1g each 1 vial of copper shot 1 vial of silver shot and 1 vial of gold flakes.
These are novelty items not really for investment as such.

Any more offers?
I will not sell at $1 each though.
925  Bitcoin / Mining support / Dell Optiplex GX620 - Graphics Card? on: August 17, 2012, 10:09:48 PM
I have managed to acquire one of these computers, but it has onboard graphics I think it is limited to low-profile PCIe 16x video cards. The power supply is only 280 watts (external).
Can someone confirm if this is correct, what graphics card I can upgrade to and if it would be worthwhile?

I have free electricity and would like to run this to generate a few extra BTCs if possible.
926  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying BTC for GBP In The Mail / Ukash / Paysafecard [OPEN] on: August 17, 2012, 08:42:22 PM
Open for trades still - £80 available this week.
Please do not contact me if you wish me to go first, it will not happen.
I have traded £80 with Cheffe and did not go first, he received everything no problems.
927  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying BTC for GBP In The Mail / Ukash / Paysafecard on: August 14, 2012, 06:01:50 AM
Yes Andy that is right, I have never had any problems sending cash in the mail before though.
I can send through a postal order if the buyer wishes this however this is expensive it is a 12.5% charge if over £10.
The signed for is merely to ensure that the package is trackable.
928  Economy / Currency exchange / Buying BTC for GBP In The Mail / Ukash / Paysafecard [OPEN] on: August 13, 2012, 06:39:26 PM
I am buying your BTC for cash posted directly to you in the mail (UK only) or ukash vouchers or paysafecards sent via pm.

I am paying the last mtgox GBP - 10% commission - the price of tracked postage £1.35 first class recorded.
If you wish to sell your BTC for paysafecard or ukash then it is the last mtgox GBP price -10% also however I need to purchase these vouchers from a shop and this may take up to 24hours to purchase and pm.

I realise I have no feedback so far but everyone has to start somewhere so for the first 10 orders I am willing to send first class recorded at my expense to build up a reputation.
Hopefully this service is of use to people in the UK who wish to turn their BTC into cold hard cash.
There is no minimum for cash in the post, but the maximum is £75 per week since I am buying for personal use and for no other reason.
Minimums for Ukash are multiples of £5 and paysafecard 10, 25, 50 or £ 75 only.

Any questions please ask.

2 Successful trades done so far with Cheffe for £80.

929  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 1g Silver Art Bars on: August 13, 2012, 05:33:59 PM
Hi, my price really isnt that high its because of the shipping I have to charge what I am.
If you were to purchase multiples I could do some kind of deal however not at spot + 5 %.
I paid a greater premium as with all smaller value bars/coins and I am not desperate to sell.

Lowest I could do is 0.28 each if you bought them all + shipping at cost either economy or tracked.
930  Economy / Goods / Selling 1g Silver Art Bars on: August 12, 2012, 12:17:52 PM
Selling 1g .999 fine silver bars for .5 BTC each including free worldwide shipping (this shipping is inexpensive but does not include a tracking number - tracking costs 1BTC so is not cost effective unless purchasing more than 1 bar or if you just want peace of mind, however will be at your risk if posted without tracking. Proof of postage will be scanned and uploaded after every sale.)

931  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: BTCFPGA on: August 12, 2012, 07:00:22 AM
Thanks, after reading this thread fully I am now undecided.
Am I corect in thinking the mod miner quad will generate at current difficulty about .5 BTC per day.
This will take about 220 days to break even if nothing changes but the block rate will halve soon too.
Although if the BTC/USD keeps going up then I wouldnt need as many coins to get back my investment.
I am not thinking of this as a get rich scheme in any way shape or form and do not expect to get back my investment fast however a modest 25% profit in a year would make this worth my while.
Is this possible? If I bought one of these units now for $1100 will it be able to generate $1375 worth of coins before the end of Sept 2013?

Has anyone ordered from them instead of Butterfly? What is their product like, shipping times, etc?
Should I order from them or from butterfly?
933  Economy / Goods / Re: Orgonite for bitcoin. on: August 11, 2012, 04:39:58 PM
Very interesting thank you for taking the time to explain to me, good luck with your venture.

What is orgonite? Just curious
935  Economy / Goods / Re: Chains and watches on: August 06, 2012, 08:56:17 PM
They are definately Movados or Movado fakes - I could only tell if genuine or not if I saw the mech inside, fakes are too good to tell on looks well most fakes now adays.
If everything checks out its a good buy for the buyer and I am sad to miss this
936  Economy / Goods / Re: Chains and watches on: August 06, 2012, 08:30:36 PM
Hard to tell from the photos but they look legit, and if they are in total they are all worth more than $500.
I would have been happy to buy them for $530 anyway, too bad we couldnt do a deal this time.

Best Regards,
937  Economy / Goods / Re: Chains and watches on: August 06, 2012, 04:04:17 PM
I dont understand why you do not feel Escrow is a good option, it protects us both.
I am not saying you will not send, that is not the reason I am asking for Escrow.
If you change your mind let me know, I have the $ waiting.

938  Economy / Goods / Re: Chains and watches on: August 06, 2012, 03:24:43 PM
Ok.
I would pay your asking price $530 including shipping but I am not comfortable sending this amount up front.
May I ask why you are not willing to Escrow this? I would pay any Escrow fees.
939  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: SELLING BITCOIN MTGOX - 1.5% on: August 06, 2012, 12:48:01 PM
I am interested, do you send first? Or Escrow?
940  Economy / Goods / Re: Chains and watches on: August 06, 2012, 06:34:13 AM
How much in BTC including shipping to Europe?
I am interested, also would you be willing to Escrow this?
