Its unbelievable how badly the economic situation in these underdeveloped countries is, but I doubt bitcoin solving these issues, besides those governments are yet to accept the cryptocurrency system
Seems a little too soon for shops to start accepting bitcoins, with price fluctuations and all..its risky

IEOs actually almost out performed bitcoin last year,it has great returns though....will see how it does this time around
Of course there will always be hackers around ,hope bitcoin transactions is traceable anyway, would be good to nail those guys
Well crypto is a much better way to transact,so I'm not surprised,it will help them a lot
Bitcoin transactions using blockchain are difficult to track if not impossible, UK just subscribed to the idea of trading cryptocurrency, a lot of other nations do not,its not time yet for bitcoin to become globally acceptable

Well considering how it has retained top spot for some time now,I think it is,probably not enough reason anyway.a few years back,I'm sure there were people who also wondered if the status bitcoin is occupying now was ever a possibility

We sure have seen several projects come, some couldn't survive the competition, I hope Sharkcex has what it takes to sustain the project,we are getting tired of projects looking all promising and flopping at the end

Personally, considering the rate at which traditional financial system is declining, almost going obsolete with the passing of each day, cryptocurrencies are what we have now,and they look quite promising,it's probably going to run for a relatively long period.

Well addressed. This should be taught to every new comer that getting rich is not what bitcoin is designed for. The main thing is financial system, the system where the power is distributed among public instead of a single authority which can control it according to their needs. If you thoroughly study bitcoin and it's background then you will came to know that this concept is priceless.
Yea. Every newbie thinks that they will become rich overnight by investing in Bitcoin, forgetting that success doesn't come without challenges. A lot of them should understand that there will be hurdles and challenges, before they dive in

2 weeks. That was the most delayed package I got. Had friends wait more time, but that was because of problems with credit card payment processing, not because of shipping. But, YMMV... Also, you say you just want them to tell you they sent the packges and why is it that they can be delayed... What's this? My email to support: April 24th Hi,
Its been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't received any of my order nor any letter from customs. I had this order shipped to Europe (***) and my first order from cigs.eu only took 5 days to arrive.
Has my order been dispatched? Do you have any status update on my order, or tracking information?
Reply from support today: Dear ***, Thank you for your email and sorry for the delayed reply! Your order #2209 has been dispatched on Monday, the 9th of April, 2012. Normally we aim to deliver our cigarettes within 20 working days from the day of the dispatch (that haven't passed yet, so there is no reason to worry). However, as the postal service we use is a simple Airmail service, this process can sometimes take longer. It is unfortunately out of our control. Our policy states that we need to allow 35 business days from the date of dispatch before we can start an investigation. To read more about the shipping process at Cigs.eu (possible delivery times are clearly described there) please click the following link: http://www.cigs.eu/delivery_information. Please contact us if you do not start receiving your order by 28/05/2012 so that we can assist you. Accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your patience. Best regards, Julia (Customer Support). support@cigs.euhttp://www.cigs.euIt seems like an answer to me...

So, you saying they are selective scammers? lol
It wouldn't surprise me. All I know is I placed an order and waited a pretty long time and when I asked they told me to wait another month. You aren't seriously expecting them to send you other packages when there is still the possibility for those ones to arrive, are you? Would you do it if you ran an online shop? Also: http://www.cigs.eu/delivery_informationDelivery Time At Cigs.eu we understand the importance of quick delivery and we hasten to package and ship your order immediately after you have placed it. Therefore all orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will ship that same business day! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Despite us sweating to deliver orders as soon as possible, the delivery can sometimes take up to 5-6 weeks from the day of the dispatch, as we are sending them via simple Registered Airmail post (FedEx and other couriers refuse delivering tobacco products unfortunately). We are not fast - please keep this in mind when ordering! Some of our customers receive their orders in less than 1 week, but that is totally out of our control. I'll say you'll have to wait, and when they don't resolve your problem by then, you can call them scammers. They clearly state that orders can be delivered in less than one week, but they don't promise you that. I understand you're pissed, but calling them scammers is a little out of line. Why do you think I order 2 packs almost every week? You think I smoke that much? It's because I know there can be delays, so I stock them up

Sorry to rain on your parade Blazr, but I've been receiving(and my friends) packages from cigs.eu at least once a week and usually they only take 1 week to get here, sometimes even less than a week, just like the last one I got that was sent wednesday and arrived last monday. Definitely not a scam. Blame the postal service for the delays.

Another question: is this a public company? The Google doesn't know you exist...
Public(real) companies don't deal on blackhat SEO and don't get listed on GLBSE... unless they are stupid.

i was foolish and too trusting. now that paypal has sided with the buyer, i think it would be prudent to post the full disclosure (names, phone numbers, addresses, details) regarding this case. is this the proper place for that?
The Bitcoin Shitlist is the place to post the full disclosure regarding the case. Just stick to the facts and you(and us) should be OK. Thank you.
