Making the ciggaretts Just as expensive as if i were to have been going to my corner store each day for smokes, Thing is, Is that i was expecting to get some ciggaretts that i had already payed for, NOPE, Gotta pay 8x what i paid on the site for the postal worker to give them to me.

I plan on leaving the package at customs to fucking rot, I will not pay Eighty Four dollars, EXTRA, on 10packs of smokes, That is fucking horseshit

Dude, you should've expected this they always check for cigarrettes.
You have to cleverly smuggle them in.. also now your address is a known smuggling address and everything sent to it will be opened. Get a po box next time with a street address.

Only way for Canadians to import cheap tobacco is buying $20 cartons of native smokes or clandestine importing from the US they open everything else, especially if from Asia/Eastern Europe

Received my order today. It was effectively shipped on the second business day, and arrived ~2 weeks after placing the order.

Pleased with the quality (grabbed two cartons on clearance, glad to be smoking something not mentholated anymore), extremely pleased with the price, shipping time is very reasonable considering the long distance it had to travel. Will order from again.

Sorry to rain on your parade Blazr, but I've been receiving(and my friends) packages from cigs.eu at least once a week and usually they only take 1 week to get here, sometimes even less than a week, just like the last one I got that was sent wednesday and arrived last monday.

Definitely not a scam. Blame the postal service for the delays.

It wouldn't surprise me. All I know is I placed an order and waited a pretty long time and when I asked they told me to wait another month.

You aren't seriously expecting them to send you other packages when there is still the possibility for those ones to arrive, are you?

At Cigs.eu we understand the importance of quick delivery and we hasten to package and ship your order immediately after you have placed it. Therefore all orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will ship that same business day! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Despite us sweating to deliver orders as soon as possible, the delivery can sometimes take up to 5-6 weeks from the day of the dispatch, as we are sending them via simple Registered Airmail post (FedEx and other couriers refuse delivering tobacco products unfortunately). We are not fast - please keep this in mind when ordering! Some of our customers receive their orders in less than 1 week, but that is totally out of our control.

I'll say you'll have to wait, and when they don't resolve your problem by then, you can call them scammers.
They clearly state that orders can be delivered in less than one week, but they don't promise you that.
I understand you're pissed, but calling them scammers is a little out of line.

2 weeks. That was the most delayed package I got.
Had friends wait more time, but that was because of problems with credit card payment processing, not because of shipping.
But, YMMV...

Also, you say you just want them to tell you they sent the packges and why is it that they can be delayed...

Its been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't received any of my order nor any letter from customs. I had this order shipped to Europe (***) and my first order from cigs.eu only took 5 days to arrive.

Has my order been dispatched? Do you have any status update on my order, or tracking information?

Your order #2209 has been dispatched on Monday,  the 9th of April, 2012.

Normally we aim to deliver our cigarettes within 20 working days from the day of the dispatch (that haven't passed yet, so there is no reason to worry). However, as the postal service we use is a simple Airmail service, this process can sometimes take longer. It is unfortunately out of our control. Our policy states that we need to allow 35 business days from the date of dispatch before we can start an investigation. Is it not a little early to be calling scam on these people? Whist it is nothing but a throw away comment to you it can be crippling for the person being called a scammer.

I never called them scammers, I did mention that it may be a scam, there is a difference.

The legalese on the website is actually pretty easy to read so I had read the T&C (has no mention of shipping times) and shipping policy. What I don't like is that they want me to wait 6 weeks when clearly something is wrong.

Its been over 3 weeks now and nothing, I will also state again I received my first order within 4 days and I'm waiting on 3 different shipments from cigs.eu at the moment and I can't see why all 3 of them would be delayed so much. It would be totally understandable if I had one package and something went wrong with the mail service, but something has gone wrong 3 times on 3 separate packages supposedly dispatched on 3 separate days which is why I feel something more nefarious may be going on.

I order a lot of stuff online and the longest I've waited for a package was 12 days and that was airmailed from China during Christmas. This is 3 separate packages air mailed from a much much closer country during a low mail volume period, I can't see what the big delay is which is why I feel something fishy is going on.

I'm going to wait until the 28th/05/2012 and then get back to cigs.eu as at this point I'm pretty sure nothing was sent. This is the last time I'll be ordering from them.

I had an order come through okay ~the 20th, then made a much bigger order that got shipped last tuesday (24th) apparently.
Will keep you guys posted as to whether it turns up okay - first one was fine and remarkably good value, took 9 days.
