Anyone who actually thinks this is legitimate, good luck.
3  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB .14 BTC with PayPal $40. 8/3/15 3:50PM EST on: August 03, 2015, 08:23:29 PM
Try LBC.
4  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTS] 10 BTC Escrow, Deposit, etc. on: August 03, 2015, 08:21:38 PM
15% on paypal is understandable (for a newbie). But bank wire/deposit? No.

So far 15% over seems to have a decent demand. I'm happy, they're happy. 7.03 BTC remaining

Like I said, paypal would be fine, of course. Especially dealing with newbies, one could easily sell 100btc/day. That wouldn't be surprising at all. I'm simply asking about cash deposits/bank wires. Somehow I think that, if you actually have sold 2.97btc, the vast majority of that has come through paypal, assuming it's all been sold @ 15%.

A bit critical reply there. How do you manage to do small trades? Exchange fees are far too high. I took a risk and lost. That happens in life. I ran my own business for 17 years and took risks,a lot more than a few dollars worth of bitcoin. I managed to retire at 54 so I must have made some correct adult  descisions. For me this is a hobby at night but that does not mean I want to be scammed. I am still looking for trusted members to deal with me.

The normal rules of daily life do not apply to coin. It is absolutely nothing like running a normal business in a normal society on a normal day. There, sure, people "take risks," like using their last line of credit to open a coffee shop in a busy metro area. But coin isn't anything like the normal "risk-taking" that happens in normal, civilized society. I shouldn't need to elaborate.

I agree, it's common sense, I was referring to a source. If everybody knew it, there wouldn't need to be a sticky, so some people are clearly just getting into BTC and are still learning about it. No need to act like that about it, I seriously worry for your social skills.

My social inadequacies aside, we need to stop the song and dance stuck on replay here. I don't know why the mods think the current situation is acceptable. There needs to be one central thread for this same old shit that keeps happening, titled: "Post here if you have no rep whatsoever and yet still expect to do a trade with paypal/dwolla/PM/okpay and any other reversible payment methods," with the first post specifically stating that the individual should not expect anyone to trade with them. Merge all future "$28013981023 paypal for your 0.05btc I won't scam pinky promise" threads with that one. Done. The board just got 95% cleaner and I can then SEE all the threads that are actually trying to start serious trades.
6  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [have] 750 usd [want] Btc-e usd on: August 03, 2015, 07:41:14 PM
Escrow though a trusted escrow service.

Can do cash deposit at a credit union.

hi where are you from ?

The us, there are no major bank branches in my state.

This comment indicates that you probably aren't from the US.

Unless you think the particular situation in whatever small town you live in is the case for the entire rest of your state. Let me tell you: It isn't. At least some national bank branches are present in every state, without exception. That's the whole purpose of being a national bank.

I had already done a successful deal with him so was a bit surprised this time. Will try a paypal claim.
I'm sure I read a sticky on the lending board about this. They'll do a couple of small trades to build the trust, and then run without paying.

You don't need to read a sticky. It's common fucking sense.

Seriously, how do some of you guys get by in life? I really hope this board is just like 80% children and you all aren't actually making adult decisions on a daily basis. If so, I seriously worry for your well-being and for the well-being of those you are responsible for. Please try to educate yourselves on how to think critically. It will pay dividends 1000x greater than any amount you could ever make off coin in 100 years.
9  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking for BTC Have Paypal Need Constant Supplier? on: August 03, 2015, 07:29:13 PM
Continue with virwox. Cry it off. No one's dealing with you here unless you want like 20+% fees.

zazarb I never took you for a genius but I also never took you for a nitwit either.

Vouched for by two random, untrusted accounts, both with negative feedback indicating scams? Yeah, I'm not buying it. No one else is either. Let this thread die.

hey genius,
I suggest to keep quiet until grew not upward to me,
first, where you see that I vouch for him? or trust him ? I not have deal with him.
here were the questions, in  my topic submit some  answer.

You do dangerous paypal deals in small amounts with random newbies for high fees. If you want to go on thinking that makes you a superior trader, then by all means think that.

I saw the vouches in your thread. Like I already said, they came from accounts that were untrusted and had negative feedback relating to scams.

I was responding to your claim that he had been vouched for by other users on your thread, which you linked to in your post. You're right, he was vouched for, but as I've indicated those users who vouched for him were themselves untrusted. Therefore, the vouches mean nothing. I was conveying my surprise because I thought you had the ability to reason that out for yourself. But you were apparently using those untrusted vouches as a justification for persuading others to trade with him. I addressed that. Don't get offended. I simply just said you were wrong to imply that he should be trusted on the basis of some vouches coming from untrusted members.

you account few week age, you password recently reset, you sold some btc to trust member for PP and you think that you here superior trust trader?omniscient able to assess other?
My trading method and degree of risk, none of your business.
If you have anything to say "random, untrusted accounts" say him direct.
More on this theme all not talking.

I reset my password weeks ago. Besides, a password being reset means nothing unless it is an aged, trusted account. My account is brand new. So...anyway.

You're exactly right with you're implication, because I've not even said I'm superior to you. However, I was addressing your implication that I should "keep quiet until grew not upward to me [meaning you]." Though the english is considerably broken, I took this to mean you saw yourself as being "upward" compared to myself. I addressed that point directly. You have no justification for talking to me as if I am inferior to you, especially in a context where you were doing something completely irresponsible - recommending an untrusted member for paypal deals.

I addressed your trading method and degree of risk because it illustrates your character. What I meant to imply was that a risk-taker such as yourself would deal with this person, but that means nothing to anyone hoping to avoid potential problems.

I have been very straightforward regarding the OP. I said I'm not buying it. I'm still not, despite the supposed "vouches" we've seen.

OP, maybe if you quit buying untrusted hero accounts and actually invested some effort in doing honest trades, you might find this thread may become more attractive to legitimate traders.
11  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I have 0.01414047 BTC and I need PayPal funds on: August 01, 2015, 06:58:25 AM
4 bucks. You're sending first. I give so little of a shit about such a small amount PLEASE just tell me you don't even want to do the trade as it's probably just a waste of time.

Why are you even trading for such a small amount of coin? It makes zero sense, unless you're DEEP into poverty - in which case go to work.
Why do you care why I'm trading a small amount of coin?

Just interested, really. Going out of your way to make a thread to buy a few bucks worth of coin has always struck me as comical.

Call me crazy...

Gee, I wish I could make a bunch of accounts with shitty negative feedback and sell them for $20 a pop.

Oh wait, that doesn't happen. Anywhere. Ever.

So the answer is....no one supports btc?

Except maybe IAFCU, and even they have gotten kind of freaked out by regulators?

Can we just be clear on this?
20  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Skrill for bitcoins [Escrow ACCEPTED] on: July 31, 2015, 11:28:54 PM
Check this guys feedback before even thinking about sending first. Don't be an idiot and just use ESCROW!

Looks like he created a couple of accounts to leave himself positive feedback not knowing those wouldn't cover the red mark LOL.

Fuck off please  Tongue

Why do you morons get mad when someone calls you out?

We've got more of a justification to be angry. You're trying to fucking steal from us. Seriously.  Undecided
