Vertical buy wall @55 at poloniex EDIT: 6 millions DGB actually

I guess it is important to launch that Digibytegaming Market as soon as possible so that Digibytes become more useful. Can community help somehow?

On digiexplorer.info most transactions have 5 to 8 digits after comma. I imagine real people sending DGB to each other or paying for something would use rounded amounts. So they are quite rare?

Just a thought - maybe the fact that there are some actual, physical stores in the Netherlands that accept DigiByte could be used more in DigiByte promotion. Because I believe that the most altcoins don't have that thing.

Also about the DigiByteGaming wallet. It's great! Intuďtive UI and even the possibility to use multi-signature wallets. The only issue I have is a graphical one. The banner doesn't scale well when you view the wallet full-screen.
Thanks for the feedback! We really appricate it. Going along with these lines we would like peoples feedback on both DigiByteTip & DigiByteGaming websites. Before we start heavily marketing them we want to get them as stream lined as possible. DigiByteGaminghttp://digibytegaming.com/How can we improve the interface? What statistics would people like to know about their games? What other games should we add? (limited to public APIS) What other utility should we work toward? DigiByteTiphttps://digibytetip.com/How can we improve the front page? How can we improve the service? What points of confusion are there? How do we make the service easier to adopt? I think DigiByteTip page would look better without or with less of those appearing/ disappearing dynamic elements. Quote by Steve Jobs seems unnecessary. Testimonials look little bit fake (there is typo: Leage of Legends Streamer). I hope this doesn't offend anyone.

http://www.richlist.eu/digibytenow says not active =( We need some sort of link crawler on the main digibyte.co to try and keep up with everything that keeps getting added / removed. It's best to leave it down the rich list, it might scare people off. There is one or two people close to 500 million coins each. According to the DigiStats rich list the number 1 has 140m coins not 500m. BTW guys DigiStats will be back online soon enough, just working out why the Market Data feeds are not working correctly but it shouldn't be too hard to resolve; I might have to rewrite the code which would be a pain but will do if that's the only way to get it to work. That being said I'm still forecasting one more week of work etc. before it is fully online again. Cheers guys To which address can I send DGB donations for this project?

What is the recommended method for transferring all contents of DGB Core wallet from one computer to another? With .dat file or sending over the network or both methods are good?

It would be interesting to know how many people already have played LoL for DGB and total amount of DGB paid out. Are such statistics available?

Is it recommended to encrypt ubuntu system/partition on which DGB (or other cryptocurrency) wallet is installed? Or are there any downsides to it?

I would be grateful if someone could tell if this setup for DGB storage is safe:
Laptop with 2 operational systems: encrypted ubuntu where digibyte wallet is installed and wallet.dat stored - this operational system used only when there is need to send/ receive DGB. Windows which is used for work, web surfing etc.
If laptop gets stolen thief would not know that I had DGB wallet in my computer right? If Windows gets infected, Linux is still safe - or not?
Also please make sure you have multiple copys of your wallet. http://asistec-ti.com/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=13 for some more security information. Thanks, of course, multiple backups are essential.

Now I have two digibyte folders- one made with this method: sudo apt-get install build-essential sudo apt-get install libtool autotools-dev autoconf sudo apt-get install libssl-dev sudo apt-get install libboost-all-dev git clone git://github.com/digibyte/digibyte.git cd digibyte ./autogen.sh ./configure make cd src sudo cp digibyted /usr/bin - many files in several folders (1000+ files) but I don't know what to do next. Another folder made with this method: ) Launch your web browser and go to http://digibyte.co (remember to be sure to only download from officially approved websites). 2) Go to “Download” and click on “Ubuntu DigiByte Core 64-bit” to start the download process of the install program to your computer; click “Save File”. 3) Go to the directory where you have downloaded the “digibyte-3.0.3-ubuntu-64-bit.zip” file and extract the files to a new folder in your Home directory (e.g. “DigiByte”). 4) Launch Terminal, and, at the command line prompt, change directories to your wallet directory (e.g. "cd DigiByte") and then, at the command line again, type “./digibyte-qt” and hit return. 5) You will see the "Welcome to DigiByte Core" install screen showing you where the 'DigiByte Core' will store its data – it’s recommended that you use the default data directory – click “OK”. 6) Your newly installed DigiByte Wallet will launch. 7) Exit the DigiByte Wallet immediately after launching and install the 'digibyte.conf' (see example below) file in the './digibyte data' folder in your 'home' directory. from http://asistec-ti.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=12- just 3 files in that folder (digibyte-cli, digibyte-qt, digibyted) but I don't know how to do this: install the 'digibyte.conf' (see example below) file in the './digibyte data' folder in your 'home' directory. digibyte-qt is the executable. If you run it, a ".digibyte" folder will be created in your home directory. If the wallet syncs without copying the digibyte.conf file everything is fine. Otherwhise copy that file into the .digibyte folder mentioned before. Thanks, looks like wallet synced normally. So that digibyte.conf file is not really necessary? Do I have to run digibyte-qt through command line every time?

Can someone please tell how to compile Digibyte core from source? Source is here, right? https://github.com/digibyte/digibyteShould I choose Download ZIP? Now I somewhat know how to use commnad line in Linuux - is that enough? Will send DGB tip for help The commands to do it are on that github page you listed. Do these in order, if one of them doesn't work, then you are probably missing a library or application of some kind: sudo apt-get install build-essential sudo apt-get install libtool autotools-dev autoconf sudo apt-get install libssl-dev sudo apt-get install libboost-all-dev git clone git://github.com/digibyte/digibyte.git cd digibyte ./autogen.sh ./configure make cd src sudo cp digibyted /usr/bin Once you successfully do all this, there will be an executable in your digibyte directory, you would run that to run the wallet I did all the steps but I am not sure which is that executable file? What is name of it? Please have a look at Asistec TI forum created by HR. http://asistec-ti.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=12P.s @ HR, Still alive and kicking? Thanks, but how do I do this: install the 'digibyte.conf' (see example below) file in the './digibyte data' folder in your 'home' directory. ?

I am new to Linux - how do I actually install Digibyte core wallet? I have Kubuntu 6 on older computer - is that ok for Digibyte wallet? I have extracted those 3 files - digibyted, digibyte-cli, digibyte-qt - what do I do next?
I mine on linux, but have my wallet on my windows laptop. I suppose you could go to the directory where you have those files saved and type: ./digibyte-qt see if that launches it....if not, compile it from the source as was suggested Trying to do "go to the directory where you have those files saved and type: ./digibyte-qt" I got this: d49@d49-desktop:~/Desktop/digi$ ./digibyte-qt ./digibyte-qt: error while loading shared libraries: libQtGui.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

"I suppose you could go to the directory where you have those files saved and type: ./digibyte-qt" - where exactly should I write that? And how is that compilation thing done? And where can I get the source?

erase it and compile from the source, IMHO I don't know what that means. Erase what exactly?
