1  Economy / Services / Re: SteadyTurtle.com Signature Campaign - Newbie to Full member - Rates Increased on: July 23, 2015, 07:14:39 PM
Ok, I see that to put bids on auction wastes everybody involved in the auction. I am sorry for this. But to give me bad feedback when the auctioneer and I have settled the matter outside the thread. Come on, Things do come up and bad events do happen to all of us.
Let the admin decide if I am out of the campaign.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scamc0p scammed me for 215$! on: July 23, 2015, 02:27:53 PM
I've paid as a gift it won't let me chargeback Sad
So you try the samething with someone else?
Kidaces claimed you tried and scam him the same day.
Do not trust newbie that just created account and very first post is asking for trade using paypal.
Common tactic for Paypal scammers.
Time to give you a negative for doing the same to someone else.
He must of seen you were going to scam someone, so did not continue in completing it before being left holding the bag for you.

Your kind is not welcomed here.

Changed to Jr. member signature starting today.  Grin
4  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [Verified Paypal] to BTC on: July 22, 2015, 07:38:45 PM
I am willing to provide my ID too if it scares you that much.

That won't help in the slightest. You need an ID + selfie + a note held up in front of your face authorizing the specific transaction from your paypal e-mail to the seller's paypal e-mail if you want to actually remove (most) doubts.

Other than that, you can build feedback on non-reversible methods first and then work your way up to pp trades.

Or go on virwox.

Or deal with some of the traders on here that deal with new people for a 20+% markup to cover the potential loss.
What methods are they? Perfect money one of them?
5  Economy / Auctions / Re: Hero Member on: July 21, 2015, 02:35:53 AM
So is the auction over? Who won the Hero membership account?

Apparently you. Tongue

I'll be home from work in a couple hours, will PM you then.
Well, it is late here now.  Undecided
Will complete this tomorrow if alright with you  Huh

Just join any signature campaign, you can earn a lot. My target is to get 0.4 BTC this week from mine signature. Hope I will find time for posting.

I have 0.2 BTC now. I think I can do it. If you want to stalk my earnings check here and enter my UID: 266213
Wish me luck Cool
I used your link to their daily tracking system and entered in your UID #.
It said you got paid out 0.0039btc last pay period. That is about $1. Must of busy travelling to your vacation destination  Wink

I see a comment that saying 0.2 weekly is not to much if you live in a strong country in europe, but for the rest of the world i think is good that amount of money.
I would be happy just to make $5 a week for posting but just for hobby and don't make it feel like a job. That would be an extra stress on real life.

I was on your feet man, i really was thinking to earn 2-5$ a week, but after i reached it i started to increase the amount.
How much you make in a week of your signature campaign, the same as Bit-X according to Somekindabitcoin said it pays the most per post. He made 0.0039btc last pay period on Bit-X for one week.

10  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ 777Coin Signature & Personal MSG Campaign ★☆★ Newb to Hero [RE-OPEN] on: July 20, 2015, 04:51:47 PM
Thank you izanagi and lightlord!
received my payment
This is pretty good campaign to be in I would say. Because they allow for personal msg panel usage.
They are the ones that I only know of that allow this.
I don't know why Izanagi told me that this would be my last payment since I am moving into another campaign, but I thought the personal msg panel only for this campaign is allowed, since you are doing the same.  Lips sealed
11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can u get bitcoins? for free on: July 20, 2015, 04:11:28 PM
- buy BTC (NOT FREE)
- earn BTC by doing some work (there were a couple captcha entry jobs that payed $8 for 10.000 captchas if i remember correct)
- earn BTC by monetizing your skills (pretty hard, unless you have really unique skills)
- earn BTC by playing games (for example: flappy birds pays 600-ish satoshi's for every game you win, 200 times a day)
- use faucets: don't expect to make more than $0.5/hour
- join a signature campaign on this forum
But being to new you won't make much joining one so early.

I only made $0.03 for 20 posts  Sad

you're doing something wrong, because with 64block for example you can get 50k satoshi per post, x20 this is 1M satoshi, which is $2.768 and not 0.03
This is for Advertiser panel signature campaign only that was the first payment I got from them. Not the whole signature just the side where avatar should be if I was sr. or hero. That pays very low I think 0.000025btc per post, I can't remember but was just as a test phase(they said they will pay for last 2 weeks-60 posts) since my permanent signature campaign is what I am more concerned with but they don't have advertiser panel signage at the moment so it was going to be left bare anyways. Tongue So why not.
Received payment of 0.001475btc just now so I was mistaken by the transaction that I received probably from a faucet(the sig campaign has not updated their user log in over a year  Roll Eyes ), so $0.39  Undecided
Still very little compared to most.

Bought a Galaxy S6 and a slick screen protector for it all for 0.95btc. I just hope the phone isn't fake  Shocked
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Balance with 215,000 BTC, what is this one about? on: July 20, 2015, 02:09:09 AM
There is no way to find out for sure why this address is getting so many transactions?
That is crazy and insane. No wonder the flood this month is keeping me from getting my transactions to complete still since July 10th, they just keep resetting to the day before time and date and says 0 confirmations everyday since. This stink Angry

16  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many Bitcoins are lost forever? on: July 20, 2015, 01:35:37 AM
there was a story of a guy who had a HDD with a large amount of Bitcoin on it, and he threw it away, and went digging through the dump.  7500 Bitcoin mined on a laptop!! Those were the days, LOL!!

http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2013/nov/27/hard-drive-bitcoin-landfill-site
Yeah I heard that as well, I would've searched my ass off on that dump if that had happened to me. But it never will as I still online wallets for my transactions and bitcoins.

Oo You realize that WAY more bitcoins were lost (to their owners) because they held coins on exchanges, online wallets and such? You really should think that over. Giving your bitcoins to someone other brings always the question up if you get them back. Only when you control the private key and no one other has access to it, then you can say that you are relatively safe.

Sometimes both happen at the same time.
When the exchange accidentally deletes its wallet!
https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=2828445

*lol* Didnt hear of that yet. Unbelieveable. Cold Wallet? Backups on the same drives? Even i have backups on different places and im not even an exchange. Hefty... the worst thing is, you only know when something like that happens that the one you trusted is not the smartest.

I was thinking that hardware wallets are the safest way to protect from such loss of any coin.
For that reason I was looking at getting a Trezor. But that gets me thinking, this too can happen to that too, am I correct? How about having two or three Trezors to span the coins on so you don't lose all your bank in case of hardware failure.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: July 19, 2015, 11:10:27 PM
Investing is not that easy because you have to hire a broker and pay him, you first need to save some money.
I earn around 650 USD/month and manage to save around 300, I am waiting to have 1000~2000 USD to get into market.

What are you saying? Do you need brokers when you invest in bitcoin? I dont think so, in bitcoin you learn how to maintain your bitcoin by yourselves, profit or loss it is determined by your works not broker

I was talking about stock, not BTC. Perhaps, considering that in this country the only BTC vendors are those from sites like localbitcoins*, it is about the same that having to hire a broker. If I could buy stock directly, I would do it, but as far as I know it is not possible (only when companies put actions into market to be bought directly by average people -emission of shares?**- but that does not happen so often).

* I think sites like Coinbase allow you to buy/sell at the same price (based on the pictures posted in their FAQ), unlike localbitcoins where there is a difference of 15-20% between buy and sell prices.

** I am not sure how to say that in English.

Coinbase only allows US citizens to purchase bitcoins. Or at least have a US bank account.

thanks for all reply's
yeah i want to join a signature campain
but i can't join if im a newbie
how get i jr member? or higher?

newbie can still join the signature campaign, but it's better to just wait until Jr.member and payment slightly higher Smiley
Just what I was saying. Earnings are quite low. I was testing to see how much I could get by posting the minimum required to see how much it was actually going to come out too, and was quite disappointed.
Waiting until Jr. Member is the right call before joining up with one.

20  Other / Off-topic / Re: DO YOU HAVE 1 BITCOIN? on: July 19, 2015, 08:07:17 PM
Yes I have more than 1 BTC. It's pretty easy to get one Bitcoin and I can earn really good money with my signature campaign.
If you really want 1 BTC try to do some trades here like reselling things you bought with fiat for BTC and such.
Easy to get 1BTC. That is not how a lot including me see that. If you start with nothing then it is hard to get to 1BTC. If you have some then people can take your advice and start trading.
