21  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] 1998 Mercedes ML320 car in the EU for BitCoins on: September 18, 2013, 08:54:09 PM

Thanks for adding to the listing:) Would be nice to sell it for BTC, but someone coming to check it out locally this weekend.
Anyways I think I'll be buying BTC for at least 50% of the price sold.

23  Economy / Goods / [SOLD] 1998 Mercedes ML320 car in the EU for BitCoins on: September 18, 2013, 12:03:13 AM
I'm posting to let you know that I'd like to sell my Mercedes ML320 for bitcoins...Smiley

I've listed it on bitmit, the link is here: https://www.bitmit.net/en/item/60397-1998-mercedes-ml320-silver

Price:

I live in Hungary (and the car is here too), but can deliver the car, because I have lots of free time.
Car has MOT until 12/2013, but can be extended 2 addl. years for cheap price, could be useful if someone buys it inside the EU (it can be transferred over).

If anyone has any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

It was bought by me 2 years ago as used, I have always taken good care of it, regular maintenances or if something had a problem, everything was done without hesitation.
Has 20" wheels which costed me ~$2000, and 2 din DVD/Bluetooth/GPS which was $700. Daytime LED front lights and LED rear lights, LED mirrors.
Winter tires on original 16" wheels.
Daily driver, my girlfriend uses it to go to work every day.

24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Finding the main address of a transaction on: September 08, 2013, 03:03:30 PM
you should ask the sender of the transaction.
Sometimes they can send it with an address they don't control, like as an mtgox withdrawal, or from another exchanger...
Safest is to ask.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin processing on my adult website on: August 10, 2013, 01:40:51 PM
i'd recommend using a bitpay or any other bitcoin merchant-style account, which is easier to maintain, and you don't keep any bitcoins on your webserver...
but what you asked is possible too, needs a lot more programming..

you can use a dummy plug, if you don't want to use a monitor.

28  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 2 Jalapeno Pre-Order 2012/Oct. - Offers? on: June 21, 2013, 12:37:19 AM
9 BTC if you are willing to do escrow. Bear in mind that you have to wait until you get it and then ship it out to whoever buys it. I'd prefer to use John K as the escrow agent.

Yes I was thinking about this a lot after posting them up here, and I don't see a point in selling it via escrow, waiting months to arrive (one part of the money still sits at BFL, other part at the escrow), and get my money only after they arrived.

Since I don't have lots of trading feedback, I guess I'll just cancel the sale, and put it back on when I have the items in hand... After that I will be more than happy to use escrow since the money would only sit for some days while it's with the post office.

Thanks for the interest!

interested in 1x6950, can you calculate a shipping price to Hungary?
USPS Intl. Priority Flat Rate + registered upgrade would do, never had problems.

Thanks!

$80   Wowza

wow, i guess it's really not worth it then.. damn expensive postal service Smiley

36  Bitcoin / Electrum / transaction pending since 12 hours, not appearing in blockchain on: June 19, 2013, 11:30:11 AM
there is a transaction pending in my electrum client, and it's not appearing in blockchain.info
What could possibly be the problem?
Since it was a time limited transaction, (transfer for buying a product) the receiving address already expired, is there a possible way to cancel the transaction?

Date: pending
Status: 0 confirmations
Amount sent: -0.6
Transaction fee: -0.0005

Electrum 1.8 on OSX

Thanks!
37  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Need Help - Added 2nd GPU, now first GPU's hash rate is lower? on: June 01, 2013, 03:10:19 PM
I had this exact same problem, on ubuntu. When mining on 1 card it did full hashrate, when plugging in another card both of them were doing like 75-80% hashrate.
Reinstalled linux, upgraded cgminer, tried other cards, nothing changed.

When I updated the ati driver, it magically solved the problem, so maybe you should try it with another driver.

39  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Cheap mining GPU's suggestions? on: May 21, 2013, 04:58:16 PM
why not try an 5850 or 5830?
I think you can buy them for used cheaper than $100, but I'm in Eu, Hungary, so not sure.

Here is my cgminer config for litecoin mining for my two 5850's. If you like to give it a try. Watch your temps, these overclocks are good for cool weather. My room ambient temp is 20c atm,

and results are

Code:

GPU 1:  69.5C 3271RPM | 400.7K/400.9Kh/s | A:415 R:1 HW:0 U: 5.34/m I:19

What could be the problem? The box has 8G ram, the 5850 has 1G.
