Who knows the truth but it's either obtained by being an affiliate, exploit from company cards, SE from dark web by someone else. And he's just selling it on the clearnet. Or legally obtained. I trust rikugou if he says they're obtained legally. In my experience he's been very kind and his cards never expire and there's many people that have vouched for him.
