Quote from: ORIGINAL CONTRACT
PAJKA.BOND (issued on GLBSE) is a perpetual mining bond where you can buy mining power and receive weekly mining payouts.

Bond features:
 - each share represents 0.33 Mhash/s mining power
 - weekly daily payouts are 110% of PPS (promotional 120% PPS payout during June, July, August and September)
 - buyback at 110% of 15 day GLBSE average price

I'm fully GLBSE verified.

IPO will be on Monday June 11th at 05:56:42 GLBSE time at 0.1 BTC per share

The payout formula is as follows:
daily dividend = 1.10*330000*86400*B/(D*2^32)
daily dividend = 1.20*330000*86400*B/(D*2^32) ... during the promotional period when 120% PPS will be paid
in which:
B is the block reward, which is 50BTC now,
D is the difficulty of that day (if the difficulty changes that day then it's simple average of the new one and the old one).

This offer represents at current difficulty (D = 1,583,178):
daily payout of 0.00025159 BTC per share
daily ROI 0.25159%
weekly ROI 1.76113%
monthly ROI 7.5477%

And so the dividend from last Friday will be sent to us any time soon? Or is it just skipped and next Friday we'll get dividends for 2 weeks?

125  Economy / Securities / Re: Announcing PPT.DIV - Pirate Pass Through Dividend Bonds on: May 16, 2012, 08:06:18 AM
So if I get it right it should be 9000 shares backing those 3840 BTC in the fund for PPT.X.
Then it would be approx. 0.427 BTC/share ... if we buy higher we take more risk and you lower your risk while getting profit for the work you did with all this PPT stuff.

The case of Pirate's default is obvious - our money will be lost.
But my question is how the fund will be refilled in case that part of it will be used to cover the difference in case Pirate changes the rates and you'll still have to pay the full 1.28 per bond? I know that in most cases it will just lower the profit from that batch of bonds but if the reduction is significant it can go even to a loss.
126  Economy / Securities / Re: (TyGrr) TyGrr Tech on: May 09, 2012, 08:09:06 AM
I have a question: Where does the company mine (pool, solo)?
In the contract you say that we are shareholders and that the company mines the coins, pays for electricity and the rest is profit. From the profit you take 5% and the rest goes 50:50 as savings and dividends.
But in reality you talk in your reports about difficulty and the number of mined coins is always the number of coins seems to be always perfect 100% PPS. I would expect the number of mined coins to fluctuate and generally be more than 100% PPS as you can mine at GPUMAX (like JLP does).
Or do you mine at GPUMAX and you keep much more then 5%?

The farm has been operating at about 5 to 7G range for about 3 months. We have two main boards being replaced and almost always one or more rig down. Since I do not have time to devote to keeping it going as best as I should I pay out the 100% PPS anyway. And for the last month I have also been paying you about 250% what you should be getting due to my math mistakes. (I kept paying you guys my 60% share of the dividends)

Yeah that all comes out of my pocket. However we do mine at GPUmax and eclipse mining when we are operational.

I'm very open to paying out a percent of what we actually mine but dividends will free fall:)

Here in the OP as well as at www.TyGrr.com you talk about 12GH/s ... so you might want to update those to avoid being misleading.
Is it possible to RMA the rigs? Or fix them for reasonable price?
It's nice of you that you are paying the dividends from your pocket ... but we would prefer if you could put it back into bussiness at 100% as that would be better.
I understand that for now it's better for you to invest your time to other bussiness you are running or starting ... but you could put down the possibilities we have and maybe even a motin to decide where we'll go. Thanks.
127  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Diablo Mining Company (DMC) on: May 09, 2012, 07:46:57 AM
This project is going to be interesting ... but 200kBTC is probably too much ...
I see BTC-Mining trying to get only 10kBTC and because everyone waits with investment to not leave the money idle ... it doesn't sell a lot ... neither after the temporary dividend "subsidy" ...
I guess you are going to have difficult time to lure in the early investors
128  Economy / Securities / Re: Will GLBSE ever be lowering its prices? on: May 08, 2012, 08:55:49 PM
Am I blind or something?! Where do I find the current fees charged if I'm logged in on GLBSE?

It's not in "Terms", on "Transfer" there's only the fee for transfers and anywhere else I've looked I didn't find anything...

Edit: Ok, right after posting this, I found it...  Lips sealed
The only way to see the fees is if you already intend to buy something and go on an asset page. If you want to check the fees first you can be as lost as me.
Also - 0.4% fees were announced, 0.5% fees implemented. That's a 25% increase(!) - why try to kill the liquidity that anyways is the thing that generates income and is most needed on GLBSE atm in my opinion?

No it's actually 0.5% fee, I've only implemented it and not announced but we've added maker taker.

Those who make orders that goes on the orderbook (i.e. are not taken up by another order) pay 0%, those who take orders (i.e. they make an order which takes up other orders) pay 0.5%

Good. I like it - I guess this can make things better
Especially good news is that we don't have to pay 0,5% both seller and buyer at once.
129  Economy / Securities / Re: Will GLBSE ever be lowering its prices? on: May 08, 2012, 08:47:59 AM
I think that 8 BTC for IPO is very low.
On the other hand I find 1% (50 BP + 50 BP) trading fee as very high.
Week or so ago it was still reasonable 0.5% (50 BP + 0 BP) and then it was promised to be 0.8% (40 BP + 40 BP) with GUI upgrade ...
I see that low liquidity is now even lower and making 1% on price changes now means that you only sposored GLBSE. :-(

Situation here is even worse ...
I found that my workers went back to GPUMAX as well but without single share being credited as leased or forwarded to my offline pool.
I also noticed that the username on the details tab for my workers has changed - so I tried the new one as well as the old one - and the result is the same - GPUMAX accepts the shares but they aren't counted in the stats.

There is no list of payouts for the block 177274 (the one before the one marked as stale).
Does it mean that now the unconfirmed rewards won't be listed on the block details page unless we activate the new prepay perk?
135  Economy / Securities / Re: Should I start Diablo Mining Company, a 1M BTC startup? on: April 25, 2012, 09:03:24 PM
Well if you expect the price to rise a lot then you need to make sure to change the BTC to USD only after that change ... or whole this thing will be inferior compared to any new company coming afterwards.
Consider - you rise 1M BTC - convert to $5M to use for buying all you need - then BTC jumps to $10 - your investment of 1M BTC has value of only 500k BTC. Anyone who starts new company with 500k BTC now gets the same amount of money to start his - but he'll generate the same income - so he would get to double ROI (in BTC) compared to you.

137  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] BFLS - Bitcoin Mining & Sales on: April 23, 2012, 08:02:50 AM
Do I understand it right that I hardly can buy the BFLS.FUTURES on the market as I don't know from whom I do buy them and where he was on the list.
Do you still offer the futures for 0.7 for the minirig? How does it work? If I ask for let say 20 - you put ask order of 20@0.7 to let me buy in or how?

It was posted about a week ago that the order would be placed soon.  Maybe you missed the boat.  Right now there is over 200 immediately available on glbse.

I was just thinking that if few more people joined in Inaba could be able to buy 2 minirigs instead of 1 minirig + some BFLS - that's why I was willing to buy directly from him.
Second point is - I see there are some on the market - I just don't understand how Inaba keeps the list of owners if I am not buying directly from him. If I buy them on the market he can hardly check that I really bought them (if it isn't from him) and the guy I buy them from will stay on the list - so maybe he can buy again in month or so again for 0.7 again and still have that place on the list which I would have bought from him. Or I can claim that I bought them from someone (as Inaba can't check it) and get on the list but buy them really only in the next wave but get those BFLS shares earlier.
Don't get me wrong - I don't want to create any mess I just want to know better how it works before I buy in.

The question is how long it will take before you really start mining with this hardware ...

When will you order those 3 BF mini rigs? Or have you already ordered them?
Will you wait until you sell all the 10,000 shares?

No one is flipping out about the 0h00m block found by Germ after 282 works submitted?

It is interesting achievment! DrHaribo placed it as news on BitMinter home page.
I think that even better is that we have 4 BTC blocks in 24 hrs - lets go for more ... fingers crossed.
