Been waiting on an "instant" for almost two days. After i finally get a response from the owner(?) after a day he says,
"Hello!
Looks like some accounts were abusing the promo codes for free spins we sent recently via email, so the team is checking carefully every cashout for possible abuse cases.
If everything is fine with your account, you will receive your money as soon as they are done, apologies for the inconveniences!"
Fair enough. I ask him to cancel my withdraw so i can take a portion of it to wager, resubmitting my withdraw with the rest, while I wait on them to sort out their issues.Tye entire time I have been waiting, the livesupport was away and i could only leave a message, which i did to no response.
Five hours later, still no response or withdraw, I send the owner another message asking if there was any kind of update, which remains unanswered, I go back to the site and see that i can chat now with live support. Upon opening the chat, I am greeted by Jane saying,' Hello, how may I help you?"
And that's all she wrote. She as not responded since, even though it shows her online still.
As I said before it is coming up on two days for the 'instant' cashouts and I can't even get a response from the staff. I understand they want to make sure i didn't abuse their coupon, but this has gotten ridiculous. I'm sure I won't receive any kind of answer for another 12 hours .
I just want my money..

I used to play a lot in this casino earlier, then moved out. Checked now again, and my opinion remains same  Site is just ... wasting it's potential O.o Seriously. Good design and unique games from scratch are beeing slowly killed by mismatching or old info (not even one word is changed since I was there last time, like 1.5 years ago), very slow support (or sometimes not answering at all) and lack of community. People are bored to play against silent computer screen long time already, that's why most popular casinos have some "life" - live chat's, live supports, community. Site still can perform nice, if good team will start good work But current approach feels dead... |

I think there is still some sort of silver lining among all of this. At least we know this casino cares about security very well, which is really something you would want from a casino. Is it on the expense of speed and response time? Yes. Is that bad? Yes.
But, at least they are doing something bad for a good reason, which is why I think its acceptable as long as it doesn't continue forever. It means if the casino keeps on making cash-outs this long for a way too long time then it means trouble for them, even though the casino means well and they are not aiming to get scammed so they are definitely checking it carefully, it is still not acceptable for the gamblers, nobody wants to wait full 2 days to get their money back, no matter what the reasons are they just don't want to, everyone who gets their money withdrawn will get out and play somewhere else.

Exactly, it's continuing too long. Pending withdrawals was a reason, why I left 1.5 years ago, and till now nor this case changed, neither info was changed (read their faq, withdrawals are still "instant within 5 mins", same as then). During last 5 years they made a lot of good, unique projects, and all of them are in same half-dead situation now. Don't ruin good ideas! |

The current pending cashouts are only from users that didn't deposit anything on the site and just used the free spins and got lucky, and that's totally fine if the user only uses one account.Sadly, there are many abusers of the promo codes we give monthly, they create tons of accounts, use the spins until they get lucky and withdraw, which is not allowed. Every other user playing fairly and with their own money has always been paid in less than a day, again, the current pending cashouts are from users that only used the promo code, so it's not like "they deposited and want their money back", that money is purely a bonus. Normally the team identify the abusers of these promotions every month quickly, but sadly this time they have been busy with other important things, so it's taking a bit more time than it normally does. If you only have one account, used the free spins, got lucky and withdrew, you will receive your money for sure (doesn't matter if you have deposited something or not, that's what free spins are for), it's just those abusers slowing down the process for everybody. I don't have an ETA for this to be solved yet, but it shouldn't take much longer, again, apologies for the inconveniences, but it's a necessary process. Thanks for understanding!

There was instant withdrawals within 5 mins, when I first came. After some time someone abused site, they holded withdrawals as manual, told, that it will be fixed soon, but it wasn't.

You are right, that should be updated, I will forward this to my team so it can be updated when they are a bit less busy. But anyway, cashouts still take normally just a few hours, less than a day for sure. Only special cases like these could take more time as programmers have to carefully check everything. when process cashout ? :@ #29414

it seems to me a gambling site different from the others that offers original games created specifically by the creators of the site, i see that the deposits and withdrawals are fast and there is the possibility of 2fa at the registration, i believe it will become one of my favorite sites...
