1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s Behind the Surge in Anonymous Cryptocurrencies on: Today at 02:51:13 PM
So, where can traders actually buy ZEC and XMR today?
It's not that hard to find them, while there are exchanges that are delisting these privacy coins due to regulatory issues. But if you check on them, there are still plenty of exchanges that have them listed on their own platforms.

ZEC ~> https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zcash/#Markets
XMR ~> https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/monero/#Markets
However, it will still not be immune from pressure as exchanges look to expand more widely so regulatory pressure on privacy coins will continue to be an obstacle. For now privacy coins are the last line of defense in the era of regulation. Freedom and anonymity must be maintained, so all privacy coins depend on the community to continue to provide support.

The question is how long will coins like ZEC and XMR survive the pressure of global regulation?

3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2025/26 on: Today at 01:59:53 PM
Definitely it was likely to see that Barcelona of last season was not dependent on a single player, definitely I don't know if it was just from my angle, but Barcelona was not dependent on a single player, because almost all players as been playing well. But this year, the pace has been focused on different sight and they likely to have most dependent players like, Lamine Yamal and Raphina. And this is one of their major problem they are having right now, if they can look further to resolve that.
I think differently, Messi did indeed have a huge impact and contribution to the team, even though Barcelona had good players in all areas, However Messi presence changed everything, not meaning Barcelona was solely reliant on one player.
Just like Lamine Yamal, who is making a huge contribution to Barcelona, doesn't mean the team is dependent on him, I don't see that in the Barcelona squad.
The role of players like Messi and Yamal can be referred to as the last puzzle piece to complete the structure of the game. So it's like the impact given by a key player is 1-5% and the rest is thanks to teamwork. Because no matter how great a club has a key player be it Messi or Yamal without teammates who can understand his needs will be ordinary. Then another element that becomes a factor is the match with the coach's strategy.

So in reality 1 player is not always a benchmark, without clear cooperation then nothing special.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the altcoins market so dry lately on: November 12, 2025, 01:19:53 PM
It always makes it difficult to have promising returns when it comes to altcoins. Sometimes we might get lucky and have profits coming our way but this happens rarely and in most cases we wind up losing all the gains. A through market research is very much important when it comes to altcoins and specially coins like MMT.
With the altcoin market situation that is very difficult to guess the direction, it is not surprising that people focus more on bitcoin to avoid losses that are quite troublesome. For this reason, I also began to reduce my interest in new types of altcoins launched in 2025, the trend of RWA and AI with many choices actually made the market even more messy.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2025/2026 on: November 12, 2025, 12:35:59 PM
It would be very shameful if arsenal lose both the champions league title and also the Premier league, they have come really far this season and at this point they just have to keep on doing their best but the only problem I have with them is that they always fail to be consistent. Winning the premier league might be challenging to them because Manchester city are now in form, i hope they win the league.
In my opinion, Arsenal will potentially struggle to win both the Champions League and the English Premier League titles because it is certainly not easy to win two titles at once. However, Arsenal certainly has a squad that is capable of winning two titles at once if their performance improves and they can consistently win. Arteta's role is also very important because he must be able to keep the Arsenal players fit and fresh when they play. However, my gut feeling tells me that Arsenal will likely only be able to win the Premier League title.
There is no need to rush to win 2 titles at once because everything needs a process and sacrifices that are worth it from the players. The ambition is good but it must be considered again that the players have limits that must be considered. So in my opinion it's better for Arsenal to make sure it's really safe in the Premier League with big points until other teams find it difficult to catch up. Well besides still trying their best in the UCL because the allotment of matches is limited especially since the UCL system is now different and demands more matches.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you chase or just stop? on: November 12, 2025, 11:53:12 AM
I've seen one reply by our member so I just have to asked in cases that you are in a losing streak.

Do you continue to play on another game and think that maybe your luck will change? Like if you're playing black jack but suddenly you have a losing hand. Will you go and play on other games like slots and see if you can break that spell and at least taste a win?

Or will just quit and call it a day and doesn't want to play because you know that you are unlucky and that the casino doesn't want you to win (like they are watching you)?
A losing streak for me is a sign that the game is no longer under control, so I definitely choose to pause and try to calm my mind. Usually, losing streaks are caused by us continuing to chase what we've lost, unwittingly repeating the same losses to the point of not having anything to bet. It's too risky and personally I don't like to be ambitious beyond my limits.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you KNOW you will lose. Why are you still betting? on: November 11, 2025, 02:13:19 PM
The answer is simple. to have fun…
Compare it to going to the cinema or or theatr or going to a pub to have a drink. When you do these things, you also pay a bill or buy a ticket. in other words, you spend money.
In return, you have enjoy your time. Gambling has the same way. As long as you are not addicted and you are not betting large amounts, it’s an entertaining activity.
Agree it seems that we should have the same view on gambling and other types of entertainment. The point is to still not feel burdened by what is already at stake, because gambling is also not much different from watching a movie, buying pop corn and leaving by paying for a taxi.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the altcoins market so dry lately on: November 11, 2025, 01:45:57 PM
Crypto is now completely gambling.

Just check the Alpha trading (that is also called the on-chain trading) on some of the exchanges, you will see how tokens are manipulated.

See this recent manipulation on this coin that major exchanges kind of promoted recently:

Altcoins are too many now also is another thing and people have turned them to full time gambling.
I hate MMT Grin they released wave2 and it's still not worth what the community has sacrificed in the ecosystem. So this is a pretty bad project for me, btw what OP said the situation of altcoins now is quite predictable even if they succeed it will only last for a while because the speculation of new projects especially this year is quite diverse. As a result liquidity is spread to different types of projects just to take the initial share and after that investors go to withdraw their funds.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2025/26 on: November 10, 2025, 11:28:42 AM
To be able to compete in the top 4, Atletico Madrid is still very much able to do it, but to become a champion, it seems that they are a little behind their 2 competitors, so that's what makes some people think why they keep Simeone for a long time.
I understand that they value Simeone a lot, but the way to reward a coach in football can be different from considering achievements. If they're going nowhere, then they might as well think about a new coach to get them back on track. Although a new coach is also not guaranteed to bring achievements.
Atletico Madrid simply lacks the mentality to win La Liga, and that's been the case for several seasons. They can certainly compete, but not to win the title. The club that retained Simeone also didn't ask for more. So Atletico Madrid will be like they always have been, their ambition to top La Liga not a priority, because if La Liga were a priority, Simeone would have been replaced long ago.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2025/2026 on: November 09, 2025, 05:29:55 PM
I don't think that it will be an easy win for Manchester City because Liverpool is also attacking to equalize the goal. Bradley is finding it difficult to hold down Doku in that wing because that's where the loop hole is in Liverpool defense. City keep on pressuring Liverpool for a second goal. It will be a relief to Liverpool if the first half ends right now. Holy shit..Gonzales has doubled the goal on the dying minute.

M. City 2-0 Liverpool.
The fact that Manchester City managed to secure the score in the first half and that will make it difficult for Liverpool to catch up because with Liverpool playing like this will only make Manchester City enjoy the game. Liverpool defense is in a depressed situation, Arne will be difficult to cover, the second half will be much more intense because Liverpool are under pressure to be able to reduce the gap.

Not sure if you also wanted links to some videos and articles, but in case you did, here are a few of them that might help you understand the extent of the conflict and what else is going on. Not so many people have been following that conflict like the did with the Gaza genocide, Ukraine-Russian war or Israel-Iranian fight.

3. A simple guide to what is happening in Sudan
4. Sudan’s bloody conflict is plagued by foreign influence – here is what we know
5. Sudan's crisis has entered a dramatic new phase — but it started years ago

Very interesting thanks for sharing the source, there are some important points such as:
First, neither side wants to give up power nor do they want one of them to lead and defend what they control.
Secondly, Sudan resources are also a factor where some areas have abundant oil and are up for grabs so it is no wonder why the UAE stepped in. intervene for take part from conflict.

However, wars in the Middle East often become the center of the arms business for western countries to continue to maintain conflicts, which makes it sad that wars will always take innocent victims continue to fall including ethnic cleansing due to selfish leaders.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Altcoins still about innovation or just profits now? on: November 09, 2025, 01:54:36 PM
Altcoins most of them are created only to profit from the crypto community that is looking for a better future with new innovations, a lot of hype is used just to lure people to enter and make them lose, I agree with you sir, because I also see the same thing in this crypto market world.

Before though it was completely different. I remember some projects developing something about Medical or Pharmaceutical field or even all about Hydro. So there was really some good project back then. But not sure if they have move forward or what.
Altcoin projects depend on the community and when the community no longer benefits from the project, no matter how good the product offered to the public will eventually return to a lack of users and no longer attract attention, many altcoins listed have not escaped delisting in the market.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2025/26 on: November 09, 2025, 12:09:44 PM
Simeone must have heard me at the beginning of the season.  Grin  Because his recent results started to get much better in the La Liga. For now they don't make simple point losses in easy games...

But this doesn't mean the whole season will go on like this for them. We have all must be used to them in the recent years. They manage to play a certain part of the season strongly but in the other times they disappoint their fans again.

At least they can finish in top 4 which they do regularly.
That's how Atletico Madrid are every season and we're no longer surprised by their performance in La Liga. There's nothing really pushing them to end the season with the domestic trophy. After the 2020-2021 season until now Atletico Madrid can only secure UCL tickets, but Atletico Madrid existence remains the only team that can challenge 2 Spanish giants. Without the presence of Atletico Madrid, La Liga feels less interesting, therefore I hope they continue to try their best as a counterweight to the competition between Barcelona and Real Madrid.
14  Other / Politics & Society / Can anyone share any information about Sudan? on: November 09, 2025, 11:17:42 AM
As the title suggests, I would like to know the extent of the conflict and maybe those of you in your respective parts of the world can provide some information. I'm trying to find out the root of this problem but it would be great if opinions, views and those who can really report on the situation would be very useful for me to read. Because what I know is that Sudan currently has no access to the outside world.

Or if the thread about Sudan has already been discussed, I am happy to lock this thread.

15  Local / Ekonomi, Politik, dan Budaya / Re: Media Sosial : Yang Viral Belum Tentu Benar on: November 08, 2025, 09:50:08 AM

16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2025/2026 on: November 07, 2025, 11:19:03 PM
I believe so much that this is Arsenal's year. They seem to have discovered the method to win on the long run. They are not in mad form but they manage to win their matches with ease and no large numbers. If they maintain this ease of winning, it will transform to league success.
Arsenal cannot afford to disappoint people this time again, if they do, no one will believe them for anything again. Already people have concluded that they are the big elephant 🐘 on a tree that will eventually fall, but this time I support them to win the league. It is not easy to nr second best for a 4 consecutive seasons.
This is thanks to Arsenal consistency over several seasons, and in addition to that consistency, players have also persevered through the challenges of every Premier League season. At the same time, Liverpool and Manchester City are experiencing a decline in form, allowing Arsenal to maintain their consistency as they should. Therefore, I hope Arsenal can win the Premier League trophy this season, as their achievements should be commensurate with their efforts.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ever bet with friends where the loser buys the beer? on: November 07, 2025, 10:33:04 PM
I have a friend and we usually make small bets whenever there’s a close game, like when two teams are evenly matched, he takes one side, I take the other.
But instead of betting money, the loser has to buy a case of beer.

So if I win, I don’t spend a dime but still end up drinking with the boys. If I lose, well… at least we still drink.  Grin

Anyone else tried something like this? those friendly bets where everyone ends up happy no matter who wins?
On the other hand, when someone wins a bet, they'll treat the loser to something to cheer them up. This is just a small example of how some of us make betting more exciting. Especially when watching football together, we're usually divided into two camps: the loser is usually sent shopping, and the winner is the king who can arrange everything as he pleases. lol Grin
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 07, 2025, 08:47:03 AM
At the beginning of his time in Munich, Kompany relied heavily on Jamal Musiala. So I was a bit doubtful that Munich could play well without him. But so far, there have been no problems, and Munich has even set many records. The latest news is that Musiala will be ready to play this December. That means it won't be long. Although I'm not sure he will recover immediately, there is great hope if Munich can take advantage of this good situation. Munich might gain additional strength, but at the very least, Musiala can add an option for Kompany this season.

Source: https://www.castanet.net/news/Soccer/582439/Bundesliga-record-in-sight-as-Bayern-Munich-aims-to-keep-winning-run-going
Musiala return will further enhance attacking prowess. Bayern Munich have already performed exceptionally and consistently dominated in just a few games without him. PSG have been subdued, paving the way for Bayern Munich to secure every match.

There's nothing to worry about in the Bundesliga, as no rival has surpassed Bayern Munich performance so far. Kompany can focus on sweeping all Champions League matches without worrying about their Bundesliga elimination.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Altcoins still about innovation or just profits now? on: November 07, 2025, 08:27:42 AM
like seriously the altcoin world has really changed from what it used to be in the beginning most new coins were created to fix bitcoin’s problems!! like slow transactions, lack of privacy and limited features but now many new coins are just made for hype and quick profits, not real improvement still there are some good projects out there that keep working on real innovation like ethereum, chainlink and some newer ones focusing on faster networks better security and smart AI systems are still pushing crypto forward even if it is hard to see them through all the noise
Simply put, I'm not too concerned about altcoins ending up in the trash. We just need to be realistic and adapt, profiting from altcoins and then investing those profits in Bitcoin. You don't need to worry about the concept, innovation, and all the other offerings altcoins offer. Simply capitalize on the momentum and return to Bitcoin. After all without profit, what would you be looking for in altcoins? Invasion? Scalability? Privacy? Real-world products? It all comes down to profit, right?
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season on: November 07, 2025, 08:05:35 AM
The problem is the defense: Barcelona always play very high and even the defenders many times try to attack, they certainly lack a lot in the defensive phase. Conceding 3 goals to Bruges is a lot, they had the same problem last year too. Flick is a very experienced manager but it looks like he doesn't care about the defense, I don't get it.

Sometimes I also don't quite understand Flick's technique, which always focuses his players on attacking in that match, even though what Club Brugge wanted was exactly that because it could break through Barcelona's defense effectively. In my opinion, if Barcelona had strengthened their defense and not pushed too far forward, they might not have conceded as many goals. However, it's clear that Club Brugge was also very good in that match because they managed to lure Barcelona's defense forward, allowing Club Brugge to advance and break through Barcelona's defense, ultimately scoring many goals against Barcelona.Currently, Barcelona is in 11th place, so there is still plenty of time for Flick to train the Barcelona players to perform better and aim for a top-8 finish to advance to the Round of 16 without going through the playoffs. In your opinion, where do you think Barcelona will finish in the Champions League standings this season?
Several teams now understand how Hansi Flick strategy works and have successfully overcome it. Barcelona excels at fast attacks, but their defense is very prone to conceding. That's why Brugge was able to turn things around. Unfortunately, a goal in the final minutes was disallowed, leading to headlines headlined by the referee robbing Brugge of a goal.
Back to Barcelona, Hansi Flick is now stubbornly refusing to improve his defense. So if this continues, Barcelona can score plenty of goals but they can also concede easily.
