1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CHC] ChainCoin - 0.9.2.4 Update - Cryptopia & Novaexchange on: July 16, 2017, 07:39:17 PM
I tried to start the masternode on Vultr.

I was facing a problem after transferring chain coins in two transactions on the same account(Wallet) . Its showing that 1000 chain coin are present after more than 100 confirmation now. But when trying to start Masternode this message is coming.

chain coin not capable masternode: Could not find suitable coins!

Again then I withdraw then send back again in new wallet and master key in one transaction but again same message.

chain coin not capable masternode: Could not find suitable coins!

What it means and how to overcome this problem. Kindly guide.

Pretty sure it has to be 1 trans of 1000 even. If it's coming from an exchange send 1000.0001 to ur vps and the .0001 will be the trans fee. If ur sending from a home wallet to the vps which is what i did it just has to be 1000 even then the master node should start properly.

Anyone gotten master node payouts within the last couple days? I set my first node up Sat. the 8th and have received a master node payout the 8th, 9th, 10th, 2 on the 11th and 1 on the 13th. Haven't gotten one in a couple days and wondering if the same for other node owners.

With more and more master node coming online the reward payment will be farther and farther apart. I'm running multiple master nodes and some are more lucky than others

TOTAL MASTERNODES
1450

Quote
Received my payments everyday since since I got my node.

The reason I'm asking is that I have a home node which is the one with 6 node payouts from 7/8-7/13 but nothing since and a vps node setup prolly 7/11 got 1 node payout the exact same day and time as the 13th on the home node and nothing on the vps since. I just figured it was odd since I have 2 different node types and both payouts stopping the same day and nothing since.

Anyone gotten 2 master nodes running on multiple home computers? The chaincoin wallet binds itself to port 11994 and won't let a 2nd instance run a node on a 2nd pc. If u look at the masternode list in the debug console there are many using many other ports besides the 11994 and 11995 but sane ip's. I've tried opening other ports for it besides those 2 and using the masternodeaddr=myip:new port opened and the node will not start like my first one I set up. And yes I have 1000 coins in the 2nd wallet.

"If you have one Masternode, it will give you about $5,000 - $6,000 of residual income every month."

is this right?

I have 1000 CHC, I will need to watch a youtube video on how to setup MN later today

This is with the assumption that it goes to the moon in value like $100 a coin high!

Is it possible to run multiple master nodes from home? I have a couple pc's at home and already have my wallet and node running on my main pc but have enough coins to start a 2nd one on another pc. My question is that being behind a router won't my outside IP be the same for both and cause an issue?

I had last payouts from nom nom about 2.5 days ago. And started nervous now because there is payment delay again. Is there better recommended pools what make payout in time? Where I can find it?

musicoin.miningclub.info

Pays out every hour for the past month.

Fuck NomNom

we cant use this, its russian.

Sure u can, in chrome just right click translate. I've used them before looks like I will switching back!

everyday complaints about nomnom

best to ask on nomnom thread or directly to nomnom

and why to mine there? there are better pools without any complaints and with bigger hashrate

I know just payouts used to be consistent and now they not....

What's going on with nom noms blocks? Been growing for 2-3 days now and no payouts.......
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] $MUSIC partners with MiQ Group to explore the next generation of music UX on: July 08, 2017, 09:20:28 AM
had my nom nom payout, just delayed.

Why so many blocks not confirmed? Should be a nice payout when they all finally confirm from the last 2 days!

How do you solo mine musicoin? Currently pool mining on http://mc.minecrypto.pro and payouts are very consistent and reliable for anyone looking for a trustworthy pool.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [BBR] Boolberry GPU Miner Discussion - AMD & Nvidia - OpenCL & CUDA on: February 04, 2017, 09:19:54 PM
Mining more than hour on MBKpool but still 0.000000000000 BBR on Pending Balanace.
Is that normal ?

Takes 60 blocks to confirm I believe. I was worried too when i first started mining as it seemed to take forever to show a balance but once it started with blocks I was a part of the coins were coming in!
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PASC] PascalCoin, deletable blockchain & bank account system [PASA] on: January 27, 2017, 06:47:15 PM
Pascalcoin miner 0.2 working  1 day , added the-t 10 restart and 12 minutes later was Found a block with an error( is this normal or miners working in an empty?
If all blocks you found is the same error... then sorry, it's not working on your GPU  (try -t 15 to test it more quickly)

do what?

That's ok, you're mining properly and "perhaps" you will find a block. Good luck!

so -t is only to verify, not to keep it all the time right ?

It works fine using -t too.
-t is only if you want to be sure you are properly mining (not wasting time). You can use it.

So if we are using v.2 we should put in -t 10 while mining?

I'm pretty sure the -t option is for testing only. If u watch the miner each time a new block is started it shows a found block in  ur miner. So I'm willing to guess each person that has the -t option going to test will show as a winner all for each new block started but not really the winner if u know what mean.

You've done it again my man! I've been going back and forth between your miner and optiminer upon new versions and this one of yours is absolute best!

Ahhh just thought it was something different with command line. I've only got an I5 2500k and see a max of 6000 nonces/min with 4 threads but have never used the async option.

Nothing tricky in my .bat:
Code:
wplotgenerator 4163282010088137402 76054000 7625000 25000 10 /async
PAUSE

I think it's more just high-end (and well overclocked) cpu.  Also, put in async mode, so plots are still being constantly generated, even when they're also being written to disk.  With gpu plotter, there's a lot of down time on the gpu because no plots are created while they're written to disk.  So ya, faster (and I imagine cheaper) plotting with cpu plotter.

Of course, the gpu plotter has capabilities to use lots of gpus and to write lots of plot files to different directories at the same time...

What command line do u use to get 32.5k nonces? That is amazing! I thought gpu's would be way faster.

In anticipation of going to the moon ( Grin), I've bought a dozen more tb to add to my Burst mining!  As my wife works all day today, and I want to be lazy on my weekend and play video games, I decided to try Janror's cpu plotter so I can use my gtx 980.  To my astonishment, I'm getting nearly double the nonces/minute with my cpu than I was getting with my 980!
GTX 980: ~16k nonces/min
OC'd i7-5930k (4.4ghz): ~32.5k nonces/min (async mode)

I remember 2 years ago when the cpu plotter was first realeased and it was slow as fuck.  Wish I would of come back and tried the updated version with avx support...

Edit: And that's with only using 10 threads! Cheesy

Awesome pool that's been around for quite awhile now but we need more miners and no stuck pool here.

Come join us!

Burst team and ninja both stuck.

Firstly, thank you to the 30 people who have moved over to the new pools:

http://pool.burstcoin.biz
http://pool.burstcoin.eu

however, between burst.ninja and pool.burst-team.us we have over 1,000 registered miners. We need you to move around to try and load balance the pools.

Too much capacity on an individual pool or pools causes problems for us. Forks happen and some of us mine for the wrong block; the pool gets overwhelmed and confirmations get delayed; and other issues.

I'd much rather that you choose to move, so I'll offer a carrot, instead of the stick. For the next two weeks the fee on http://pool.burstcoin.biz & http://pool.burstcoin.eu will be reduced to 1% instead of the current 2%.

If the carrot approach doesn't help spread out the power, we'll look at using the stick - increasing the mining fee on the overloaded pools.

PLEASE - help us balance out the network for the benefit of all of us miners.

Thanks.

H.

Is there a way to limit the number of miners on a pool or or only allow a certain amount of storage to mine with per user? Or is it just an honor system up to the people to help stabilize the pools?
