all you need is put a little support effort and invite as many new players as possible so the game wallet stays up in balance,..

What's to explain ? it's all there for you to see on the Payouts List , there was other payouts before yours

and at the time of your payout wallet balance wasn't at 0.02815111 , it was much earlier before 0.02625 payment went out

not sure if you noticed but MY site is online 4 months and never missed a single payout , everything is transparent here

from those 9 investments , 3 were 0.02 and each one received payout of 0.026 , 0.026 minus 0.0002 wallet fee to be precise

It's really hard to understand,..

I can only work out you sent 0.02 on 01/23/16 and you suppose to receive 0.026 on 01/25/16 , but you didn't

if that's the case then the only reason why you didn't receive your payout was because there wasn't enough funds in the wallet to process it,..

no other explanation
