21  Economy / Lending / Re: .08 btc 7 day lend for Hero member on: August 05, 2016, 07:14:09 PM
Is it allowed in the lending section to even have two loan request run at the same time?
They aren't for such high amounts combined but still would be questionable to say the least if there is no collateral involved.
22  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex HACKED - funds stolen ! on: August 05, 2016, 07:07:30 PM
Seems like moderators here taken some of those stolen funds and deny it because it came from another source during a giveaway via IRC at the same time that they were hacked.
They just don't know that they were the stolen funds. So they claim ignorance to get away with it. Roll Eyes

name those moderators. the people should know who are they(the gang) Smiley

it would be good a "source"(link) if possible.
The accusations are flying here if you have not checked that interesting thread yet. It started around here with any concernable member asking where those given funds were from :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1574270.msg15824393#msg15824393

All started when the Bitfinex giveaway started and it was revealed that some mods here took funds that were questionable from Team fortress (who is being doxxed by the way in the scam accusations section) at around the same time that the bitfinex hack was done.
Very interesting and intriguing for those that can connect the dots. Wink

Will there be a haircut for users that didnt short or long but simply stored money? Any updates, ETAs on the future route? When will I get my money back?

probably, yes. BitScam want to stay in business so they are planing to socialize the losses amongst the userbase.

better you consult a good lawyer!

this Scam deserves to die!

Sounds like u think its ready to go the cryptsy road. Insolvency? I think it would remain solvent long enough to reopen and let everyone withdraw their remnants. If the cut be like 10% of bitcoin equivalent of whatever portfolio u have there, im fine with that. I got a tiny amount tied in, but want the rest of my money out no matter what.
I can see it going down the cryptsy road. It is following that suit to a tea from what happened to them. It took months to happen with them reassuring their customers everything is just fine while they were packing up the money and slipping out the back door to the plane to go to the Bahamas. Roll Eyes
Their market price is still not up today.
24  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying PayPal at 25 percent premium, will trade with ANYONE on: August 05, 2016, 02:33:54 PM

"Terms of trade with abhitheman

From bitcointalk. I get an hour to use funds before I release and if I have any problems I'll cancel the trade"

Okay buddy

Yeah. Simple. I'll use the funds so you can't chargeback

Thats not how paypal works my friend

Lol yeah it is
No it is not! :
If a chargeback is done and if there is no funds in the account they will debit the account and it will be a negative balance. And if you have put a bank account or credit card on the account they will take the funds from there to put on your balance so it is not in arrears.
If it is an account with a fake name and information (no attached funding source) then they will close your account. They trace you by various methods and if you think you are smart they have "a team" of people who have degrees in cyber security that I think you do not have to find you where you sleep.
Using that information they will not allow you to open another account and will block you from there service. Just go to paypalsucks site and you will see the stories on there if you think you can defraud them.

Looks like a lot of heavy hitting is now coming on Bitgo in this case. Would really like to hear out what they have to say about this. They just took out any responsibility that lay on them.
So any transaction id's to post to show as proofs on bitgo's involvement in to this?
It would be interesting to see if there was any connection other than just bitcoin go to and from these addresses.  Grin
26  Economy / Goods / Re: bitcoin for Tech on: August 05, 2016, 12:25:08 AM
I don't think you will have much luck finding that kind of expensive item available readily online for sale at an electronics or camera store that accepts bitcoins. That is really a hard item to find online and from what I know are only purchased though putting in a special order in most places which means cash up front before they order right from the manufacturer.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Any Bitcoin companies based in HongKong are scamers! what you think? on: August 05, 2016, 12:15:37 AM
HK is one the world's greatest place to do business. I've done business in HK, and I hope to do it again next year. It's only a normal that a good place to do business also attract bad people. It's happening all the time.
I think that is very true because they are out of China's reach so don't have to bide by their laws or ways of doing business. Hong Kong does not have anything wrong there when setting up a venture to do business and should not be viewed in any harsh manner because of what happened to Bitfinex in any way.
That to me is irrelevant as chasing a red herring is to a Norwegian. Tongue
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Dump: I told you on July 3rd.... on: August 05, 2016, 12:05:23 AM

You knew about the bitfinex hack a month in advance  Shocked
Inquiring minds want to know!
I want to know how you knew all this before it happened! haha Grin

30  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: August 05, 2016, 12:00:38 AM
I tried it and it did not do it for me.
I lost more than what I came in with after the first win using it. Then it went downhill from there.
That's how it seems to work, you win the first time but then the system turns to sh*t after that. Roll Eyes
31  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: August 04, 2016, 11:59:01 PM
If you were rich what is the point of gambling? Not to make anymore money then you already have.
Maybe for entertainment purposes but I can think of alot more ways a rich person can be entertained than only just gambling in this day and age to be pleased in doing something else other than that.

After you're rich, you are seeking for power. Think of the billionaires - Zuckerberg, Gates are billionaires. They're rich enough to live a hundred lives off their money. Why aren't they just closing their business and living off their money???

You can't just sit down all the life doing nothing - you need to have something to do. For them, it's getting money. Riches do gamble too.
So if it is power that is fueling the gambler to gamble then why now just ask if if you are a power monger would you still gamble?  Cheesy
Still putting that aside if they have nothing to do then just go to the poor countries and help repair the world. That would seem to make them feel like Superman unless they like the feeling of evil power that gambling offers as a cure for that emptiness that they seek so badly.

Well, I think they are not closing their business because it is not just themselves that are feed by their company. Even if they are rich, I don't think that they will consider gambling when they have nothing to do, issue was right, it is good if you would just help those in need instead of losing your money to those greedy gamblers, be like a philanthropist, they are into the result of their deeds and not for the reason..
This in a way is somewhat true. And yes I see your point in this.
But with having so much money in your disposal why not just try and make a better world to live in and spend this money fight drugs and prostitution in their parts of the world?
What ever happened to that Mexican cellphone empire guy that was the richest man in the world two years ago? He should of used that money to fight all those drug lords and cartels in his country.
Then Trump wouldn't be all mad at them for cause so much grief to America and then trying to build a Super Wall to keep them them out of the States.
32  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why You Hate Suicide Terrorists? They are Victims too. on: August 04, 2016, 11:54:55 PM
i dont think horrible suicide terrorist are victims. they choose this way on purpose. i am sure that nobody force them to kill innocent people. on the other hand, they think that they kill people for the sake of so-called holy god. this is the most horrible thing that i have ever known.
They kill in the name of their prophet that tells them this is what must be done and you are the chosen one to do it in my name.  Embarrassed
If that is not disturbing and insane then I don't know what is anymore  Roll Eyes
I don't like or condone what they do but in their eyes they view it as the most rational thing to do in their lives. To apeas their masters that they will be showered with virgins by being the right hand of allah.
33  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 04, 2016, 11:49:46 PM
It has not taken over my life as I had to put a stop to it or it would have ended my life very early on.
It is hard to stop an addiction but you have to find some else to replace it good or bad. Hopefully good because the other bad addictions will just compile the problem even worst then it already is.
34  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How about this for a winning run ($7600 made this evening) on: August 04, 2016, 11:47:50 PM
Haha this guys thread is brilliant, keep it up rampagejackson. A successful but also humorous tipster/poster.

While eating a bacon sandwich. WTF. He is obviously not a real muslim taking about going to strip clubs and showing dolla bills on the rippers. What the hell! HAHAH!
This tipster is priceless with his allah ackbar muslim rhetorical humour.  Cheesy
35  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: August 04, 2016, 11:44:06 PM
Of course they gamble. If they have the money and the time then I can see them being as good as the men can do this. They are not as greedy as men can get once they start winning so they will stop when they think the time is right to give in to losing.
36  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: How Can I Earn Bitcoins? on: August 04, 2016, 11:42:14 PM
You can try a signature campaign as mentioned probably a thousand times before. But pick a good one and should be one that you make the minimum amount of post per week or month or you will not get paid for your time spent replying and helping people out on the forum.
Ones that pay the most aren't necessarily the best so choose wisely when just looking at the pay per post.
Other than that you can try your luck in the giveaways that happen frequently in the games and rounds section. You have to be quick and reply to them before they have dispensed all the bitcoins they intended to give out.
Good luck to you on those that I have mentioned to you!  Wink

38  Economy / Speculation / Re: Under 570 $ we go down again on: August 04, 2016, 11:35:34 PM
I'm quite sure that we test 550 in late night -early morning
It has tested and surpassed that mark already.
You got another for this evening at $580 and the morning will be now?
I am thinking it will reach above $600 by morning and surpass $650 once the weekend is over.
I could be wrong though. Undecided
39  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 04, 2016, 11:33:13 PM
investing at safe place or thing is less risky
so go for investing.
there are nearly no websites that would allow you to safely invest your money, i think it is better to gamble it in order to spend your time and money in a great way
you mean bitcoin investment site?
i think there a lot of legit site offering investment service , especially casino investment ,
so far it is safe rather than you trust and take a chance on hyip?
risk is not something new in investment world, don't expect to invest safely.
That way of thinking has changed in the last couple of years with the fall of wall street and the markets all coming crashing down 8 years ago. Now everybody is very careful in what they invest in. Not necessary where they purchase their investment as it this should matter too.
Don't do high yield investment programs either. Usually when those programs promise to deliver on an amount after a certain time passes, they would have ran away with investor's money by then.
40  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 04, 2016, 11:29:34 PM
I would stick to doing small tasks for bitcoin to gain a steady income. Doing anything else is just not worth your time doing since with tasks you usually can ask for how much you want to get paid and they can accept or reject your offer.
