I received my 90Mh/s miner but it appears to me that the ethernet port isn't working. It doesn't light up the light on my router. I have tried multiple ports on the router and 2 ethernet cables including the one it came with. Any suggestions?

Msi r9 270 fans are shit no doubt. It sticks every now and then nothing oiling wont fix. The ribbon risers are bad because soldering beneath the blue taping is low quality. You get what you pay for, just get usb risers.
confirmed, waiting for rma on 2 msi 270s. msi's RMA system is pretty great though. culexevilman has been very accommodating to me, I've recommended people buy from him for a while.

INFO:I bought the Sapphire 7970 on overclockers.com forums, the TIM has been replaced and some of the screws are missing but they do not affect heat displacement. I ran it at 900/1400 @ 969mV for the majority of the time I've had it. I used it for gaming and mining in my daily machine. This card has the stilt bios on position one, default on position 2.
I bought the Visiontek 7970s new from Tiger Direct. They were used exclusively for mining, mostly at 1030/1500 @ 1100mV for 731kH/s. The lower asic quality one runs about 6c hotter than the other one. These cards have stilt bios on position 1, default on position 2.
I bought the MSI 7850s on overclockers.com forums, the fans died after a couple months of mining so I removed them and strapped Sanyo Denki 120mm fans on them which kept them very cool ~65c during mining. They both ran 1000/1425 @ stock voltage for 360kH/s. These cards have stock bioses.
Cards only! I have the original boxes for all of these cards but I wont ship them with boxes unless requested (and it might make shipping more). If you need an accessory that usually comes with videocards let me know and I'll see what I've got.
I'm selling these cards because I have too many gpus for my cooling capacity during the warm months.
All cards were well cared for and never had more than a couple months of dust in them.

gonna leave it there for now, i changed the intensity from 13 to 12 and that seemed to correct it. im using 8192 tc on all cards.

I changed back to stratum and the problem is back, I reverted to getwork and the problem persists. Also, anyone have any thoughts on the memory usage on 7970 #2 ?
|
|
|
they should get the same or very close to the same hashrate when they are on the same clocks, and they now do lots of stales - not using stratum at the moment

12.8 causes cgminer to crash instantly, thanks for the reply
after messing with it for a while i finally got it working, i cant really say what fixed it but did a lot of driver cleaning and afterburner uninstalling/reinstalling.
working with 13.3 b3 drivers and the latest stable afterburner. I can't adjust the 7850s voltage with afterburner though.

The 7850s are both the same card @ 1125/1525 using these settings 5LTC to anyone that gives me information that corrects the problem!

This is something my 'friend' said to me when discussing bitcoins, how do i(you) respond?
What made you decide to them you wouldn't be reporting your capital gains? I didn't bring them up or say i would or wouldn't

First I have to say this is a totally awesome miner. Thank you for putting such an incredible effort into it.
I think I came across some sort of a bug when I'm running cgminer through windows task scheduler as other user than the one who's currently logged in to the computer. My goal is to run cgminer in the backround without visible window. Everything else works just fine but cgminer seems not to be able to change my cards clocks and fan speeds if it's launched that way. This is bothering me because I would like to use that --auto-gpu function to lower the gpu clocks during the soon coming hot summer days when room temperature goes too high.
My system is Win7 x64, 2x7970, Catalyst 13.1.
Are you aware of this issue and more inportantly is there any solution available to it? Thanks!

at 1000mhz core, changing memory from 1500 to 1200 I just lose 1Kh/s, 1100 takes me down 7Kh/s Changing the core speed has a direct influence on hashrate
