1601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose which altcoin will you buy? on: November 12, 2019, 09:49:58 AM
Easiest choice ever. Buy the top 1 in market cap. Advantages:

  • Huge liquidity and many ways to exchange with fiat.
  • Many use cases if you want to spend it directly.
  • Solid network - lots of mining power securing it.
  • Name recognition, public acceptance etc far beyond any other coins.
Nice suggestion but he is asking for any altcoin not bitcoin as you have said, OP, obviously if you want to invest on this thousands of altcoins listed on CMC why not consider choosing on top 10, its the best projects so far thats why they are listed at the top and has many supporters and huge trading volume, you can trade it anytime you want if you want to sell.
1602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: November 12, 2019, 08:56:26 AM
The question must be "How much money you need to lose to stop gambling" because a gambler has no contentment if they win big on a day on the other day they will pursue another much bigger winnings than the previous until all money has again back into casinos and the result your broke, I heard a news recently an employed man from stock broker nabbed for using investors money into casino worth almost $14m, huge money just to gamble into casinos see, he dont stop until he got caught.

This kind of website is very rampant on twitter commenting on popular accounts like Binance, I hope many users even newbies already aware what this websites is all about, what we can do is always report those accounts or links to proper authority so that other users will not fall into this very obvious scam, lets help each other for the better.
1608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: November 10, 2019, 03:20:18 PM
Simply don't rely on how big is the reward if you are a bounty hunter select a project which has plans and realistic roadmaps, always ask admins if what exchanges they are going to list their tokens and when it  will happen because if they have no plans to list on exchanges its a waste of time to join bounty of course we need payments we need to liquidate our tokens as early as possible for our different expenses, today if you want to join any bounty just be wise and research carefully.
1609  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Pera sa Internet, Tara usap tayo! on: November 10, 2019, 02:01:36 PM
1610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: bye bye bitcointalk  :( on: November 08, 2019, 01:23:24 PM

1612  Economy / Economics / Re: Your Source of Investment Money? on: November 08, 2019, 04:38:48 AM
I used to invest my money from my salary before wayback 2015 and my earnings from my Paypal balances but when I discovered some bounty and airdrops here I pulled out half of my money and saved it into my bank account until today I used my earnings from signature and bounty to invest in some different digital coins.
1613  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Blow your mind on: November 07, 2019, 12:04:40 PM
Buy bitcoin bago mahuli ang lahat. A long term investment has to be a good strategy one, just keep on buying and hodl it hanggang sa dumating yung time na $1 na per 1 sat Cheesy
1615  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The best way to buy and sell bitcoin on: November 07, 2019, 05:42:18 AM
Search first in your location if there is a bitcoin exchange if you are new to crypto It must be better if you can tell us from what country you came from so that users here same with your location can advise you the best ways/options to trade bitcoin, if your country is supported by Abra.com you can buy here using your bank account or credit cards fees are much lower compared to Paxful I think.
1616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 3 Concerns You Have For Bitcoin on: November 07, 2019, 05:00:44 AM
Not only me but Im sure most governments are concerned about it no. 1 on my list its energy consumption use for bitcoin mining imagine btc energy consumption per year is almost equal of Switzerland thats approximately 58 TWh/year (https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-48853230), 2nd is the scalabity issues currently no clear solution for this at the moment, LN is here yeah pretty fast but Is it totally secured enough? and lastly the legality of bitcoin as a currency what if in the future bitcoin will declared by all government as illegal? What can we do about it?
1617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [EON] EXSCUDO - ICO successfully finished! on: November 06, 2019, 04:56:52 PM
yes maybe we as investors should be more patient with this project but the one who gets confused is that we want to have to be patient while there are many projects that are running well, small volumes, maybe because investors are too disappointed with the performance of the team and I also hope better future
With the funds they got from the ICO and the bullrun that occurred in 2017 the team should be able to maximize their projects to be able to compete. But what i see is only exchangers that have a small volume and UI appearance that is not satisfactory for users
This project is not properly managed at all, in the latest update by CEO told that most of the developers who are working since from the start are all gone and left the project thats why they hire new team to continue but until now no clear path on how this new team are doing and if the road-map still intact, I hope that this coin will list in top 10 exchange for exposure.
1618  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: November 06, 2019, 03:24:54 PM

1619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Ethereum-based gambling sites? on: November 06, 2019, 02:53:08 PM
I'm not that big of a gambler, but I used https://sportsbet.io/ few times.
I am using 1xbet and sportsbet.io
And I love that both. Sportsbet is easier than anyone. I think you should try it and write comment about your view.
Sportsbet.io is not ethereum based gambling website it only accepts eth as an accepted digital currency but what op is asking is like a dapp that uses ethereum blockchain just like https://playtowin.io/ , this is the only website I know so far that use eth more details here if op is interested https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5110056
1620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware! You are not safe if you are using facebook! on: November 06, 2019, 12:25:48 PM
Not only facebook tracking your activities even google does it if you want to be more private then the best solution is to stay offline because your identity is at risk if you are online even your location will be easily traced by this applications and we cannot do anything about this abuse right now just dont put your sensitive data on social media platforms especially facebook.
