1  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: October 25, 2016, 11:23:05 AM
Those people who discovered and literally adopt with bitcoins in its early stage are already very rich now if they have the strong hands. The price give them a great earnings and as the new adopters of bitcoins we should also believe if we want to earn as there are still plenty of room of development in terms of price.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Payouts increased!!!! Quintessence Signature Campaign on: October 10, 2016, 12:01:13 PM
I got my payment thanks!

I will now leave this campaign because i agree with the others. Not much buy support and a few cents per post for a sr. member.
Nonetheless good luck to the developers.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitshares Entry Point on: October 09, 2016, 09:09:25 PM
Bitshares looked to have bottomed since the crash from last year but I don't feel comfortable holding a coin with such massive coin supply. You are really optimistic that BTS can climb to above 2k satoshi without any news. I will only buy BTS if the devs announce that they will reduce the supply.
buy for 800- sell few weeks later for 900+..easy money..

Bitshares is at it's low right now. Even in the worst case it may fall back to 700 satoshi but that's it. The chinese have been supporting this coin from the start and it's in for a pump.
Be it this month or in a few months. Fact is it will happen.
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will price be at around $700 by end of october on: October 09, 2016, 09:00:59 PM
I don't expect a move like $700.
Because there was no big jump in to make it happen currently. It stays on same amounts.

700 would be welcomed a lot but I don't see it happening too. The price has been hard to get over 650, let alone 700.
If a minor pumps happens it will stay around 650. Not a lot more or higher.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Rising and ICOs Falling Away on: October 09, 2016, 08:03:00 PM
ICO's seem to have gained a lot of popularity these days. I find it hard to believe it will stop here.
With the amount of new projects coming up, it must surely take some of the attention off of bitcoin. Which can be both a good or bad thing.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at $6000 and Top Altcoins at $600? on: October 09, 2016, 07:56:37 PM
Well yes it is possible but is it realistic? If you ask me, it is not because bitcoin is not an altcoin anymore. It's grown to a more stable asset and if the time is right it can increase in price, but surely not 10 times the current value. That would be far too optimistic.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do u think ICO is Good or Bad on: October 09, 2016, 07:05:54 PM
A lot of ICOs are becoming scam but i don't think all though there are legit ones ...

+1 Make your own research.

Yeah we all know that some ICO's are just there for creating a hype and make scammers rich. But I am sure there are a lot of ICO's where we deal with honest devs and they  need funds to make their idea/plan an succes.

Investing but make sure to research too.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Waves on Poloniex on: October 09, 2016, 07:01:36 PM
The price of waves has been relatively stable of recent.

Define stable, getting under 28k then go to 34k is a difference of 20%, I find that quit volatile to be honest.
Just hope it will get listed soon on Poloniex, so we can finally see the real price of Waves.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This Weekend I Will Be Mostly Buying ETH on: October 09, 2016, 06:55:51 PM
ETH has had nothing but problems for a long time now and I expect the price to keep falling. ETH is way over priced for what it is supposed to be used for (gas for dapps). I like the idea of ETH and it has some sort of cutting edge future use, but we are years away from that.

I use to think the same, but if you look at the amount of new altcoin projects that depend on ETH, it means developers see possibilities with ETH.
Which means the potential is there andthat's why I follow this project close.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin was made illegal by your government would you still use it? on: October 09, 2016, 06:50:29 PM
Illegal means you can be punished or even go to jail. Especially that part is not appealing to me since it would mean you face jail time for something that silly.
So no if it was illegal i would make sure to stop using it...
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: October 07, 2016, 10:02:35 AM
I like bitcoin more than paypal for serveral reasons. I like paypal too but only because I can use it in a lot of online shops and paypal supports multiple methods to link multiple payment accounts to it.
But if I have to pick one then for sure bitcoin would win that fight.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do you accept bitcoins in your business on: October 07, 2016, 09:50:17 AM
I don't have a business if I would have a business then on one side I'd accept it cause I like bitcoin and like to make it more known but on the other side I don't think it would be good for my business with these crazy price changes sometimes it would feel very unreliable.
14  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What would you like to buy? on: October 07, 2016, 09:46:28 AM
With my bitcoin I would really love to buy anything I want imagine just deposing all your money into bitcoin and then being able to pay bills groceries anything with it.
But to be realistic I'd love to be able to pay gas next with bitcoin at the station like scanning my wallet then tanking would be very fast.
15  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Steam accepting btc - will it affect the forum market? on: October 07, 2016, 09:42:17 AM
Looks like steam is finally going to accept bitcoin!!!!

http://cointelegraph.com/news/steam-to-accept-payments-via-bitcoin-in-its-next-update

Curious if that will affect the people selling games on the bitcoin talk? And the various other websites you can buy steam at.

yes!!! finally the steam accepting bitcoins now for payment options of there products i hope they add more payment option on there site

Yeah it's really exciting that they are accepting bitcoin it's for a while now already I will profit alot more from their usual sales now.
I like to use bitcoin more then other payment methods cause it's simple and I keep alot of my money in bitcoin so I won't have to swap back for just this which is amazing.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: October 07, 2016, 09:38:05 AM
Best way for a steady salary you won't find in bitcoin community. Bitcoin has alot of side jobs you can do but none are really a stable salary.
But stable payout is probably from forum signature campaigns cause there it's in your hands how much you get every week and usually it's the same amount.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: October 07, 2016, 09:34:35 AM
Don't sell all your bitcoin at this time that will be such a big regret in your life eventually that you'll really hit yourself.
Bitcoins will be going up in value still for years and years selling them now without the need of quick money is just a big waste if you ask me.
18  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: October 07, 2016, 09:30:00 AM
bitcoin will never die. bitcoin can last for a long time. I am sure because bitcoin can grow even faster.
bitcoin will become a financial payment media world.

Bitcoin will die eventually but it will not for a very long time i suppose we already have so much money in bitcoin that it can't just burst.
I think over the years after it's peak it will just get weaker and continue to hurt until died out though.
19  Other / Off-topic / Re: Save you Bitcoin for your (grand) child / children? on: October 07, 2016, 09:25:58 AM
Saving for a very long time for another person might be risky cause if that person isn't even born yet and you still have to wait 18 years after they are born then bitcoin might be already dead.
Unless you manage it for them ofcourse then it's a good option to do cause you could sell if needed.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about the idea of a bitcoin shop in big cities? on: September 30, 2016, 08:10:00 PM
it would be so nice to have this but I think that I and a lot more people do think this never is gonna happen.
The bitcoin will never succeed in getting so popular it has to be to do this..
