I have discovered right now that isn't possible anymore withdrawl from paypal to the card!!
They will lock it!
It is possible, however the card has to be verified. The withdrawal is not possible for unverified cards due to VISA regulations. only Visa Ware Crest, card bin 4665 44xx xxxx xxxx, go down, because many people used as scam, test, etc... other card Visa, available bro could you suggest me any alternative? All the other services use Wavecrest cards... |

Do you ask for id verification to load the virtual card with funds from paypal?
Because I have seen that Wavecrest has changed the policy about it!

Scusate se riprendo questo vecchio thread.
Sto riscontrando lo stesso problema trasferendo i fondi da Paypal alla carta e-coin (visa virtuale).
Ogni volta che cerco di prelevare da Paypal mi appare l'errore "Internal Server Error".
Ho verificato la carta con il codice, non capisco quale sia il problema. Come avete risolto voi?
