Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the point of so many cryptocurrencies?

Because everyone can create their own project, instead of innovating it turns out that they only make money and then leave. Maybe it does make a lot of choices to invest but for me, this just makes the market full of trash.
While many are still investing there, of course, new cryptocurrency projects will continue to grow more and more every time.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TWT chance to pump 0.5$
|

TWT went up to $0.14 because Binance has distributed 100 TWT to every Binance user who made a trade. This announcement created new speculation and thought TWT would be listed on Binance. TWT will be able to reach $0.5 if it does list on Binance in the future.

2021 is very much looking forward to being a great altcoin year. There are many lists that I made but I will say just a few like ETH, LTC, BNB and Polkadot. Altcoin have great potential for this year, because bitcoin turn seems to be enough, then it's time for altcoins to rise.

Previously many people on this forum talked about and compared Polkadot to Ethereum and I don't agree with that. But to this day Polkadot has really made good progress in my opinion. They also seem to have found support from Binance.
Of course this can make the market better and it is interesting to see the tough competition in the top position after Bitcoin.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex removing XRP
|

XRP got a lawsuit from the SEC and of course that's a problem with the US. Of course the first time is that exchanges that originate in the US or operate there must follow SEC rules or else they could also be threatened. Exchanges outside the US continue to trade XRP because they don't have that problem, but there are also some exchanges outside the US that are also suspending XRP.
There is no problem if the exchange supports XRP or follows SEC rules on current lawsuits. The court is not over yet so take your own risk if you want to trade XRP. I hope XRP wins.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel about altcoin long-term performance?

In the long term, we could see good and bad altcoins. Even though their prices have dump, they continue to survive and innovate because all crypto prices are so volatile.
I have never regretted holding several altcoins like ETH and LTC. Because there will be times for them to go up and down. The most important thing is not to buy at a price that is too high.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Current market conditions

The current market conditions are completely different from the previous year, Bitcoin went up and hit new ath several times at the end of this year. Meanwhile, altcoins have only increased by a few%. Bitcoin looks set to be green until the end of the year and hopefully altcoins will follow suit quickly.
