1  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Negro for BTC on: July 20, 2014, 05:04:38 AM
I need some more negro.  Badly.

Please PM me if you want to order, then I'll calculate prices.
(All above prices are outdate, as Bitcoin value changed too much. Probable I'll update the OP later.)

are the negros still available?

Yes. The above applies to you too. Smiley
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin Bundle - indie game developers support Bitcoin on: May 16, 2013, 11:35:13 PM
Men, a dream came true!

What are the two most awesome things in the world? Indie games and Bitcoins! And what's even more awesome? The two combined! Cheesy \o/ I also thought about something like this before, but I don't have any games to sell.

On the top of that, I wanted to get World of Goo for almost 2 months, and now I got it in a bundle which I paid for with Bitcoins! \o/

I'd like to tell you that I'm a HUGE fan of indie games, I believe in the indie game scene. I'm an indie game dev wannabe myself, though I need A LOT of practice to achieve that.

Though I haven't heard of the other games bundled (until now), but about World of Goo particularly, I know it's started as an experimental game at experimentalgameplay.com - that is the context when I first read of it - then later I encountered its soundtrack (Best of Times) and I knew I want the game! Smiley This game is awesome and actually exceeds my expectations. With this game, 2D Boy serves a really good example of how to come up with an experimental game and then take it to something more! Wink And that they support Bitcoin is extraordinarily awesome!

(Please relay my message to 2D Boy! Smiley)

\o/ Hurray indie games! Hurray Bitcoin! \o/

HEY! BTC withdrawals ARE ENABLED NOW! \o/
4  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin-24.com matching engine seems broken, site down. on: April 28, 2013, 12:46:30 AM
I just registered and made my very first deposit on the site. I did't even use the fucking site previously.
5  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin-24.com matching engine seems broken, site down. on: April 28, 2013, 12:29:20 AM
Personally, I'd feel it unfair if a portion of my bitcoins would have taken to compensate those who lost fiat, because I didn't even trade on the site. Maybe if I was actually using the site, I'd think differently, but that I deposited BTC hours before the site closed doesn't make me feel part of it enough to be willing to share losses.
6  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin-24.com matching engine seems broken, site down. on: April 27, 2013, 10:07:48 PM
the announcement of the prosecutor only talks about money, not bitcoins, so maybe, bitcoins are not confiscated.

Not maybe. According to the document linked by 600watt, the bitcoins are not confiscated. This is an official statement from Simon's lawyer, so we can take it granted... Now, let's wait to get out BTC back! Smiley

Now if it still won't happen, we'll have no doubt of Simon's bad faith.
7  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Negro for BTC on: April 27, 2013, 10:01:02 PM
OK, so you need 200g of the classic? Just because you have the option to get 2 bags of 100g, and those 2 bags can be of different flavors.

Please send coins here: 1CBAQ1kSnFoFwWu5aX4x8K6iveehkWaoKQ. (Note: this address is only for Tirapon's order!)

And please send me your postal address!
8  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Negro for BTC on: April 27, 2013, 09:30:46 PM
Had to see what this thread was about. Now I have to buy some! Can't say I approve of OP's racist humor...

Thanks! What flavors would you like?

It's not really racist humor... it's rather a humor on those who think this is racist.
9  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin-24.com matching engine seems broken, site down. on: April 27, 2013, 09:00:31 PM
Actually, the last communication is that Bitcoins can and will be returned, while the main problem is with the frozen bank accounts.
Previously it seemed BTC can't be returned because of the investigation - hearing the opposite is good news for BTC owners.
But... I believe it when my BTC will be successfully withdrawn with 6+ confirmations...
But certainly, it seems now there is hope!
10  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Negro for BTC on: April 27, 2013, 01:06:01 PM
Is the OP updated with your stock? A little confused.

Yep.. Wink

Quote
I send you 200g of Negro candies for 0.1 BTC.
Quote
Currently, I have the following bags on stock:
Classic: 1 x 100g

So you only have 100g of classic in stock?

Yes, currently I only have 100g of the classic, but you can order any bags anyway, just that it might take some extra time to get. But it only really matters regarding the rarer flavors - 200g & 100g classics are sold everywhere, even in the little grocery store across the street. Wink However, black-currant (feketeribizli) and honey-menthol (méz-mentol) are relatively rare, and probably I'd need to go to a big supermarket to get them, and even then it's not sure I actually find some - and I go to supermarkets quite rarely.

Meaning we have to get classic + one of the "rip off" flavors?

As above, you don't have to - if you order one that I don't have at the moment, I'll get it for you. Wink So if you'd like to have 200g of classic, I'll certainly buy it for you quickly! On the other hand, I actually encourage people to try 2 flavors at once. For example, black-currant and honey are sweet, unlike the other menthol flavors, I suggest to get one of them for a classic.

And I know this is probably a lost cause for my purposes, but what are the estimated shipping times to someone in the US?

2-4 weeks usually.
11  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Negro for BTC on: April 26, 2013, 06:25:58 PM
Ladies and gentlemen, I'm happy to announce that I'm back into business! The new price for 200g of Negro is 0.1 BTC! Please check the OP for details!

Originally, I set the price in 1 BTC back in August and was selling some candies until the end of 2012. But my life has changed so (for the worse Sad) that I didn't have time, energy, and motivation to care for selling more candies... But now, I gained some time and I hope my life is changing for the better, and I'm back here to sell more candies!

Moreover, because of to the glorious boom of Bitcoin we're all celebrating, the original 1 BTC price would be waaaaaay too much expensive for 200g of candies; I "reduced" the price to 0.1 BTC. Wink

Hoping to get some new customers soon! Smiley

waiting for 3500€ to be paid out.
is there a mailing list of victims or shall we set up a site?
we definitely should combine our forces.
it even could help Simon by showing the authorities we aren't criminals, that do money laundering.

There is already a board set up for the victims to hold together: http://board.btc24-help.com/ - no need for any new site. Though it's a little messy at the moment, it'll be cleaned soon, hopefully.
13  Economy / Collectibles / Re: CASASCIUS PHYSICAL BITCOIN - In Stock Now! (pic) on: April 21, 2013, 03:46:59 AM
Now that Bitcoin value went ~10 times higher than it was half a year ago, is there a hope for new, lower denomination physical bitcoin designs? It would be nice to have 0.5, 0.1, 0.05, 0.01 denomination bitcoins too. Smiley
14  Economy / Goods / Re: Physical Bitcoin (Novelty) Awesome Design, Heavy, Well Built Coins - Gold Plated on: April 21, 2013, 03:22:20 AM
Why didn't you make fundable coins like the Casascius physical bitcoins? Every coin would have a Bitcoin address and a private key hidden inside and then they would be really backed up by real bitcoins like the Casascius coins.

They look awesome regardless! Smiley
15  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: April 21, 2013, 01:34:09 AM
If I buy a Passthrough share, do I receive some of the BTC the company mines? I'm not expecting miracles, though, like ROI in a month or such (especially that I couldn't really buy more than 1 single share, which I guess is considered ridiculously few), but still I'm interested in the concept - is it somehow like a mining contract?
16  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [PATH] On How to create an decentralized exchange on: April 20, 2013, 12:13:03 AM
Look here:
http://youtu.be/mD4L7xDNCmA?t=24m50s

At 24:50 - there is already a concept for a P2P currency exchange system - though if I get it correctly, it could only work well if BTC would be more adopted. Still it worth to consider. Maybe it just needs to be implemented.
17  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [PATH] On How to create an decentralized exchange on: April 19, 2013, 11:30:49 PM
Not sure if it's applicable, but... some days ago as I was browsing the Bitcoin Wiki, I found something really interesting. The Bitcoin protocol has far more capabilities than I imagined!

Read this:
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Contracts

Basically, Bitcoin transactions are not limited to the use of just transfer some BTC from an address to another. It is possible to make special transactions to use as contracts between parties. See fidelity bonds, for example. Maybe contracts could somehow be used in your p2p currency exchange system. I don't have any concrete ideas, though, but it is certainly a possibility worth to explore.

Currently, contracts, being non-standard transactions, are rejected by the main Bitcoin network (though they can be experimented with on testnet), but I don't think it's a major obstacle: if we think up an exact scheme for a new type of transaction, if it's needed, we could have it standardized by the Bitcoin client developers, if we prove it is secure and useful. But this is really the last thing.
18  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin-24.com matching engine seems broken, site down. on: April 19, 2013, 11:07:51 PM
Hmm... It seems we are many, and some of us have high stakes, which provides great motivation to act to get the money back.

I'm not sure if Simon or the German authority is the bad guy here - probably both. Moreover, I don't know which of them is more prone to transfer our BTC back to us.

If German authorities recognize that Bitcoins are value, then there is hope they'll not confiscate them. Anyway, the German authorities could be sued if they don't give out our BTC. The most wealthy men could unite to put up such a great lawsuit that even stands a chance against the German authority. This is just my common sense speculation, but think about it!
19  Economy / Economics / Video: Bitcoin Ponzi scheme on: April 19, 2013, 10:57:03 PM
So as I was watching a video of Bitcoin, another video came up as featured:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0UKC7iaBKvs

The author tries to explain how Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme.

He's missing the most important point: Bitcoin is not a zero sum game!
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: HELP!!! 120 BTC stuck in LTC account on BTC-e.com $10,000 :( on: April 19, 2013, 02:26:07 PM

this is a bitcoin address that you sent your bitcoins to. It's most probably an address to which you don't have a private key. so you lost your 120 bitcoins...

Bolding because everyone seems to be ignoring me

BTC-e has the private key to that address. They just need to type dumpprivkey on their terracoind.

+1

TRC and BTC share the same address's so a TRC Priv Key can be used to generate the same BTC address. Get that TRC Priv Key from btc-e as TradeFortress has said, and you'll be fine. Or, get them to just sweep that address and credit the 120 BTC to you btc-e account!

+1

THIS!

If they don't credit those bitcoins for you, there might be 2 reasons:
1. They don't understand the situation described above (namely, if they have the privkey for the TRC address, they also have the privkey for the corresponding BTC address).
2. They don't want to help you, they'd rather steal that BTC.

Just send them another ticket/request pointing them to this forum thread.
If they still don't help, ask again harder.
If they still don't help, it can be deduced that they aren't acting in good belief.
Then speak up, file a scam report on the forum, ruin their reputation.
Then we'll add another exchange site to our avoid list.
