Did my part and went out and voted :-)
Also I'm still alive!
Keep on doing the great work @OgNasty as well as the entire gang that supports things! Great article on Consolidated Crypto, love seeing NastyFans paving the way and maintaining integrity. Since 2012 baby!!!

Status Update
First distribution with new system is posted to Bitcoin network.
TXID: e9f089e76b9fdbd6117eadfa1f14bed01700564dbc4511146d93043a50c17ca8
This transaction is fully automated generated on new transaction server with no block chain. If transaction is accepted then I begin rest. This transaction is distribution 171 (March 18, 2016).
Although this is automated it is automated under 110% supervision right now. Each step is carefully checked before allowing system to proceed.
There is more work to do to restore nastyfans services. I begin this work after all missed distributions are in the blockchain.
Just got mine!!! Great job, know a lot of work has gone into this!

I have no problem with switching over to a larger pool to up consistency. I think we certainly did our part to make it as viable as possible, but as with most things it takes a lot of the people in the community to make waves that are needed. I'd prefer to stick with mining bitcoins too, but that's just my two satoshi.
As for suspension/termination of members, I'm comfortable with us proceeding in the direction proposed. In reviewing the policy the tl;dr is as follows:
1) You must login every 90 days to remain active to remain active 2) If you go past 90 days you're in probation (donations go to temp account) 3) If you go another 90 days you're in suspension (no voting and donations disabled) 4) Another 90 days you're terminated ( account closed, group determines what to do )
So you're giving people 270 days before their account is terminated, which seems reasonable to me considering there's some effort at attempting to reach members. While we don't want to lose members, inactive members doesn't exactly help either.
As for my vote on the terminated seats? I'd nullify them and if we're under 25,000 - take that difference and hold on to them for a round of fund raising or use in bartering for equipment.

Figured the forum hasn't seen much posted so I'll fill in the silence Just wanted to express again how happy I am with the monumental effort everyone involved here has put in to making NastyFans as great as it is. I'm happy to be part of a mining operation that's shown commitment to integrity and transparency. With the recent situation in Greece, a colleague of mine took an interest in bitcoin, and I was happy to get him started. I then told him about NastyFans and he's purchased several seats because he sees the value of NastyFans and the benefits of being a part of this group. I'm happy to see the recent uptick in price too, I think this is a result of the management and the active role the fans play as well here. The three year anniversary was a big milestone, there's been a lot of groups that have had huge initial interest only to become a scam or something that didn't weather the changing world of crypto currency. Yet here we are today a part of something bigger, and well...I just wanted to say thanks everyone, and it's great to bring others into the fold on something as great as we have here.

Happy 3rd Birthday NastyFans!!!!! I'm still alive

I settled with Nasty a bit back, but I think this is a fair option for both lenders and other seat holders - as noted we're reducing our debt so we'll result in higher payments per seat. Additionally, those who lended end up getting in a better position to reap the benefits of our new hardware which they helped fund in the first place. I can certainly understand the hesitancy some have over this, but if we're out of debt we are better positioned to move forward and it'll raise the return to seat holders and should help prop up their value.

Update from BFL. Hopefully next week we'll see some hashes. We had a meeting today with the BFL Cloud Mining team. We are still on schedule to start roll out of that by Friday (Hopefully sooner). We don't know yet exactly how many people we can activate each day as of yet, but we will be activating as many people as possible each day. We will be sending out an email when your Cloud Mining account is ready and a button should appear in your dashboard to activate it. You will then be able to log in to the Cloud Mining dashboard and enter the pool information or wallet address you would like to mine to. Be on the look out for that.
Right now, the plan is to allocate 600 GH/s to each user for each card ordered. If you ordered 1 card, you'll get 600 GH/s, if you ordered 2 cards, 1.2 TH/s, etc... The current plan is to process the Cloud Mining in the queue order from first to last. Again, we don't currently know how long it will take to deploy this fully or how many people will be activated per day, however, as we receive the revised boards and they are tested and ready to go, we will start shipping out in queue order, first to last. As your order is fulfilled, your Cloud Mining will be deactivated and the hashrate will be allocated to the next person in line.
I will post another update when we start activating users on Cloud Mining. Thanks for posting this, looking forward to the hashing power!!

I have to say the past two years have been a great experience and I'm happy with both the performance as well as community of NastyFans today. Plenty of other groups out there with incredible amounts of drama along with shady business practices. One of the reasons I'm invested with Nasty is because there's a sound community here, even the approach to the troll here by the community was good - it's been great so far and I'm eager to see where the next two years take us! You all rock, and I'm glad to be a part of the NastyFan community :-D

Latest update from BFL. It appears we may be getting some hashes thrown our way late next week. Monarch Update 11 June 2014
We have been diligently working on the Monarch board since the last update. Many tests have been conducted and various component modifications have been made in the interim. The chips on the boards are easily able to achieve 1 TH/s, but the PCBs are not quite yet able to support the power required for that speed. We anticipated that the latest revision would be the final one, but there is still too much heat being retained internally on the PCB. We’ve identified a couple areas that are heat dissipation bottlenecks and have incorporated those into a new PCB revision, which should allow us to reach our projected speed and energy efficiency.
While we wait for the new revision to make it through manufacturing, we now have a supply of boards that do not meet the advertised specs and thus are not suitable to be shipped directly to customers. Although we have no legal obligation to do so, we have made a voluntary business decision to reward customers for their patience and loyalty; with the boards we have on hand or close to being completed, we can deliver between 600 - 800 TH of processing power. We are going to provision these boards in a hosted environment (BFL Cloud Mining facilities) and, as a courtesy to those customers who have been waiting the longest, we will start deploying Cloud Mining in queue order as early as next Wednesday, June 18th, barring any problems. It may be as late as Friday, June 20th before we can get anything turned up and going, as significant setup is required.
When Cloud Mining becomes available to you, an email will be sent informing you how to activate your BFL Cloud Mining. You should check your dashboard starting next Wednesday for the Cloud Mining button to activate it from there. With a limited amount of Cloud Mining capacity available, we will not be able to accommodate everyone immediately, but we will try to provide the ordered amount of hashing power to as many people as we can as quickly as possible. Once the 1 TH boards start shipping out, we will be rolling the Cloud Mining over to the next people in the queue as we fulfill the queue from the beginning with physical boards. This process will continue until the physical board shipments catch up to the Cloud Mining. All orders will be handled in their queue sequence, regardless of product type (600, 300, Mining By The Gigahash).
This will provide the ability to our customers to start hashing sooner than they would if they waited for physical boards to arrive, and is our effort to provide a better customer experience with BFL. As has always been our practice, we make no representations or guarantees as to the results of your mining efforts via BFL Cloud Mining or our physical products. Well there's some good news! Thanks for posting this here! I get a little jaded with BFL, I know for a fact that they will deliver, it's just the repeated delays make the waiting game tough...

Well, I don't know what's going on.. Tonight I got an email from BFL which said they expect to ship within a week or so..
As usual with BFL, time will tell..
Squirrel, you were quoting a post from BFL that was more than a month old. They've shown they have a working product and are expected to begin shipments next week. Where is Monarch? Two weeks!!! Nah seriously good question - at this point I'm thinking BFL works on Valve Time - rest assured it'll arrive, just when - got me! https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Valve_Time

Ugh: https://forums.butterflylabs.com/announcements/4414-monarch-information-2.htmlSix Month Refund or Double Shipment Guarantee If you’ve been waiting in queue for six months or more, you qualify for either a full refund in USD, OR double the hardware you ordered. This latter option will come in the form of (a) first shipping you the new Imperial Monarch, giving you an expected 160-175% of your ordered hashrate, and then (b) an additional Standard 600 GH Monarch at the end of the queue, giving you another 100% hashrate boost, totaling an expected 250+% of your ordered hashrate once all products have shipped. (Note: Electing the refund cancels the Imperial Monarch upgrade offer in the first section above.)
Hmm.. I'm wondering if the double shipment guarantee will wind up doubling our order AGAIN.. Because, as I recall, they already upgraded our initial order to the Imperial Monarch's, and they ALSO already did the standard 600 GH monarchs at the end of the queue.. So does this mean they are going to do another 600 GH unit per each one ordered at the end of the queue again??? You'd like to think so, the skeptic in me makes me think they're just mining with these internally and the "faulty chips" is just a ruse. This is really disappointing, but if they double it AGAIN, well I'd be happy, otherwise a little disappointed as they'd already told us they'd double it, giving us the option of a refund isn't adding much IMHO.

Thanks for posting the video - have to say really impressed with how clear the addresses are on the coins themselves, so you've got a great process going there!
Just out of curiosity how are the sales of the coins going?

If anyone wants I can post a comparison picture too with a Casascius coin - these are much bigger - even the hologram on the 1 ounce coin is about the entire size of the casascius coin.

Just received mine today - the coin is absolutely beautiful! Love the detail on it and the hologram as well! These pictures really don't do them justice, but figured I'd post anyway!

Received my 1 oz. coin tonight! I'm really happy with it - the pictures Nasty posted don't do it justice.

Jeez sorry to hear that! I was unfortunate/lucky to have been around a 60 gh psu when it went, just gave off a smell of ozone and the miner's fan went off - five minutes later I had another power supply plugged in and was back up and running. Either way, glad to hear you and everything at your place is safe!

Anyone feel like doing an info graphic on this? May help attract more to NastyFans - some great selling points :-)
