I don't know why people think capital punishment is less civilized than locking people in cages until they submit. The first is the most natural thing in the world, two forces oppose each other and one moves forward. The second forces blind submission without opposition, making it so even the force that wins is not the better for it. Additionally, the latter makes it far too easy for people to lock up others for lifestyle choices or minor scuffles (since in the eyes of the public, it's not punishment it's 'rehabilitation'). IMO there is nothing more civilized than execution or exile justice. Leave people to deal with their own shit. If someone commits an act that creates such a grievance with the locals that they want him gone, then get him gone, one way or the other. unlike in the U.S., where it's nearly impossible to go to jail if you're a wealthy banker or magnate.
The only time a wealthy person goes to jail in the U.S. is when they piss off enough other wealthy people (but ofcourse that's true in most countries). I don't mind when capitol punishment is used in charges of murder/homicide. Death for white collar crimes is way overboard, imo.
Light/No sentences for white collar crimes is why rich people keep doing them...blatantly...sometimes publicly....and then shrugging it off when they get caught. imo living in a country like Iran while being a billionaire is pretty stoopid lol

Meh, the reason teenagers aren't allowed to vote is because voting is primarily in the end about things that you're not really involved in before you're 18. Not to say their opinions aren't worth anything, but when it comes to laws, tax regulations etc most sub 18 teenagers doesn't have the experience or knowledge to be able to take part in a vote. Imo. Most adults don't have the experience or knowledge to be able to take part in a vote. |

All I see is down and down, we couldn't even break into 6s during the last rally. If bitcoin isn't valuable then why use it instead of a new coin that doesn't have a few powerful people that all ready control all of it? Thinking of cashing out all my BTC and going to vegas for an expensive weekend  Crashes have happened before, and everytime people scream it's the end of btc. Other 'better' altcoins do exist, but it'll be years and years before their popularity will reach that of bitcoin, they also have no place in the public eye (which means businesses are much less likely to adopt them). Bitcoin breaking into several online markets and vendors that previously scoffed it. I don't think this is the end of btc at all. |

I have been excercising for a while to lose wait now and eventually I've lost some weights. However the fat around my belly hasn't been burned. Please advice me what to do.
Do cardio 3-5 days a week, also make sure you get a good sweat out of it. Ab exercises will help firm up the muscles, which will make it more apparent when you do end up losing the fat. Strengthening you're core is always a good thing, and it tends to make you feel better about yourself which leads to exercise and eating healthy being easier. And ofcourse the obvious eat less / don't eat foods heavy in fat and sugar. There really is no easy way to do it, when losing weight belly fat is some of the last to go. Also everything this guy said is pretty accurate: You need to do cardio, cardio, and more cardio. Building muscle is great but if your six pack is under 2" of fat you can't see it without a scalpel.
When running (or any form of cadio) make sure you keep your hear rate in the fat burning range. Initially you will want to use a heart rate monitor eventually you will just be able to feel when in the zone. Running too fast, too hard will spike your heart rate out of the zone. At that work level your body can't efficiently burn fat and still provide the needed energy so it switches to only burning blood sugar. So instead you will want to run slower/easier for longer periods of time. If you are going to run remember running is destructive to the body (literally components are damaged, degraded) so you need off days. Initially I would say run no more than 3 days a week and eventually you can bump that up to 4 or 5.
TL/DR version:
If your goal is to lose fat you need to focus on cardioand keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone. Once you burn off enough fat switch to a more varied work out regiment.

I have deleted a handful. I treated a conspiracy theorist on here quite poorly (I basically dox'd him after showing he wasn't actually really willing to bet that I could find an Aurora shooting victim's traces on the Internet prior to the shooting, which I did and he still thought Aurora was "false flag" event) and now he thinks I'm a government agent. I believed I deleted most of my posts associated with that whole mess because it was pretty embarrassing for him and I came across as a pissed off maniac.  That said, he's left the forum and come back several times over now since.

It's a ponzi scheme which admits it's a ponzi scheme. You could technically see it as a risky form of gambling I suppose. But the potential payouts vs the risk is far too imbalanced to ever make anything like this worth it IMO. |

You should have an allowance (public ledger?) per month with a receipt for everything you spend as this is not your money. Of course it will not stop people from being a fraud but it would a start.
This would certainly be a start. Also, the ability for people to add amendments to laws/bills anonymously should not be a thing. Politicians on both local and national levels don't care if they add in some fine print or a loophole in some 5000-page document, because even if somebody catches it they won't know who put it in there. |

You would think an institution with as many resources as the Fed has would be able to find someone, anyone, better to handle a hearing than that lady. You could throw sardines at a wall and the noises it would produce would be a more compelling answer than her inane mumbling.
