201  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance to open Singapore fiat-to-crypto exchange in April on: June 02, 2019, 09:55:16 AM
Binance is one of the few exchanges that i know in the cryptospace that are helping in the adoption of cryptocurrencies. This is a great development from Binance and the more reason why is going to be one of the popular cryptocurrency exchanges in the world.
202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN Price surges over 9k$ but suffers massive dump on: June 02, 2019, 09:30:36 AM
I saw this quick pump in the price of bitcoin and i was so happy i was able to make some good profits through that small window. So many missed it because it was a flash of pump and later dumped. But don't worry guys, it's going to cross the $9000 mark again and move on further.
203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason we need cryptocurrencies on: June 02, 2019, 09:27:34 AM
I admire the use of cryptocurrencies in making transactions based because of how fast and transparent it is. I have been a victim of making a transaction with the bank which took over a week to confirmed at the other end. Transactions through our banks would have to go through a whole lot of approvals before finally releasing the funds. This is not so with the use of cryptocurrencies, it's all freedom and i love it!
204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Say it again? Bitcoin transaction fees expensive? on: June 02, 2019, 09:24:01 AM
I think the bitcoin network have some adjusted fees for transactions no matter how small it is. I have also noticed that when i make transactions worth some few amount of money i am charged quite a high fee and this fee same fee is apparently small when i make transactions of worth a higher amount. There should be a way to fix this guys, what do you think?
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Drop in ICO Price after listing on: June 01, 2019, 09:44:51 PM
It's sad this but eventually most ICOs that get listed on cryptocurrency exchanges reduce in value. Most of these ICOs have no fully establish ecosystem which can regulate their utility tokens hence keeps on reducing in price as there is no real protecting the value of the tokens.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet hacking is it possible? on: June 01, 2019, 09:41:15 PM
Using a simple google search function would show you the numerous number of wallet that has been hacked. No kidding mate but your wallet can be hacked if you mistakenly share your seed phrase or private key with some other people. Sometimes you can be lead to a false website and through that they can store your private keys and pass phrase and later have access to your account.
207  Economy / Economics / Re: 2018 the year of correction? on: June 01, 2019, 09:05:44 PM
So many people predicted the crypto market correction point would take place in 2018 but this is does not turn out to be as the cryptomarket sunked very low in 2018 until about a month ago in this year. We have been seeing some significant growth and rise in the crypto market.
208  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the Market Stabilizing? on: May 30, 2019, 11:58:04 PM
We don't need the market to be stabilized apparently, we need it to have the swings of volatility so that we can make profits out of the impatient crypto starters who want to buy lambos within a week of investing into cryptocurrencies.I think we are experiencing the winds of the bull run.
209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The only safe haven currency is Bitcoin on: May 30, 2019, 11:44:44 PM
You got that right, Bitcoin is one of the cryptocurrencies that i invested into without regret and not even when it tanked way below $4k. I knew for sure it would rise all the way up again. Currently smiling at how high it has risen off late. Not selling till we go over another all time high!
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Using crypto to help the homeless - (for real - with pics!) on: May 30, 2019, 11:37:23 PM

211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Rising, Scams Rising on: May 29, 2019, 10:57:42 PM
That's the paiful truth about the rise of the cryptomarket. Many people take advantage of the rise of the crypto market and launch a whole lot  of fake ICOs adn now currently IEO. Careful when investing into any project folks, so that you don't get scammed and lose your money.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can you buy with bitcoin? on: May 29, 2019, 10:44:49 PM
Awesome, i never knew you can make purchases from Mircrosoft stores with the use of cryptocurrencies. I would give this a shot and i hope they accept other cryptocurrencies as well and not only bitcoin. The use of cryptocurrencies as a currency is becoming popular and popular, can't wait to be around in the next 10 years time to witness this revolution.
213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which industries will get disrupted by Decentralized Blockchain Technology? on: May 29, 2019, 10:37:31 PM
The banks and the government are the major bodies that are going to be disrupted by al the solutions of blockchain technology. Because decentralization and transparency of the blockchain technology would curb corruption and bribery in government and also decentralizations would also reduce the cost of transactions.

214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is blockchain a perfect solution? on: May 29, 2019, 07:56:01 PM
I would not call it a perfect solution but rather a solution which needs to be given an opportunity to be utilized than all these negativity about blockchain solution and cryptocurrencies. Blockchain technology would solve a whole lot of corruption if implemented in the financial systems of most governments.
215  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your BITCOIN price prediction this year? on: May 27, 2019, 11:42:27 AM
The highest value bitcoin can attain by the end of this year would be $15k. i don't really believe in the analysis that are coming out and making huge predictions like over $30k. That's quite exaggerative. $15k that is my bet let's watch and see commrades.
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hope I can still ride the bull. on: May 27, 2019, 11:32:24 AM
Absolutely, you can still invest into bitcoin and enjoy the short bull run that is happening at the moment but it is likely we might see another correction of the market before we go up again so it is best to wait for that correction before investing.
217  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin hit 100k in 2020? on: May 27, 2019, 10:49:36 AM
100k in 2020 is a large chunk to take in  Grin. Anyway we are all aware of the way bitcoin has started increasing in price but i strongly think it's way too early to call for such a huge price of bitcoin by next year, From the little reading that i have done, the price by 2020 would be hovering within the ranges of $15k-$20k.

These are all personal assessment and predictions y'all don't invest based on this piece of information. Do your own research!
218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is blockchain a perfect solution? on: May 26, 2019, 06:35:40 AM
Blockchain technology is a perfect tool in the financial industry because of the high level of transparency it provides but the greed of men has led it being used in other industries in the world hence the numerous and baseless ICOs that are spamming the cryptosphere.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC vs USD - Which one is better? on: May 26, 2019, 06:31:07 AM
Choosing between Bitcoin and US Dollars depends on the investor but as a crypto enthusiasts i would like to hold 60% of my funds in BTC and the rest in US dollars. I believe in bitcoin to rise to another all time high again but in case this ambitious move of mine does not come true then i would compensate myself with the 40% stored in USD. It's just playing safe
220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DID SATOSHI EVER THOUGHT TO MAKE BITCOIN A MAINSTREAM CURRENCY? on: May 25, 2019, 05:07:08 PM
According to the whitepaper which he provided i think he was quite clear on this and that was to create a digital currency that could be use to as a medium of payment for gooods and services in our daily lives. In the layman terms exactly the same way in which we use fiat currencies and that is why we recorded an event where someone used 10k bitcoins to purchase pizza. Satoshi wanted this and that is why he created bitcoin and not to be used solely as an asset for investment.
