1441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is going to be slower ? on: November 26, 2019, 03:11:16 PM
IOU?  Grin
It is better with IEO since it needs to be listed with an exchange.
The better the exchange the higher the chance that it will be a success.
Although they will be pay high with a popular exchange the investment could also be soaring.

Trust and maybe some help with being advertised in a good exchange platform.
I might also invest if they can afford a Binance listing.

This is not discussing about IOU and it looks like you didn't understand about what already talked. IOU is also created by exchange site and that just like a temporary asset that issued by exchange site to be distributed to the participants and they can start to trade it. IOU has different definition than IEO.
1442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good trading volume doesn't mean a token is good on: November 25, 2019, 10:42:32 PM
of course, sometime members of team want to popilarize the token and making fake tradings with fake volume, so need to learn all history of trading of token
The team doesn't have an access to do that but the exchange site is taking a very important role in this case consider about all of the access was owning by the exchange site owner itself. What we need to learn is about never try to trade in the crap exchange site. The exchange site is a party that is having very strong chance to do PnD
1443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this really a good plan? on: November 25, 2019, 10:40:00 PM
Some good bounties are always there and some are even paying in bitcoin. However, the value of received coins is not much due to depressed market conditions. When market turns really bullish, this will also change for the better.
Not as always as you said dude, in term of the how much payment that will be getting by the bounty hunters always depend on the development progress and not the trend. A good dev will always be considered as a good chance to bet by exchange site. The bad development always brings the token to the dead. The bullish trend doesn't matter a lot in this case and you can see how when bitcoin was getting bullish and altcoin was defending its position.
1444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Ethereum survive below 0.02 BTC per coin? on: November 20, 2019, 11:35:36 PM
The price of the second coin by total market capitalization, ether (ETH), stepped over the USD 180 level. Meanwhile, the developers are discussing the transition from Ethereum 1.0 to Ethereum 2.0, facing both supporters and critics alike.
While the last couple of weeks were not the happiest the cryptocurrencies have seen, many are experiencing a rise in their prices this week. Ethereum in particular is seeing a growth in its numbers, breaking through that USD 180, and it’s now  trading at c. USD 183, or 1% more than 24 hours ago. Majority of other top 10 coins are also showing similar gains today.
But OP is talkng about the ethereum price in bitcoin term which has already achieved consider ethereum was sitting above 0.02 rate. That doesn't need to predict how much the price movement of ethereum in the dollar term consider about what has already targetted by OP already achieved. You can see how it was still increasing.
1445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: St Petersburg State University to teach NEO Core on: November 20, 2019, 04:49:09 PM
Im feeling curious about what means of core in this case. Is that about to build a new blockchain system or create a new asset that built on the neo platform? It seems like that needs more evaluation consider about the basic knowledge about blockchain must be explained before it goes to study about NEO core blockchain.
1446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: be careful with projects that offer you great prizes, that is not a guarantee of on: November 19, 2019, 04:07:02 PM
No matter how strong the media, how big the capital, or whatever it is, there's no guarantee that the big prize projects will be real enough for you. Future income is also precarious.
I remember the ATLANT project which promised to pay the bounty hunters over 2mln USD but as expected the bounty payments are delayed and their project failed to reach the minimum soft cap amount in the bear market. The greedy bounty hunters look for the big rewards but they hesitate to make proper research on the bounty campaigns. The high bounty allocation is risky and time-wasting, in my opinion.
Not only atlant but some scam bounties like athero and many more. They were using big allocation to attract the hunters and that's how they were searching for the hunterst to help them all.
Those scammers were so smart in the past because not so many bounty participants were aware about that.
1447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make money by stablecoin on: November 19, 2019, 04:03:15 PM
Some platforms offer support for stub price of stablecoin by other assets, for example platinum, gold, diamonds. Often, on these platforms  is charged for storing your stablecoin with  small annual percent.
Is it staking?
If it is, it is the only way to make money out of stablecoins.
Unlike in ordinary cryptocurrency which we can use to trade for short or long term trading to make a profit due to its volatility.
It just like get interest from your stable coin. I know some platforms and one of them is DAI which used stable coin as a loan and the lenders will get the interest from their stable coin.
It's very small but that's the only way to make money from the stable coin. That's so easy to understand about that.
1448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DXChain Token - pump and... ? on: November 12, 2019, 03:28:59 PM
This is just another prime example of why we shouldn't invest in a token because of hype, this token had so much hype and during their tokensale stage and many people got in just because of that hype and not because of any research they conducted, thankfully the Cryptocurrency space is past that stage, or atleast I like to believe we have passed that stage.
Im not sure about what are you saying about that. ROI of this coin seems not bad for me at all. But just try to say this is another PnD coin and that will be dumped again to the bottom asap.
DX is getting listed on gate.io and that's how gate is playing with crypto. Pump it and Dump it.
1449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoiners now is your chance on: November 12, 2019, 03:19:21 PM
Not a good idea for me and it is much better tk accumulate more bitcoin than altcoins and it aill surely go down once bitcoin's value rises up again and right now it is heading down maybe 8200 or below than that and might see a bounce back.

And its better to buy an altcoins when the value of bitcoin rises up and it is still going down then that's the best time to take advantage of the market.
Good choice, bitcoin easily recover fast from any price fall instead of waiting and holding altcoins for year, with few gains from btc price drops it will make sense but still i prefer altcoin gains, i knew very well what happened on january 2018 with many new altcoins
Bitcoin will be very suitable coins for big players and can you imagine what will be happening with those people are having limited money like a few bucks only? bitcoi's recovery is also depends on the trend and it's not so fast if there will be no a huge news that create a pump for bitcoin. I thought that people are familiar with this condition that happened with bitcoin since bitcoin was created.
1450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose which altcoin will you buy? on: November 11, 2019, 10:48:38 PM
Many new project here really can turn scam or hack their investors still you can study it base in their potentials like if they can handle this example if market drops then they still develop this so this will grow like that's one of the situation that developer need to do because market here is very volatile then there's a lot more,Moreover before you do risk or invest then better to choose the trusted and popular already here then find new and do invest only a little on it
The exception is a must for ico consider about the raised funds must make the development can still continue and it doesn't seem the market matter a lot to the project. The market is depending on the news and in altcoin the news will create a rumour and if that will be spreaded among the crypto users and it can create a pump.
but product is everything in the successful and future of the project itself.
1451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose DEX? How to avoid scam? on: November 11, 2019, 10:44:01 PM
Big fan of the Blocknet DEX here.

Below is some of the most popular DEX's compared to Blocknet's DEX. You could argue that Blocknet lacks in volume though, which is totally true, but we need more volume on all DEX's for them to be worth trading on IMHO.

I just wanna say if that chart has already created by blocknet and it can't be called that if the chart will be 100% authentic. I personally think about if there will be a result from 3rd party about which is the best dex in this year and that will be much better and reliable. I doubt if that chart created to shilling blocknet only.
1452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC defeats the purpose of Crypto. Thoughts anyone? on: November 05, 2019, 09:40:01 AM
Cryptocurrency may not require KYC but because it involves many people in transactions in the market, government regulations are needed to protect investor funds. KYC is a component of regulation because without KYC, people can use the cryptocurrency market as a means of money laundering
Basically, KYC should be a mandatory for the ICO team and it's not for investors. But remember not so many people are doing big transaction and is that make sense for those people are giving tips to others must complete KYC verification?
Mostly people verified their KYC on exchange site which is used only to verify the user's identity to make sure if that is not coming from the restricted country.
Even exchange site itself is manipulating its market and not all of people have intention to do money laundring.
1453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoin to invest excluding ETH on: November 05, 2019, 07:32:54 AM
at this time I prefer USDT as the best altcoin and suitable for investment, because the price of the coin can be classified as a stable coin and far from the risk of losing money, but if you want to choose a coin under $ 1 then the right choice is doge, the explanation same as I said before.
What the heck? USDT is a stable coin and it can't be considered as a stable coin and it's more like a fiat that already converted into the cryptocurrency. Almost all of coin on top 100 CMC are worth to invest.
The only advantage of doge is on its cheap txfees that can be used by any party to send any amount with cheap fees. Im not seeing another advantage from doge. It looks like better to invest in top 25 CMC.
1454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 04, 2019, 11:13:39 PM
If I like the project, then I do not throw a bounty and participate there until the end. In general, I rarely leave the bounty of the company, because the addition of new weeks doesn't always mean something bad.
that's true as the result can't be determined and that must be a hard time for OP to take his decision about this bounty. but we can see how the progress that has already made by the team.
Xcard doesn't seem to be a good project too. If this is a trusted project and it can reach the trust from investors instantly but the fact that it was extending the marketing campaign that means the project in a difficult position.
1455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do people still create new ERC20 tokens/projects nowadays? on: October 29, 2019, 03:21:35 PM
For now ERC-20 is already less interested because many ICO projects are scam, so investors have switched to the blockchain, but IRC-20 still survives because we are easier to use when compared to the blockchain, if the ICO project will run like two years ago the IRC-20 will return many interested ones.
What you are saying is not based on the fact and you just try to take a random conclusion without providing any proof about that. FYI, if you are seeing where is platform that has already used by more than 70% of IEO to issued its coin and they are all still using ERC20 right now.
It looks like IRC is for security token. But a lot of projects are still used ERC20 (include IEO too)
1456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin is The Best in Terms of Utility? on: October 29, 2019, 03:17:25 PM
I've been looking at all the altcoins in terms of their use cases and consider IOTA the most useful. You can see how much the platform has accomplished here: https://www.cryptoinfowatch.com/iota-dell-technologies-and-the-linux-foundation-work-on-data-confidence-fabrics-project/ Which platform do you think is better among the altcoins? And please give us reasons for saying so.
It should be any coin that listed on the US exchange site
This list will give you a lot of ratings from the various coins based on the SEC regulation's framework. less score means if that coin is utility coin and not a security coin.
https://www.cryptoratingcouncil.com/asset-ratings
litecoin, monero and many more are better coins than IOTA.
1457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China Creates Currency to Cancel-out Cryptocurrency on: October 28, 2019, 10:33:49 PM
The way the Chinese Government seems to be fast tracking the cryptocurrency policy is quite amazing, from rejecting it in the initial stage, they have done an about-face and are now strong supporters of cryptocurrency and they are doing it quite speedily.
It seems strange to see you are creating such comments about that and why? can you tell me when xi-jinping is mentioned crypto on his statement last days? I don't even see that.
You should read whole of article and you must not take the title as your main opinion and then take it as your conclusion too.
1458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market is Not Ready for Libra on: October 28, 2019, 10:31:04 PM
The correct proposition should be: The market does not need libra.

Bitcoin has been on the market for 10 years and has come to these days without anyone's help. Amazon, Facebook, IBM and more.

Blockchain and Bitcoin do not need any of these technology giants support. But they need blockchain support for growth.
People in these days don't understand the real purpose of libra. Libra was having a purpose to be the payment system that used fiat currency to backed its vlaue. Basically, libra has nothing to do with crypto but so many crypto users are doing speculator about that. The real implementation of libra will be on its platform. It's a multi billion platform, dude.
Blockchain support is also coming from not a direct advertisement that created by the adoption from big companies too.
1459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: 2017 vs 2019 on: October 22, 2019, 09:18:32 AM
Who is Bobby Ullery and how he draw a conclusion that Ethereum will cost 11 000USD in the future? That seems pretty unrealistic so I would really like to see what aspects he considered.
The statement that already made by him is enough to draw a conclusion who is him. He is a speculator that create non sense speculation about ethereum.
He was seeing old ATH as a data to take his speculation. it looks like that he was taking it as a big rocket that never fails.
i hope that guy will realize everything as soon as possible.
1460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Yes or NO) The 2020s belong to DEXs on: October 22, 2019, 08:04:30 AM
Even if the volumes of centralized dex will irrelevant again but it's still having more volume compared with the dex and people will always still use centralzed exchange site.
Some dex in your list are also not truly centralized dex like etherdelta and that needs more qualification to determine which is the best dex.

Some called their service as dex but they must comply with regulation and that's a big joke.
